I purchased a gift certificate for my husband. It was for 60 min salt cave massage, 60 min float, 60 sauna and cold plunge. My husband has a tough job and recently had rotator cuff surgery and I thought this would be dream day but it wasn't. He advised there was hair in the cold plunge tank, the floors were not clean. His massage was not relaxing as he could hear all the conversations in the lobby. This was not a cheap package. I received an email saying they were starting to offer yoga classes at the spa and your first class is free when you sign up. I immediately signed up. It was really quick and easy. I went for my first yoga class today and it was amazing. There were 3 of us and the instructor. They provided a mat and blocks if needed. We did different positions, stretched, and worked on our breathing. I felt phenomenal when we were done. It was so relaxing and my body needed to stretch. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the class. She would assist you to properly position yourself, give tips, and explain the different terms if we weren't familiar. I booked my next session before leaving. The spa gave 25% off so I paid $22.50 for next Monday at 8pm. Made an appointment for the sauna because I just needed a little me-time. A friend recommended it. I've passed this place a bunch and I'll be totally honest, the outside was maybe what turned me off at first. Inside it's so bright and airy and clean. The room with the sauna was nice and checking in (and booking) was easy, however the one thing I didn't love was that there was no way to turn the light off in the room itself. Every other spa I've been to where they offer saunas in private rooms, you have the ability to dim the lights or make the room a bit darker when you are in the little sauna so that the bright lights aren't as harsh and also because of the way, the walls and ceiling are in this place you hear the music that's playing throughout. It's simple and calming music however I didn't have headphones nor did I want to bring them so I was hoping for more of a quiet experience. I'll also note that you must take your shoes off when you get to the front and they offer you slippers, which is very nice. However I wish I would have known so that I could've brought my own so that I wouldn't have had to go barefoot if I didn't want to use the ones they provide. read more

I went for an infrared sauna and could not have been more pleased. I've just started this type of sauna therapy in the last two months and found it really helpful to relieve muscle tension (shoulders and neck), headaches and anxiety. Here we go, So for quit some time now I have been noticing this place advertised on Groupon. I was skeptical but yet curious too. So I decided to go because after all ,everything I have gone through with the cancer diagnosis and surgeries, etc I needed a resting place. It was more than I can ever imagine. When you walk in the place it take your stress away immediately. The vibe, energy, smell was phenomenal. So I started off drinking some chamomile tea which automatically relaxes you. Then we go into the salt cave room. I thought with all the stress I was going through the room would melt lol.. The room is filled with Himalayan salt . Has chairs sitting in a circle. Instantly I fell asleep within 5 minutes. I also had something on my ears to help as well. Binaural beats. 45 minutes later I was so relaxed I felt like a different person. Came out of the room so relieved not one pain in my body. No thoughts just being in the moment. It was a great experience. And the representative there he was so helpful. I totally forgot his name. Visit Date: June 20, 2021 I was wondering what to do with myself while my son was with his dad for most of the day on Father's day. I saw a salt cave and wanted to check it out so I went to groupon and found a deal for floatopia. On top of my groupon deal they have a way out special. Every time you are leaving the spa you can buy a future session for 1/2 off. I don't remember who helped me when I walked in but he was very nice, friendly, courteous, explained everything about the salt cave and floating. When I was ready he let me into the salt cave. What a nice experience it was for me. I'm generally not into most spa stuff, I don't like getting massaged, I'm not sure I'd be into floating but the salt cave was beautiful. I spent a few minutes walking around as the session started just because I had to feel my feet on the salt. The salt they use is antifungal I believe so anyone can step through it without spreading anything. After I walked around I laid down in the zero gravity chair, hung out for awhile, looked at the ceiling, thought about stuff and ended up falling asleep. The person who helped me when I walked in said it was likely I'd fall asleep in the salt cave. I got a future session for half off which I hope to use in July. When I go again in July I'm planning to get a session for a friend and myself. I love the salt cave. After I was done I stayed in the lounge part and had some tea and checked my facebook. I'm hoping to make the salt caves a monthly visit as long as the keep the half price way out special going on. read more

I was going here relatively frequently for more than a year to use the Infrared Sauna and typically had enjoyed the experience. I was made to wait past my appointment time only twice. My last visit was very unpleasant. I only realized after I got undressed that the infrared light was not working. After I came out and alerted the associate, she told me that they were simply not working and that the heat comes from the panels. Had I known this ahead of my arrival and undress I would have cancelled. However, I was there already and in a bathrobe, so I decided to stay. Because there was no Infrared light, I could see the blue flashing light from the bluetooth equipment even with my eyes closed. This was not at all relaxing. I wrote a detailed email about this to the email address on the website but no one ever got back to me, so I have not been back. read more

This was my first time floating and it totally exceeded my expectations... it felt as if I was in a spa or a 5 star hotel in NYC for the hour. The place was so clean and beautiful inside. Staff was efficient and knowledge explaining everything to me throughly before my float. First you shower then get in the tank and the hour passed by not too quickly or slowly. I can't straight from a gym workout and I felt totally relaxed inside and out from my mind to my body... I've always wanted to try a salt float but was scared it would feel claustrophobic, not here! not at all. The place is very clean and quiet and relaxing. You get a suite, which has your shower and an inner room where the float pool is. You shower and wash your hair to prevent oils, lotion etc from getting in the pool. Then in you go, there are high ceilings that taper towards the back and you can comfortably stretch out, it's your choice to have complete darkness or various color lights. I did the blue and then aqua light. The reason I didn't give five stars is partly on me, the ear plugs kept popping out and that was distracting to me, I would get relaxed and the out they would pop, so I had to restart, so to say the whole process, I always have a problem with earbuds etc so that's not their fault. Your skin stays nice and soft and doesn't get wrinkly at all. What did happen (another reason for 4 not 5 stars) was that after a while the smell from the salt started making me feel gaggish, some people say they feel nauseous, I think this is why, it's probably due to the chemical make up of the salt. After you are done you get out rinse off and wash your hair. There is a nice size salon area with blow dryers and hair brushes, I did bring my own brushes though. I was amazed that my hair had NO tangles at all, I was concerned since my hair is long that I would be in for a struggle, but no. I have to say I felt super relaxed afterwards and slept good and when I woke up the next day I had no stiffness or soreness at all, I didn't even notice until the following morning when my usual morning pains were there, lol. They have a great video and a lot of information on their website, I am really glad I did it and from what I've seen and read, the cleanliness, pool sizes and calming vibe, Floatopia is the place to go! read more

This place is very nice, clean & calming. I loved the salt cave. I tried the float this weekend, but it wasn't for me. I felt very claustrophobic & anxious while inside. I wish they had music playing so it would be more relaxing. The room / shower was very clean and nice. I couldn't make it the full hour in there as I started to not feel well / nauseous. There needed to be some type of vent on for circulation because it was so so so HOT in the room. Afterwards I felt like crap for a few hours. I'd go back there only for the salt cave. This place is beautiful! My boyfriend surprised me for my birthday and it was the perfect gift! We started out in the salt cave, the manager gave us a blanket. It was just us two in the cave and we relaxed and had music in there for us. Very relaxing! Afterword, we went into the infrared sauna for about 40 mins. There's a timer in there, so it was good to know how long we had left. Lastly, we did the float tank and that was a cool experience. Very clean! The ambiance of this place is really nice. Clean and peaceful feeling. My fiancé and I did the salt cave and float pool and both felt the same way. The salt cave was cool and relaxing but definitely don't need to be in there 45 minutes. After like 20 minutes we were over it. The chairs we sat in could've been more comfortable and matched the ambiance but instead they were just regular backyard pool lounge chairs, would've been nice to sit on something soft or comforting. As for the float pool, we had our hopes up because of all the 5 star reviews but we felt the complete opposite. First off, the girl explaining everything we had to do went so fast and was so bland we were so confused. The "pool" itself was so small and it gets so humid I do not recommend if you're claustrophobic, I've never been personally and I actually felt panicked about it. She said there was a "neck pillow" and it was a flimsy styrofoam flat ring. The ear plugs so that water doesn't get in your ear were so uncomfortable that you had to readjust a few times. There's no music even tho it says there is on the sign in the room. All the lights turn off and the pool lights change colors. The first 5 minutes were relaxing but then I opened my eyes and I floated to the end of the pool where the ceiling was 5 inches from my face, the water got Luke warm and it's still water the whole time. It's humid. And I didn't really feel like it was super clean so I started to get even more anxious. My mind is racing, I felt uneasy and almost nauseated. I felt like I was counting down the minutes until I could get out. Once the lights turned back on I jumped out so fast. My fiancé and I both felt sick, uneasy, shaken up for a few hours after. Kombucha was good though ‍glad this was a gift certificate because I always wanted to try it but I would never do it again read more
