I've been seeing Dina once a month for a few years now. Look forward to it every single time. Don't sleep on this practice, magic hands.

This was the absolute best way to spend my Saturday afternoon in the middle of the stressful holiday season. In one hour Ajah managed to transform me from a bunch of knots in my shoulder and neck to pure bliss. I walked out of there like I was floating on air. She left me in a state calmness and peacefulness ... it truly was fabulous. Treat yourself to this massage experience you won't regret it. read more

Great. Trigger point massage was definitely on point, no pun intended. My back was in severe pain and I'm feeling much better. Wish their prices were a bit more accessible if I were to go monthly. read more

I have been seeing Dina at Kinetric Wellness for massages and cupping for 2 years and there is no one I trust more with understanding my body and what it needs! Recently, she added on Fascia Stretching that I wanted to try out. Being someone who lifts 4x per week, I thought this would be beneficial on a rest day and WOW was it. Kelly is also a CPT and was so knowledgeable about movements. The stretch was very relaxing, not painful and I learned so new things to do in and out of the gym. read more

Dina is the absolute best and I'm so lucky to have found her! I had surgery back in December 2017 that involved cutting across some lymph nodes and as a result, I've experienced a lot of swelling as the weather grew very hot. The difference was super noticeable in just 2 treatments, absolutely incredible in 3. I mean, I had actual abdominal muscles showing! In addition to being wonderfully skilled, Dina is also just incredibly professional and kind. I'm always comfortable in the cozy room and though the lymphatic massage involves a very light touch, I still find myself sometimes nodding off from how at ease I always feel. And I'm a super stressed attorney, so that's no easy feat! I have to fight off beach traffic to get to my appointments on the weekends, but it's so so worth it. Book an appointment with Dina and you won't regret it! read more

I had a great experience with KINETRIC wellness and I will be returning. I was in desperate need of bodywork after being in so much pain for two days due to a muscle spasm in my neck & shoulder. I was able to get a same day appointment, received a call before my appt to ensure they understood what I needed before I arrived, and the massage therapist Ajah was heaven sent. She was warm and attentive. Always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. She definitely has healing hands and worked out a LOT of tightness. I will be booking bodywork with her again soon. read more

The Couple's Workshop is a great date night idea! Dina is really personable and does everything she can to give you the opportunity to retain the information she shares and bring it home with you. Getting treatments from Dina has been a game changer. I had pretty much given up getting relief for chronic neck and shoulder pain, and just accepted that it was going to be a part of my life. Dina was the first person to make me feel otherwise! What she does is so much more than a regular massage - it's really individualized, targeted, and therapeutic. As others have said, her professionalism, eagerness to listen to her patients, and attention to detail is second to none. Highly recommended! read more

Even digitally, Dina is the best! My partner and I did a digital couple's workshop with Dina during COVID-19. Lockdown meant a lot of time spent on the couch which meant a lot of knots in our necks and backs! Dina equipped us with safe moves that we can do to each other which in turn has been such a fun bonding experience for us. Can't recommend Kinetric Wellness enough. Thank you, Dina!! read more
