I love going to Body Alchemy. It's beautiful, clean and everyone is so kind. I have gotten my colonics done with Meredith and Lauren. I love them both! They are amazing! I go about 3 times a year and I do 3 sessions weekly in a row. It's the best! read more

After coming to Meredith for about 4 years now for regular massages at my most recent visit I decided to try an assisted lymphatic therapy treatment along with a gravity colonic. Meredith was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me with patience and utmost professionalism. From the minute you open the door to Body Alchemy the whole space is warming and extremely relaxing. I began with a lympatic drainage treatment. You lay on a massage table and Meredith uses these little wands that almost resemble mini lightbulbs. I followed the lymphatic treatment with a colonic. I have been suffering with digestive issues and bloating for a long time now and have tried open colonic systems before, but this was my first woods method gravity colonic which is a closed system. The treatment was very gentle and thorough. I have always suffered from allergies and the lymphatic treatment left my sinuses completely clear! My stomach was completely flat and I felt energized! From top to bottom I feel great. Such a great experience thank you Meredith! read more

I've been visiting Body Alchemy in Bradley Beach with Meredith for colonics. Meredith is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me on my first visit about woods gravity colonic method, its closed system, an internal bath using purified water that helps cleanse the entire large intestine. And I must admit, after my fourth visit, I'm feeling much better, more energetic, improved digestion and noticed that my skin is healthier. The office is super clean, welcoming, calming environment. Very professional. Highly recommend Body Alchemy for those in need for hydrotherapy. read more

Went for a massage today after a long time without one. I've been before and it was just a great as I remember! I felt very relaxed and very safe (with COVID and all)! Thank you Meredith for another great massage, I'll be back! read more

In a nutshell, I loved my first gravity hydrotherapy colonic, but I was definitely nervous going into it. My booty hole was untouched, until Meredith told me about all the amazing benefits of this treatment so I was honestly most scared of her putting something in there. Fortunately, another friend of mine had gotten a colonic from Mere already, so she kind of gave me a heads up on the belly feelings and all that I was good with and felt prepared for. So basically, you go in chat with Mere about the process, you put a robe on and one of those paper gynecologist blankets so you feel all covered and protected. Then she tells you to roll on your left side and take a deep breath. When you do she puts what feels as thin as a pencil size tube in your booty, only a few inches deep. It's really weird, but it didn't hurt and she checks in on your comfort the whole time. Then she tells you that she's going to turn on the water; she has a gravity tank so it works with your body and it's not a pressure just blasting you up with water, so I appreciated that. As you fill with water though, you get hot like you have poop urgently and then all of a sudden you feel a release and if you're weird like me, you watch all the garbage come out of your body, through the tube; it's horrifically rewarding! The tubes are connected directly to her pipes so it doesn't smell or anything. It took about an hour and a half; we chatted, laughed, and she massaged my stomach to get the best effects. I feel so much flatter and lighter, I wish I lived closer so I could start going regularly! read more

Meredith is very knowledgeable. Felt good after colon hydrotherapy. The massage was good! Definitely felt renewed. The only thing that I didn't like was the noise from the cars on the street. Will be back soon! read more

I recently fell on the ice and luckily did not break anything, but was left with very sore and tight muscles. I recently went to Meredith because of how highly recommended she was by my boss. I am so happy I did! She gave me the best massage I have ever had! I felt instant pain relief. Her studio is so beautifully set up and very soothing. Meredith took her time and made me feel completely comfortable. Almost too comfortable, I did not want to leave the table lol I can't wait to go back! read more

This is as good as it gets. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I was going to enjoy my massage. The room was cozy, like walking into a friend's living room. The soft sounds of the wind and water could be heard as Meredith introduced herself and explained what she was going to do. The bed was heated and the bean-filled blanket felt great. Soft piano music played as I received my Swedish massage. I hadn't had a massage in years, but I felt very comfortable with Meredith. Conversation was casual, but not overbearing. The pressure was just right. I felt great when I left, and am already thinking of when I can go back. Thank you, Meredith! read more

Meredith is the best masseuse around. She is perfectly attentive to your needs and makes you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I used to go to a monthly franchise place but cancelled my membership after the first time I went to Body Beautiful. Highly recommended! read more

Wow. What can I say. Meredith is wonderful, the location is easy to get to and the room is very quiet and relaxing. I typically dont like massages, but after talking with Meredith I was at ease. I dont like massages that are very hard or deep. Meredith talked with me and was able to give a more relaxing massage. She explained that some people like deep tissue massage and she can do that, but like myself, some people like a swedish style relaxing massage and she was able to do that. I highly recommend Body Beautiful. read more

I very rarely take the time to post a review but after seeing Meredith for a FasciaBlast massage I knew that her phenomenal work needed to be recognized. I'm quite picky when it comes to body work and I have to say hands down Meredith is a gem of a find. Besides being an absolute sweetheart, she's quite skilled in several healing modalities and being able to have a massage from her that incorporates deep tissue work, cupping AND fasciablasting is unheard of. In fact, so much so, that I drive an hour each way just to see her! She and her ability to heal and give relief to my aching muscles is such a godsend and I know that I will continue to go to her for many years to come. Do yourself a favor and go see Meredith you won't be disappointed. read more
