Awful experience ... I paid for an hour deep tissue massage . I didn't get deep tissue, idk what…read moretechnique that was . My masseuse felt like a used car salesman - spending a chunk of my hour massage hands off trying to give me an anatomy and physiology lesson to validate why I needed subsequent sessions .. I'm a medical professional who has dissected an human cadaver and I couldnt stomach his speil. i also didn't go there to have a conversation , like please don't talk to me just massage me. I can't stand when you pay for an hour of hands on massage and they fool around and cut corners to spend less time hands on. what an awful disappointment. I wrote a review bc that used salesman pitch probably manipulates a lot of unsuspecting people. just awful

I have never had a prenatal massage before, this was a gift from my husband, and I didn't realize how hard they are to book because no one has any appointments. Typically I go to those Asian salons where for $40 they walk all over you. Prenatals are.....much more delicate. Don't get me wrong, the experience was lovely and relaxing, just different from what I'm used to. They have a prenatal membership for a monthly massage at $89 which is a great price. I'd go back but would appreciate someone who isn't sick working on me - I'm pregnant, if I get sick it can be bad. I also didn't feel like I got the full hour because she kept having to leave to cough outside of the room (yes, she wore a mask). That said, she was very nice and I did enjoy the massage. I just wish they wouldn't throw a pregnant woman in a 1:1, hands-on room with someone who may or may not be contagious.

CryoCure Wellness Center - mold and dirt

This is the filthiest float therapy place I've been to…read more I purchased a Groupon to this place. I've been here before 4+ years ago. Upon arrival, I was brought to the first float room. I was immediately underwhelmed with the cleanliness and quality of the room. This comes especially from the perspective of someone who avidly goes to float locations throughout NYC and LI, as well as out of state. You'll get a significantly better experience from Floatopia. Nevertheless, I was excited to relax after a long business day. When I opened the rub area, I was met by an immediate smell of mold. I didn't even step into the tub. I asked the receptionist to try another room. When I tried the second room, I was also met with both mold, sour smells and a FILTHY tub. The bottom of the tub is brown. There was dirt at the bottom of the tub. As you can see pictured, there is mold growing around the tub area. It smelled horrible. Do not support this business. This is a huge cleanliness issue.

This is a MUST for ALL!! .. Friendly, knowledgeable staff in a superbly clean environment makes you…read morefeel assured and most comfortable in receiving the services. I started off with the floatation tank/pool/room for an uninterrupted, relaxing and rejuvenating one hour. (Did I mention how great the music was?) After my hour I further continued my services with the CryoFreeze, which I much delighted in especially upon knowing how many calories I was burning in 3 minutes. Between 400-800 kcals. Who wouldn't delight in this luxury? That's AMAZING in my book. And last but not least, the Cryo treatment to my face. What an experience. My skin is loving the benefits. Added collagen production. This will be my weekly staple.

I've been going to Cleansing Concepts for the past two years, and I honestly can't say enough good…read morethings about Vanessa and her team. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed into an environment that feels more like a spa retreat than a clinical setting. The space is calming, beautifully maintained, incredibly clean, and--most importantly--completely private. The rooms have a soft, relaxing feel that instantly puts you at ease. Vanessa and her team are consistently warm, friendly, and highly professional. They explain everything clearly and make the entire colonic experience comfortable and pleasant every single time. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Most recently, they were able to fit me in at the last minute, and I was in and out within an hour--no waiting, no stress. That level of efficiency, combined with such thoughtful care is rare. I also really appreciate the probiotic they provide at the end--it's those extra touches that show their attention to detail and commitment to overall wellness. If you're considering colon hydrotherapy, this is the place to go. Professional, welcoming, spotless, and truly a spa-like experience every time. Highly recommend.

Don't waste your time going to this location. 1) NO ONE ANSWES the PHONE. i had to make my appointment through the manhattan location. 2) Everything the manhattan location told me was going to happen at my first visit did not happen with Deborah. I was told that the colon hygienist is suppose to assist you through the first session and also, show you (if you'd like) the contents emptied in the end as part of the analysis. None of that was asked. 3) colon hygienist/ manager was not friendly from the beginning, no welcoming first time welcome, no thorough explanation. Not a relaxing atmosphere and Deborah is certainly not a calm individual. The entire time she was on edge and i had to ask myself numerous times why is she yelling at me?. First time experience at this location was horrible. No. i will not return. I will return to the manhattan location.
