I had the most wonderful experience with an oncology massage from Kari at Simply Massage. From the…read moremoment I walked in, Kari created such a calm, safe, and genuinely caring environment. She is incredibly knowledgeable about working with people going through or recovering from cancer treatments, and you can tell she approaches her work with both skill and heart. The massage itself was gentle, thoughtful, and exactly what my body needed. Kari took the time to understand my history and adjusted everything to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling relaxed, supported, and honestly a little lighter -- both physically and emotionally. If you're navigating cancer treatment or recovery and looking for someone who truly understands oncology massage, I cannot recommend Kari enough. Belmar is lucky to have her. Thank you, Kari, for the healing work you do.

I had a 12:15 massage appointment and arrived early at 12:10. At 12:15, I was told my therapist had…read morea personal issue and would be 45 minutes late. No apology was offered--just a suggestion that I "go eat in the area and wait." Since I had other commitments, I left upset, then returned to ask about rescheduling. The only option was hours later with a male therapist, which I agreed to, but I also asked what they could do to make up for wasting my time. The receptionist said the owner would decide. The response: 20% off. I couldn't help but notice that their policy charges customers 50% for canceling without 24 hours' notice, but apparently when they cancel last-minute, my time is worth far less. Overall, I found the service dismissive, the lack of apology unprofessional, and the resolution unfair.

I sincerely recommend this location. It felt like I was a life long friend when I walked in and when I walked out I felt ready to conquer the world!
