Years ago I lost a significant amount of weight. I have to say that while I am much thinner and people continuously say how thin and good I look, I still don't feel entirely comfortable taking my shirt off at the beach or poolside. Why? Meredith is a wonderful, top-notch professional and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. I've been to her a few times for both massages and fascia blasting and it's never been less than a 5 star experience for me. Her massages have me feeling like jelly. The soft music combined with the perfect amount of pressure in her touch create such a serene environment. When it's over, I need to come back down off the cloud she's so peacefully left me on for 60 minutes. She has also gently fascia blasted my upper back and neck to release tension. I found fascia blasting to be a beneficial alternative to the standard massage. I have been to a handful of massage therapists but Meredith's bubbly personality and the way she cares for her clients makes her standout above the rest. Being as skeptical as I am, I was hesitant to try Cavi-Lipo but I am so glad I did. Not only is it a relaxing experience, it's a time to shut down your mind and take time for yourself. Meredith provides a relaxing environment and explains the process in depth. She was so personally committed to my progress and customized a game plan that best fit my needs. We did my upper thighs working on both the back and front of each leg. In about 5 or 6 sessions I saw truly amazing results just in time for vacation. Meredith is a miracle worker with her hands. She has helped ease my chronic lower back pain to the point where I am no longer in pain on a day to day basis. She also uses a tool to work on fascia, which has helped loosen up my hamstrings so they don't pull as much on my back muscles.
