I had a 3 month wait to see my RA dr. so I knew I had to take measures into my own hands. I truly believe Cleansing Concepts was Godsent. I took detoxing very seriously to find any relief I could find. Started with 3 weeks of Colon cleansing, followed by 3 weeks of lymphatic drainage, then another 3 weeks of Ozone Steam Therapy. Foot detoxes here and there. Let me tell you, INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH. It's the most important thing you can do. I went from barely being able to stand for 3 minutes on my own to drastic pain relief and increased mobility within the month of dedication. I'm in Awe of this place. Dr. Gorcey is a devoted master endocrinologist, who always seems to be on the cutting edge of his field, using the newest medical advancements, and eliminating reasons for patients to be nervous about having the procedures done. His staff exudes the same upbeat/positive attitude that resides in him. Each staff member appears to understand the importance their own roles in the entire process and to the patient. Each step, from signing in through recovery was well coordinated and went amazingly smooth. It is so good (and not so common in my experience) to see a medical staff that is so well trained, operates in a teamwork mentality, and is happy to be doing what they are doing. Overall it was a great experience but it's a small facility so you will hear everything next-door going on. Also something about this place wasn't as clean as I hoped (not tool wise just the overall room). There were blankets and pillow cases that you grabbed from home not sure i don't believe they are switch for every client. Bathroom was excellent though no worries there. I suggest you don't go to the bathroom during your session because it takes away from it and it's only 45 minutes I wasn't warned that the time will continue even though I use the bathroom so I felt a little robbed. Don't waste your time going to this location. 1) NO ONE ANSWES the PHONE. i had to make my appointment through the manhattan location. 2) Everything the manhattan location told me was going to happen at my first visit did not happen with Deborah. I was told that the colon hygienist is suppose to assist you through the first session and also, show you (if you'd like) the contents emptied in the end as part of the analysis. None of that was asked. 3) colon hygienist/ manager was not friendly from the beginning, no welcoming first time welcome, no thorough explanation. Not a relaxing atmosphere and Deborah is certainly not a calm individual. The entire time she was on edge and i had to ask myself numerous times why is she yelling at me?. First time experience at this location was horrible. No. i will not return. I will return to the manhattan location.
