When I got the bill at the end I was charged for a manicure double the price of the one I booked and asked for. I tried to let it go. Then I was told my gift card only covered part of the bill (mind you, I booked it so it would be fully covered) and they couldn't charge my credit card less than $20! WTF! Ok so now you're getting $20 extra than what I budgeted for. Finally, they agreed to charge me only the $15 and acted like they were doing me some huge favor. Manicure is already chipping a few days later but pedicure still looks nice. I will NEVER return. Also there is little parking here so I had to park and walk and ending up going through puddles of water with a fresh pedicure to get back to my car. This place is so dumb, don't waste your time. Find a better manager and English speaking staff at least to help translate for the ppl that don't speak it.
