My husband's massage started at 3:15..no one came to me until 3:20..when she did come she massaged me for about 10min then walked away for about 2 minutes. She started again, after about 10.min she answered the phone while massaging me,,resumed again..2 more calls came in...she apologized kept massaging then out of no where she left and another girl took over. She didn't even know which side to finish I told her but she didn't understand..she walked away and the other one returned to ask me what happened...ok..long story short with all of that my husband's massage ended at 4:15 and mine abruptly ended at 4:20..I didn't get my full hour which I paid for with all the interruptions. I was upset and I told the lady at the front desk turns out she was the one who first assisted me. She apologized but didn't offer to lower the price or anything. My husband still tipped. Not sure if I'm returning. That was not fair or professional.

It is well priced place that provides an excellent mssssge …read more The problem is the customer service is uneven. Often there is no one to greet you at the door. The place does not have a good smell and frequently the staff talks among themselves or hand the phone to each other while you were being massaged. It would take just a little bit of effort for this to be a first rate experience. As I said earlier the staff provides an excellent foot massage for a good price. Music, essential oil's and quiet will really make this business grow

Had a body massage here and it was AWFUL. I don't know the guys name he is in the photo on the yelp…read morepage though. I swear that he has NEVER had a massage in his life and he doesn't speak a word of English. I generally like a firm pressure massage. However this guy was trying to crush me. He spent the first 10 minutes pressing down on the sides of my spine like he was trying to crack my back and then with all his weight pressed down for 15 seconds or so. I couldn't breathe and told him more than once it was too much pressure. He then moved on and was massaging my back and kept pinching me - I yelled OUCH several times. I never sat through a massage thinking - when will this be over- should I stop???? I just kept hoping that it would get better. He did an OK job with the hot stones but honestly I could do without that part generally - its hot and it is just rubbing against my skin.... but hey - it didn't hurt. Oh he kept burping the whole time too... (I think he was fighting back a cough - yuck) when he finished my back or legs he was punching me - not patting me - punching... I had to wave him off several times.... Finally when I rolled over he was doing an OK job on my face and then proceeded to violate my ears.... Just kept jamming his finger in I yelled STOP..... I have been to all levels of massage places from foot spas to high end spas. I do have different (lower) expectations of this but wanted one that day and no where higher end had anyone available so I took the risk.... well it was a major FAIL.... The only reason for 2 stars is my husband went also - he had a woman - name also unknown. She was fine. nothing exceptional - but what you expect for a $30 (plus $15 tip) massage. We wont be going back there!

Upon starting the massage, he asked if "I was the one who called before for an appointment" I said no - I just told you I was a walk in. He said that he would have to do only a 30-minute session for $50, I said fine since I was already on the table. What came next was a horrible, rushed massage on my back. When I flipped over, it was a horrible, painful, five minute massage before he said times up. I left with zero satisfaction and was actually more stressed out than when I came in. I would suggest steering clear of this place by all means.
