Forgive me because I cannot remember what they were called but I asked her (the lady who came to the door) What the difference were and she couldn't explain them, understand my questions nor did she speak English. Seemingly that is until I went to the back and she told me it would be $80... I asked why and she simply said men 60 and woman 80... I changed my mind at that point, just sit outside the shop long enough and you will see... Nothing but shady characters walking in and looking at you to see if you recognize them or they you. Not only that if it's such a legit business why can't you find it it's not really listed, and everyone who walked in look so suspicious it was a shame, actually funny because all I could think was. The massage wasn't what I had expected, and I had difficulty reaching the right person to discuss my experience. However, the way the owner handled the situation was impressive and made me feel so much better about the situation. It is clear that he's a business owner who truly cares about the customer's experience. He reached out to me on his own and took full accountability on behalf of his staff. He gave me several minutes of his time to go over my experience in detail and was completely transparent about all of their business practices. He even went so far as to set me up with a masseuse that he felt would be a much better fit for me (I saw her two days ago, and she was!). He really made me feel valued, like a friend. Everybody makes mistakes. However, it's the way that people bounce back from mistakes that makes a difference.

The space is warm and cozy--very welcome last night as it was 25 degrees outside. My shoulders were up to my ears, I had numbness down my right arm and right leg. I felt as if I were being stabbed in the neck. Before she even started, Cheri gave me desk exercises to do so I didn't have this problem again. She explained how she was going to massage me as a whole person, not just knotted muscles. I honestly yessed her, to just get started I was in so much pain. Within 15 minutes I could feel my body start to relax. She didn't even touch the bad parts--well not where typical massuses go. She hit various points simultaneously, and I am going to sound redundant, but I kept feeling parts of my body get out of spasm and relax. I am taller and straighter. I don't have any numbness or pain. I slept for the entire night. I didn't move from where my head hit the pillow. This NEVER happens. And a full day at the desk, using the techniques she taught me...MAGIC. My shoulders are still normal and I'm not hobbling when I stand up. If you are looking for real benefits, this is your place. Enjoy and be well.
