I scheduled a couples massage for my boyfriend and me for Valentine's Day this year. It could not have gone any better. Gee and Olga were so sweet and accommodating. For our couples massage, we were in the same room. Neither of us really likes a deep tissue massage. Even with that knowledge, a lot of masseuses don't seem to adjust the level of pressure applied. Gee was perfect though. I was so relaxed that I was falling asleep! The hour went by way too fast! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, White Birch delivers a great experience. Went for a deep tissue massage to decrease the pain of my Achilles tendinitis so I could walk and got a great massage and a wealth of tips on hopefully avoiding a rupture from a wonderfully warm, compassionate, and skilled therapist. read more

A solid massage place, definitely don't agree that its 5 stars like everyone else but solid 4 in the area. They didn't give you tea or a bathrobe or anything fancy so I'm docking them for that. Service was good and prices were great. Massage was excellent, wish they focused more on the back and facial was also great. read more

Would not recommend. Had a massage that actually made me feel worse than I did when I walked in. Anything but relaxing. Had to ask the music be turned off because it was like nothing I have ever heard while having a massage. Anxiety producing rhythic drums with fast plucking guitars.. not even close to relaxing The therapist literally ran across my sore muscles repeatedly and had to ask him to be easy with the arm I had surgery on even though we had discussed my injury at length before and during. The massage ended very abruptly and I was left completely confused. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I'm actually a massage therapist myself and wish I lived closer to this place. I was on vacation when we found this place. Had a fantastic experience at White Birch Wellness Spa today and can't wait to come back! I felt very comfortable when I first entered. I was long overdue for a massage to target specific areas that I had been feeling pain with associated with my work. Elizabeth was great and made sure to thoroughly evaluate these areas, treat them, and pin point some other areas I didn't even know about that are contributing to my discomfort. The experience was very comprehensive and informative. After the massage, she even gave me a list of stretches to do before work to help me! Absolutely love getting my brows threaded here. Trish, a pillar of the establishment, always greets the guest by name or a warm smile over the phone, turning this spa into a local place you can feel at home. Gee, does it all. Specializes in massage therapy, (just recently got even more education in India) Understands how the skin works and all it's complications. She may be an aesthetician also, not sure. I do know she is one of the few if not the only brow, lip threader in the area with consistency and purpose. In other words, she goes below just "cleaning" you up. You want thicker, shapelier brows? She foresees and plans with you on how to accomplish the look you want. She is a wealth of knowledge and has a remedy for just about any skincare, body, health concern I've run by her. read more

I was visiting from out of town and found this lovely place to get my eyebrows threaded. I was so pleased with the results that I booked myself a facial the next day. My mom came too and got a foot ritual. Jessica did the facial for me; it was wonderful and relaxing. I usually end up tearing and red from extractions but she was gentle, and there was no redness afterwards. My face was glowing when I left. My mom was also very happy with the foot ritual, and booked a massage for next week. The spa itself is located in an unassuming building, but inside it is adorable, serene and very clean. The two owners are so nice and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back when visiting again. read more

The White Birch Wellness Spa is a great place to have a local massage. It is very affordable and the massages are amazing, as is the Threading service.
