She was doing the massage too fast and she was concerned when I pointed area's on my back that I needed to be massaged!! Beware: On Wednesday March 26, 2024 at my 6pm appointment (I called prior to request a neck and shoulder massage), I was told I was getting a full body massage with focus on the requested areas. I then received this unwarranted inappropriate butt massage and the male employee made the comment "very nice", in shock, I then asked him what did you say and he repeated the comment and lightly smacked my butt. He then asked "is that ok?", clearly knowing he did something wrong. I ended the massage shortly after by making an excuse that I had to use the restroom. I was in complete shock! I have been coming here for years with no issues and I brought my mom and sister there too!! I made my way to the front desk where the lady clearly knew something was wrong and charged me for the massage (which I paid just to get out of there). I called the front desk from my car on the way home and asked her to confirm she understood English, she confirmed. I then told her what happened. I again asked if she understood what I told he, she very clearly said yes and nervously giggled. The police were contacted and made aware of this incident. read more

Horrible experience. The employee never asked if I had any pain in my neck or anything. After the massage the owner, employee and another customer looked at me while I paid and laughed at me when I gave the employee her tip. Very embarrassing. Prior to that I planned and did get a "bigger tip' for the employee. This was very embarrassing and unprofessional. I will Never come back and never recommend this place. read more

Ive been coming here for almost 3 years and it started off good but over the years they've gotten worse. I went to get a 90 minute massage yesterday and was so EXCITED to bring my siblings and cousin to get a massage since we have a Spartan Race coming up. I thought it would be a good day to " treat" us and relax. The owner never smiles, my cousin was so excited to finally get a massage she said hi and was being friendly the owner did not answer. Im sorry, but part of owning a business is greeting customers and being nice not IGNORING THEIR HELLO and going straight to spraying our shoes. The massage itself felt like a " butt massage" they literally lowered my underwear and the lady was massaging my butt for what seemed like a long time. I was there for a whole body massage not butt massage. When it was time for all four of us to pay we all paid $55 ( the price for a 90 minute massage). My sister and cousin gave the person that massaged them a $15 TIP. I didn't have anything but $12 so that is what I gave the owner because the women who massaged me was massaging another client when it came time to tip. The owner( always in the front and always wearing a leather jacket) EMBARRASSED ME in front of my family and literally said "ughh" looking at me as if it wasn't enough. Then he told me that the minimum for tip was $15. I was so embarrassed because the only cash I had in my purse was $12! So I told him that was all I had and looked upset. When my brother gave him $80 because it was his first time there, he didn't know it was $55, the owner took $70 and only returned $10 MAKING THE $15 tip MANDATORY!!!!! He didnt even give him a chance to tip, he automatically took the $15. At that point we shouldn't have tipped. TIP is based on the service we get and how we like it. If the owner wants a mandatory $15 he should either increase his 90 minute massage to $70 instead of $55 OR have a sign in the front that says $15 massage is mandatory. I CANNOT believe I went through that embarrassment last night. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. Not only did he lose a 3 year client that always brings friends/fam ( i give him business) but he also lost my siblings and cousin(NEW CLIENTS). I literally apologized to my brother for him taking $15 like that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. As someone who has been coming here for 3 years, believe me, you guys wont be missing anything for not coming here! Theres so many other massage places in the area. Try those out before coming here and save yourself the embarrassment! The owner doesn't even massage well. I had 10 min left of my massage when the owner came into my room and my massage lady went to go service another client. His hands felt like sand they were cold and rough and my foot was hurting so bad because he was digging into my foot and legs. TERRIBLE! To the owner- you say you have multiple locations and you care about customer service. Don't let owning multiple locations get to your head! Don't forget about the basics-CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Good customer service is what gets people to come back and feed you! Good customer service goes a long way. Had you been nice and maybe not embarrassed me for giving $3 than YOUR MINIMUM TIP you would've gained so much more! 3 new potential clients. We drove 30 min to get serviced by you. Go back to business 101- you def skipped the customer service section and PLEASE educated yourself on loyal customers. Clearly, you don't know the definition of loyal clients. this is my most absolute place to grab an hour massage from. 1/2 is ok but get the hour for the full experience!! the prices are amazing and honestly i tip heavy bcuz for what I'm paying it's more than worth it. my back always hurts, my neck.... coming here definitely relaxes me and have me feeling great after each visit. i try to come 2x -3x a month !! Not necessarily bad but also idk if I'd say it was good either. It was one of the weirdest massages I've gotten that's for sure. It really just felt like a professional back rub not a massage. I got a groupon but asked for a neck massage and back massage only instead of a full body. When the guy came In and asked if I wanted to remove my bottoms, I said no just back and neck. Well I got a full body with what felt like a little too long on my buttocks. Also spent too long on my hands- my hands don't need 2-3 minutes spent on them each ..at the end, it was almost like he was literally punching me ..never experienced that and I've had dozens of massages. Well overdue massage. I highly suggest using Mike if you like deep tissue massages or harder than usual massages. He did a great job. I felt like jello leaving. Great prices and clean facility. The only negative thing I can say is that there was a language barrier between me and the employees. I wish they spoke English. read more

I think the massage was great, but the foot rubs are only okay. I booked a foot rub after getting a massage, so I was hopeful that they would actually apply some pressure on my feet. I have been to this place twice in the past 3 months. I usually get the 90 minute massage (60 min Body and 30 min Feet). They use hot stones during the body massage for a few minutes. It's affordable and the service is good. The place is clean and the music relaxing. Lighting is dim. The massage tables are separated by curtains so you may hear someone on the other side. Mostly it is quiet, unless a timer goes off nearby. This place is relaxing. I have been to more expensive places that have truly private rooms and where English is the primary language. I find the quality of the massage is the same here. They don't speak much English here, but communication usually isn't a problem. You just have to keep your voice down. Nice people but completely untrained. They consistently press very hard on your spinal cord and shin bones instead of concentrating on the muscle surrounding the bone. Very odd that they would think this a comfortable way to massage. A trained masseuse wouldn't go near your spinal cord or shin bones. I think that's why foot spas charge $15 less, they're not trained and many of the workers dont speak or understand English. Anyway- when they press hard on your spine and shins just yell that it hurts and they usually stop (gotta yell 2-3 times but the will stop eventually). Happy Foot is affordable, comfortable and definitely makes you feel relaxed! The people who massage and the receptionist are very friendly and very attentive. It's decorated nicely and clean. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is because, I wish before they started massaging you, they could introduce themselves, ask if you want a man or a women to massage you and ask you where your problem areas are so they can put a little bit more focus onto that part of the body. I was able to get a 1 hour massage today without an appointment. Nice, relaxing atmosphere and Kin was great. $30 for a 60 minute back massage. The only thing I didn't love was that they have curtains separating the rooms instead of doors but I'll definitely still come back. read more

I really wasn't happy at all. The person working on me was so rough. It felt like she was washing my feet instead of massaging them. Her hands were so rough, fast and hard. Then at one point, she started moving her hands really slow. I opened my eyes and saw her falling asleep. So I moved my foot and she woke up startled. About 5 minutes later it happened again. I wasn't relaxed the entire half hour and kept thinking about what I would do about a tip because I always tend to be a generous tipper. I was thinking maybe she's having a rough day or something and then I reminded myself that I'm there for a service and falling asleep twice and "scrubbing" my feet was not what I signed up for. She got a $2 tip and when I gave it to her, she looked at it, said something that I couldn't understand in another language and they all started laughing.
