So we had made it over there this morning at 11:00 am for our appointment and there was no one there. The front door was unlocked and everything inside was dark, all of the lights were off. So, we are asking anyone if they know if this place is still in business because we have gift certificates for $60 each, please let us know if they closed which would be really bad business on their part. The only negative part out of the whole experience was that since the scalp treatment room has capacity for 2 individuals (which is good if you're going with a friend) someone else arrived in the middle of the treatment, her phone went off several times playing loud music and it was incredibly disturbing. It's a good idea for people to silence their phones prior to entering the treatment room. Other than that, I felt like this experience was well worth it! The massage chair that you lay in was amazing and really worked at the knots on my back without it being painful. The different tools used to brush and clean your hair felt super nice and my hair was incredibly clean afterwards! The blow drying station is outside the treatment room, which is great for keeping sounds at bay. I would absolutely go back and looking forward to trying some of the other treatments there!

When I got the bill at the end I was charged for a manicure double the price of the one I booked and asked for. I tried to let it go. Then I was told my gift card only covered part of the bill (mind you, I booked it so it would be fully covered) and they couldn't charge my credit card less than $20! WTF! Ok so now you're getting $20 extra than what I budgeted for. Finally, they agreed to charge me only the $15 and acted like they were doing me some huge favor. Manicure is already chipping a few days later but pedicure still looks nice. I will NEVER return. Also there is little parking here so I had to park and walk and ending up going through puddles of water with a fresh pedicure to get back to my car. This place is so dumb, don't waste your time. The one thing that is a little uncomfortable (in the cool months) is at the end, they wipe off your body of excess oil and lotion using a towel but once that dries on your skin it gets quite cold! If you pay with a credit card you pay before the massage, which could be discouraging to those who plan on leaving a tip on the card (tipping before the service.) Service: SNS Manicure; $45 This is a really simple place. No frills, but with a warm atmosphere. The owner greeted most customers by name and recognized who they were on the phone (down to what services they got and what colors they like!). Staff was friendly when I came in and seated me right away even though I was early for my appointment. The tech I was paired with wasn't good at powder nails. Maybe she's learning, maybe it's not just her Thing. She didn't cut my cuticles, she used the nail file to make my beds abrasive correctly but then buffed it so it was smooth again, she started the powder all the way at the nail bed instead of having the first layer only go ~80%, didn't wipe excess powder between coats, messed up a nail with her nails and just kinda...smoothed the stuff on top. She fixed that nail later, but it didn't do much. The end result was very thick and lumpy. Powder and polish were all over my fingers and she managed to miss parts of my nail. I had a job interview the next day I was going to cry. As I was leaving, I caught the owner outside and politely told her that I was really unhappy with what I had, but not to stress over it. She insisted I go inside and they make it right. I felt so anxious and awkward because I felt bad for the tech, but it was the right call. The original tech removed more of the excess from my nails. Then I was paired with Krystal, who is OUTSTANDING. She had just done a wonderful job on someone else and she took the time to make sure my nails were fixed. They ended up smooth, even, and pretty. Since the initial technique for the powder was not ideal, I'm not sure how long these will last (I usually get about a month out of these manicures). However, Krystal made it so much better.
