Massage Haven - Massage room - Day Spas Near Me - Toms River, New Jersey

I haven't had a massage in a very long time. I had a hour and a half deep tissue with aroma. Peppermint scalp and foot scrub. Patrick was amazing. I'm in pain all the time, he worked on my paint points along with stretching. Pressure was perfect and I felt relief after. I will be going back to Patrick for consistent massages moving forward. Thank you Patrick! read more

Went to Jodi and she was incredible. What a professional high-quality spa! The owner is also one of the therapists, and is very friendly and approachable. Will definitely be returning! read more

I was visiting New York and New Jersey for the week and two of my girlfriends were going to this massage place in Jersey down towards the way by the Jersey Shore. I decide to go with them and check it out and get a massage myself since I get them often. I added the Hot Stone and a Peppermint Scalp Treatment. Let's first start off by the fact that the scalp treatment put me to sleep, which is incredibly helpful to my relaxation. I woke up to the delicious peppermint aroma and was ready to turn over for the massage and Hot Stones. Very happy with the different sizes of stones and the technique used; I can tell the massage therapist is trained in Hot Stone Therapy since she really knew how to get under deep into the muscles. The temperature of the stones was also just the right heat. What I love most about the overall massage experience for myself was that my body actually looks and feels as it should when you get a high quality, highly trained professional. I really needed the blocks in my body to get worked on and more oxygen to certain areas. Thank you so much Massage Haven!! read more

worst massage place ever.. my back is broken out after it felt like it was burning. I did the 90 min deep tissue with the 30 min hot stone foot after. foot massage was in middle no hot stone. and the guy pulled my underwear down till my ass was showing and put his hands through the bottom of my period underwear and at out the top. the lady tried to gaslight me and said will if you chose to completely undress. I didn't. hense period underwear. have never been uncomfortable with a male. and I got maybe 3 mins of deep tissue in the form of elbows and that's pretty much it besides freezing and fondled. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I almost want to gate keep this hidden little gem but I will share. Massage haven is my go to when I need to reset. Everyone is so nice and the place is clean and has such a relaxing vibe. My last masseuse.Jon Paul had magical hands he knew exactly what to do and gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. , I went in there tensed and in knots, after my 90 minute deep tissue massage with the summer special add on, I felt like I was walking on a cloud, read more

Massage Haven - Day Spas Near Me - Toms River, New Jersey

Yesterday was my third massage with Jen. Awesom, as usual. My only constructive criticism would be to have water with fresh lemon in 6 ounce cups. for instance. This is done at the Atlantic Club in Brielle, and it adds such an elegant touch for the customer. read more

Deb L. First time at Massage Haven. I had a Swedish massage with Joe. Another great massage with Johnnie Thank you so much for helping me release stagnant tension I was holding onto. Joe is so kind, caring and excellent at his job. I truly can not say enough about everyone of the staff I have met at anytime. Ty.

This place is awesome! I love the ambiance and the prices are perfect. During the holiday there is a sale on gift cards so I know some people stock up on those and use it throughout the year. My favorite masseuse is Dee, she is so sweet and has a great hand! I would request her if you guys are going there for the first time. Oh and the 1 hour massage is a true 60 minute. Not 50 minutes how other places do it. read more

This is my second time as a client. Joe handled both my facial and my 90 minute massage. Magic hands!!!!! Check in was very inviting and quick. Joe explained everything that would be occurring for my time, and minimal talking once the session began (something that I require). Easy check out and service with a smile from all employees. The most difficult part about Massage Haven is that the session does eventually come to an end. read more

Massage Haven is amazing. Dee was my massage therapist and I was in heaven. She is a 10 out of 10.

I was visiting from out of town with a massive neck problem made worse by flying. My practitioner listened to the problem and tailored a one-hour specific to my needs. The place is small and not fancy. I don't require that. It was clean and everyone was very nice. If I am back and have an issue again, I will be back. Highly recommend. read more

As a retired massage therapist I know a mediocre massage vs an awesome massage; Dee at Massage Haven checks the awesome box. Massage Haven isn't a franchise that is in the pressure for contract business. read more

This is a great place I met the owner Johnny he was wonderful one of the best massages I ever had I highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed read more

My daughter and I had great massages at the same time as it was a birthday treat for her. I had Johnnie and he was fantastic with a deep tissue that helped with all my aches and pains (training for a marathon and just had a 3 hour car ride to visit my daughter). The place is very clean, the ambiance is perfect for a parlor and the therapists were excellent. My daughter said her therapist found all the knots in her neck. Johnnie was very skilled and had the right amount of firmness needed to unloosen my knots. As previous reviews noted, they give you your full hour for the massage! If I lived in Tom's River I would go here frequently but since my daughter lives here we will both be back. She will also remember to frequent this place too. read more

Very enjoyable experience. Went for a couples massage and we had Jody and Andrea. The entire thing was great. Very relaxing, completely professional and the women were exceptional. Left completely relaxed and plan on going again soon. read more

Went to Massage Haven for our anniversary I had the pleasure of getting my massage from Carolyn and my husband had Shelby we were not disappointed. Both of us really enjoyed our massages. Perfect touch. Will definitely go back! read more

Happy with my massage. I like that they give the full 60 minutes of massage unlike other places that only give you 50 minutes ( plus 10 min dress/undress time). Doesn't look like much from the outside, or even the lobby, but the massage rooms were roomy and have individual heaters in each room. They seem to have a lot of specials running all the time. I bought my boyfriend and I a couple massages----Two joint ( 1 hour) massages.... for only $90. You don't find deals like that around a lot. read more

Finally a massage place where 1 hour massage does not mean 50 minutes! If you are looking for a massage place with glitz and glamor then this isn't the place for you. But if you are looking for a place to get a good massage for a reasonable price then this is definitely what you've been searching for. read more

I receive massage therapy monthly, but went to Massage Haven for a wonderful Valentines Day deal. I couldn't have been more pleased with the facility, staff and treatment. Already have recommended Massage Haven to a friend. We did a 90 minute, deep tissue massage and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. read more

Massage Haven does really nice massages at reasonable, "member" amounts that other businesses would charge you monthly for. It's really nice to be able to be able to go in, get a good service, and not be upsold to a recurring revenue model. read more

Having moved to the area full-time not too long ago, i happened up on Massage Haven via an advertisment. A massage was LONG overdue but i was hesitant because i haven't really been able to find a good haircut but I took a chance and it paid off. Excellent COVID protocols (masks, temperature, partitioned pay area, hand washing, etc.) Plus a quiet, peaceful and well kept environment. Music was just the right volume and not too loud or distracting. The massage by Veronica was excellent. Clearly, a well-schooled practioner. Top notch, relaxing and revitalizing. I will definitely return. read more

I've had neck issues since a skiing fall years ago. I explained that to the therapist and she seemed ready to handle that which was great. I've been to the chiropractor so many times with limited relief and yet an hour of massage was enough to completely relieve my pain. She asked ahead of time what my situation was and was able to literally fix my pain!!!! I am so happy I came here I plan to come here monthly probably forever lol. Lots of love!! read more

I was very impressed from the minute I walked in. The receptionist greeted my daughter and I in such a relaxed professional manner which made me feel home from that moment on. I then met Jody, my therapist, who greeted me with a smile. She led me into my room which was nicely decorated, very clean and pleasant. I knew immediately I was in for a wonderful experience as soon as she began messaging. She was the best message therapist I've ever had. I would highly recommend this establishment to all. read more

As a physical therapist, I am particular with where I go for a massage. Massage haven is a wonderful sanctuary in Ocean County! The studio is clean and tranquil and the staff are warm and friendly. There are always specials including "happy hour" with even more discounted rates!! Johnnie, the owner of the massage school and studio employs the best clinicians with the best handling skills. He is my absolute favorite! I have been all over the country and have had massages at various studios and this one ranks among the best of them, and it is right in Toms River!
