Went to redeem my free session and all of a sudden we are new owners past month Will not accept reward After much phone bantering the owner was only willing give me $10 off visit. Would not come again, new owners don't speak English and had to communicate through a phone app. The inside and lobby look completely different and based on previous reviews management changed. They asked me to pay first and I refused then the pressure was too weak it felt like a weird rub down I had to ask to change massage therapist and the second was fine but I wish I spent most of the first hour with the second one. Not worth trying again. I love to support my fellow Asian businesses but not when the service and staff is not up to basic standards. Find a better manager and English speaking staff at least to help translate for the ppl that don't speak it. read more

I bought a gift certificate to Kung Fu Foot Spa on Montauk Hwy in Copiague in January of 2021. There is no expiration date on it and I was never told that there was any expectation it had to be used within a year. The business has changed ownership and it's now going under the name Kung Fu Feet in the same location. It wasn't renovated and it looks exactly the same. So the only way a regular customer would know it changed over was by noticing the business card because the signs on the building still say Kung Fu Foot spa. As you may guess by now, they don't want to honor the gift certificate. I bought five foot massages and only used one so far. I came here to get a foot massage today and they offered me $5 off the regular price. I paid over $100 for the unused massages and I'm supposed to get a $5 discount? There are other places that are more honorable so I would not go here anymore. Any positive reviews on here were left under the old management so keep in mind that the new management does not deserve them. read more

Stopped in here because I had a migraine and the lady was super friendly. She took me in the back room which would be for couple massages usually. I got a Full body massage and foot rub for $45. That's an hour and a half for $45. You truly cannot go wrong. She use some hot stones hot towels and had strong hands. By the time I left my headache was almost completely gone. This was awful. I have been going here for years. I loved it when Vivian and Danny owned the Spa. They were awesome. I used to come here at least once or twice a month. NEVER will i go there again. Today, They talked the entire time left the lights on super bright. My daughter and i were both there and both of our people left us during the service to answer phone calls. At the end of the $26 service. We offered a $5 tip (Generous i thought since they weren't that good and because of all the other stuff). And they guy who was my daughters refused the $5 and demanded that she give him $10. She told him no and he walked away from her. I gave my person the $5 which she took but then asked for more. I told her no and she asked me if i tipped when i went out to dinner and demanded that we give her the $5 that the guy refused to take! I said no because he was rude and walked away. I do not recommend this place for any sort of massage. Me and my boyfriend went for a 30 minute massage and the ladies were VERY rough on our bodies causing aches and pain throughout the massage and after. Both talked the entire massage as well as started texting during the massage! never again read more

I picked this place for the great reviews. It was so worth it! Went for the couples 60 min massage. Total came out to $72, what a steal. I picked Colombus day and called 4 different spas before this place and they were all booked. I called KUNG Fu and they asked if I could be there in 20 mins. Very accommodating. I went and although it was just indicated as back rub it was full body. In the back of the place they have two sections cornered off with curtains. The ladies were great. They used aromatic oils, hot towels, and even hot stones. They know what they're doing!! For the price and the quality we will for sure be back. read more

Absolutely a great friendly business with great deals. I go there probably 3 times a week. Once on the first day of my work week, 2nd mid week and 3rd after I get out of work. I always get the 90 minute massage and I pretty much only use Donna. She's very friendly has strong hands, light on her feet when she walks across my back, excellent with the facial massage and also does wonders to your feet if you had a long day. I fall asleep pretty much every time i go there, that's just how comforting the massages are. It's not the most decorative place but the quality of the massage and tranquil environment in general makes up for the short comings. read more

This is another hidden gem that many of you pas by everyday and don't even notice it. When you first walk in the waiting room is very small there is only a desk and a couch. Once you go through the door to the massage it is dimly lit. and there is relaxing soft music playing. The place is very clean and well maintained. You can not beat the price a full body massage is only $25. They do a very good job and don't skimp on there massage, I kept thinking the massage over, but nope it kept going. I have gone to SO MANY places, and Kung Fu Foot Spa by far has the best massages you can get without breaking the bank. The staff is friendly and remembers my name and my face, and they can always fit me in without making appointments. The place is not the most private if that is important to you. The rooms are separated by walls that don't quite reach the ceiling, and a curtain provides entry instead of a door. However, all of the rooms are clean, with a pleasant aroma, and relaxing music. me and my boyfriend LOVE this place. It's so good, I'm guaranteed to hear him snoring every time. When we go together, we get the couples room with roses, it's very cute. I don't need to go nearly as bad as he does but the massages are so good, I can't say no. Especially the deals they have. Definitely a good price for what you get. ALSO, my boyfriend went alone around Christmas time and they gave him a tin of egg roll cookies for him and his "wife". I definitely appreciate that they recognize their regular customers. While we have been there when there was a wait, they do recommend their sisters locations but I like that location the best and would prefer waiting but I would recommend making an appointment, just in case! read more

What a great neighborhood gem!!! I went to this place after receiving a gift certificate from a friend. When i first walked into the "reception area", I thought the place didn't look so nice. However, I was then led into the actual massage area and was pleasantly surprised at the relaxing and soothing atmosphere, and the aroma of essential oils that permeates the air. The massage itself was absolutely wonderful! I was so satisfied at the technique of the woman who gave me my massage. It was so soothing that I think I may have snoozed a little. I could not believe how good the massage was knowing that my massage cost only $25; I thought for sure it was going to be bad, but boy was I wrong!! I am definitely coming back and looking forward to doing a couples massage next time. I will highly recommend this place to all my friends!
