The prices are also very reasonable for such a great experience. We always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I bought a Groupon for the couples float which was $75. We went there and did the salt cave too and bought a small salt lamp which was $18, the total for the cave and lamp were $150 we paid cash so $200 with the Groupon for the cave and float. Pricey, definitely. I didn't feel any benefits from both services but my husband felt as if he did. I was hoping to bring my daughter, asthmatic Back here to the kids salt room but I had a similar interaction as another reviewer with the owner. She answered the phone when I booked and then also showed me the barcode and just pointed and got annoyed with me that I didn't understand what she meant as she just pointed. I received a gift card specifically to try a Reiki session and was looking forward to it. I called multiple times to book, but each time was told I'd get a call back - which never happened. When I finally got through and asked about it, I was told my call had gone to voicemail and "didnt feel like leaving a message". Not exactly the kind of response you'd expect from a professional service, but I decided to let it go. Since the gift card was already paid for, I ended up booking a massage instead. Unfortunately, that experience was just as disappointing. It was the least relaxing massage I've ever had. At one point, the therapist actually stopped mid-session to use the restroom saying "I.m old and can't hold it" It completely broke any sense of calm or professionalism. Overall, this was not the experience I was hoping for. Poor communication, lack of follow through and an unprofessional massage - I wouldn't recommend this place to others. read more

Terrible attitude of the owner and Anna Marie the therapist who I got. it's a money making racket and not necessarily a spa that really wants to do the right thing for their customers. Right from the time I entered the spa they were rushing me through the body scrub and Anna Marie spent more time telling me on how she needs to rush to get the next one in, than actually doing the body scrub. On top of that the owner instead of trying to help was also justifying the callousness of the therapist . Instead of it being an enjoyable experience it turned out to be a stressful one. I will never recommend anybody looking for a good relaxing spa experience to ever come here. if there was a negative scale I would have given them the bottom of that scale. read more

I've come here twice for the float experience and both times the customer service was excellent. I did the booking process over the phone and it was quick and easy. The sign in process was also quick but I would still recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment so as to not cut into your float time. Scheduled a couples float. Upon entering, the receptionist said to check in and pointed to our right. As we looked around to see what she meant we had no clue she just kept repeating right there. Apparently we were to scan a barcode? Prior to going into the couples salt float she said to take our shoes off in the hallway. No slippers or anything, just bare foot in the hallway where everyone walks around with shoes on. Walked into the couples room and initially thought it smelled musty. Figured it must have been the humidity but found it strange the mats were wet before we walked into the float. After the float, I turned on the lights and was appalled. Mold in the corners of the room and growing on the photo above the tub. The glass of the door shower was not secured and moved from the ceramic floor upon closing. I told the receptionist and she said that it was not mold but actually it was glue. She said in the past they had mold but not anymore. She asked me to clarify what I meant about the door and finally said the salt erodes everything and they had given up on fixing it. Would not return and I recommend you avoid this place if you value cleanliness in the least bit. read more

Changed the order of our services to an order that made sense for them and not in a way that was intended. Sauna was nice but we were overcharged. Lag time between previous customers had to wait 15 minutes after sauna in bathroom for salt soak. Had us bring clothes into tub room instead of leaving in locker?? Lights turned off 15 minutes into soaking in the tub, couldn't see anything. Inevitably clothes got wet from floor trying to change. Turning the light on just made it feel gross for various reasons . line of mold under bath mats. There are better options for lower prices, left feeling semi disappointed and silly for wasting money. My husband and I got couples massages here last week. Check-in was very smooth and quick as we filled out forms texted to us prior to our appointment. Our massage therapists were Annmarie and Faith (prenatal and swedish massages). We were both very happy with our massages. Even for a prenatal massage, Annmarie used just the right amount of pressure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The price is very decent for the massages we received but that is exactly what you are paying for. It is simply a massage, not a full 'spa' experience. There is no changing room, no robes, no relaxation room for before/after your massages. You change out of your clothes in the massage room and then get dressed afterwards. There are no showers to rinse off. We got a tour of the other facilities that are offered after our massages, including the salt cave, children's salt cave, and float room. Today I came in with my cousin to have a girl's spa day. We've been looking forward to this for the several weeks that we booked it. There must have been a miscommunication, although I believe I was pretty clear that I was coming in with my cousin. We scheduled a float and a massage. At scheduling, they offered us a couples massage which I declined. I prefer to be in the room alone, plus my cousin and I weren't trying to be romantic. They showed us the room for the float and gave us the run down. My cousin went to use the restroom before the float and I showered before getting in. Then there was a knock at the door. Apparently there is only 1 float room and they had us float together. We laughed it off but it was quite distracting having someone else float in the same tub as you. Eventually we settled and did enjoy the float after we figured out how not to bump into one another. Unfortunately, you could hear the doors slam, which was distracting also. When we came out for the massage they brought us into the couples room for a massage together. Fortunately, they were able to separate us. My massage was great with Eli. He seemed knowledgeable and his touch was therapeutic. I don't know why they didn't mention that there was only 1 float. Why didn't they suggest a massage first, then float and vice versa for my cousin. I'm pretty sure I paid the same price for an individual float as I would have together. This was my first experience doing a float or being in a salt room and I have been raving about it all day!! The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous. I thought the float room and the shower in it were also beautiful. Being that it was my first time it took me about 20 minutes to get the hang of floating and settle in and at some point I fell asleep!! I felt horrible as it took me a bit to wake up with the employee telling me my session was over but she was really nice about it! The salt cave was also stunning and comfortable. I really do think it helped me be less congested. My only complaint is that the body wash in the shower was out so I used shampoo to get the salt off and there was no opportunity to dry my hair. I also am having a bit of trouble with salt in my ears but they offered ear plugs so that's just a beginners error. I am a highly anxious person and I can honestly say I walked out of this place feeling like I could take on the world. I've never been so at peace and cannot wait to come back!! read more

Overall, I have to give this a middle of the road rating. The front desk/professionalism lacked on our spa day. It seems from what I gathered that they asked a second massage therapist days ahead of time to come in for our couples massage. On our arrival about 15 minutes before our massage they front desk was panicking saying that they don't know where she the second massage therapist was and wasn't answering the phone. Instead of going to our massage first we were brought to the cave (which we had booked to be after the massages). The front desk staff said they would come get us if the second massage therapist showed up. About 5 minutes after getting into the cave they came and got us. We weren't given an robes/sandals, just brought straight to the massage room. I don't know if that is normal for this establishment but it was a bit strange for us. The massages were decent, which is the reason for the 3 stars despite the strange start. The salt cave is a room of recliners with salt on the ground. It was nice to look at but I probably wouldn't do it again. On exit, a different staff member that we hadn't seen on check in had a child with her which I found to be less than ideal in the spa setting. Overall, disorganized and didn't feel clean but the massage which was the most important part was fine. I think if they work on the experience for the customer which is really what we're paying for the establishment could be wonderful. I probably won't be back because there are so many spa options around that have more normal experiences but I wouldn't discount going back if other reviewers in the future consistently have wonderful experiences. read more

Front desk staff needs alot more training in making sure customers recieve the services they are seeking. They are disorganized and not accountable when they make mistakes. I would not recommend this place at all. I left there more stressed and anxious then when I came in. Initially, when purchasing the gift certificate over the phone, it took a very long time for the staff member to get my information correctly as she claimed that it must be my phone that was the problem. Then, I looked forward to a relaxing spa day with my mom and sisters. When we arrived I was told my scheduled back facial would need to be an hour later than the service for the other three people in my party--which was not made clear over the phone when booking the appointments. Instead, I had to choose between two other options (that I did not want) or schedule an additional service to fill the gap of time (and to spend more money). First visit to this location. 60 minute float is all I will come in on. To walk in the staff was extremely friendly and helpful externally the building very clean. Inside the float room the shower walls were dirty, mold all around the wall bases. The tub was disgusting, grime on the tub walls, black things floating in the tub and an odd smell to the room overall. Furthest thing from relaxing all kinds of noise outside the room scraping, doors slamming and movement. The music in the bathroom was at a better volume level than in the float room. Given one towel to shower before and after with, no cloth to wash with, conditioner in shower didn't dispense, nowhere to be able to dry your hair, or fix your make up. I was out of the tub in about 35 minutes. Turned the lights on and it was a really gross scene. Not at all impressed, furthest thing from relaxing as far as I was concerned. Then while I was in the cave relaxing she came into the cave screaming from the door asking the lady massaging a question- again no spa etiquette. I was actually falling asleep which is so hard for me to relax. After that before my cave time was up I was ready to go after being awaking so abruptly. Ito go back to educating customers, I assumed I would be given spa shorts etc, it would have been great for the staff to recomend sweats, tights, etc for a more relaxing feel specially that I was getting a foot rub. Jeans are not recommended in my opinion I would yell customers to wear loose sweats or tights. Again I didn't know what to expect. Music of the float room can be lowered and maybe a railing to help you in and out the tub. Music was very loud and distracting. Front desk very loud. The massage we got was great. I just feel what I expected from the website was not the service or what I expected. I don't mind the price but expect the spa or what I paid for. If not really a spa then maybe state that to avoid miscommunication to client. If I would have known I would have chosen differently since it was a valentines date w my husband. This place is not run well and it feels dirty. First impression was the dusty display right outside the front door (it says it all). After filling out a million forms, my partner and I did several services....none of which we enjoyed. Flotation therapy is not authentic...there is no way to turn off all lights (cheap fake candles lit up) and water and tub looked dirty. Deep tissue massage was nowhere near deep (Swedish with light pressure) and therapist seemed out of it. Facial was done with gloves on! Ugh it was terrible. She used the covid reason which made no sense. Nobody was wearing masks but the gloves protected her from covid??? And the salt room was very tacky which a cheesy 80s light display. Honestly, i bet they don't even blow salt in the air....owner seems like the shady type. There was no locker room where to change and if i wanted to use slippers, i had to buy some. Pathetic.
