At check out they charged us $165 for up charges that we were not told about. Very unprofessional. On top of all of this it was not even a great message. Being that it was my first time it took me about 20 minutes to get the hang of floating and settle in and at some point I fell asleep!! I felt horrible as it took me a bit to wake up with the employee telling me my session was over but she was really nice about it! The salt cave was also stunning and comfortable. I really do think it helped me be less congested. My only complaint is that the body wash in the shower was out so I used shampoo to get the salt off and there was no opportunity to dry my hair. I also am having a bit of trouble with salt in my ears but they offered ear plugs so that's just a beginners error. I am a highly anxious person and I can honestly say I walked out of this place feeling like I could take on the world. I've never been so at peace and cannot wait to come back!!

You enter into a waiting room area with a small seating area and reception desk. Enter the door to the fairly large open spa. There are several chairs to the right for chair massages, plenty of setups for reflexology and a room in the back for massages. The reflexology area has roll-up shades for dividers. No appointment is needed here which is very convenient. The space is clean, quiet and relaxing. They have excellent prices. Chair massages are $1 per minute. One hour reflexology is $35 or $28 if you prepay for three total sessions. One hour massages are $38. For reflexology many will not like their setup here. There is another popular reflexology place further down Route 9 that uses reclining chairs. Here you lay flat on a bed with a pillow. Overall, for the price and convenience this is a great place to unwind.

I went in with pain behind and along the side of my knee, thinking that was the issue. My therapist immediately knew it was connected to tightness in my IT band and glutes. As she worked through the tension and released knots higher up the leg and hip, the pain in my knee started easing up. That's the difference between someone just giving a massage and someone who truly understands the body and how everything connects. You can tell many of the therapists there are seasoned and experienced. It didn't feel rushed or generic -- it felt therapeutic, knowledgeable, and customized to what my body actually needed.
