There's peaceful spa music playing throughout the spa and I was quickly assisted by the front desk attendant to check in and get settled in for my appointment. I was easily able to book via phone. What I really appreciated was that during the virtual checkin, there's a section that asks you for which focus areas you'd like the masseuse to focus on during your service. You can then circle different parts of the body (this is shown from different angles as well) to specify where you'd like your masseuse to specifically target. This personalization was very evident during my actual massage and again, I was impressed by how everything was very clean/spotless there. The masseuse politely asked/checked in throughout my massage if I was comfortable and if she was using the right amount of pressure. I was surprised that the oil was slightly heated/warm, but really enjoyed how soothing it was. I left my massage feeling very refreshed and relaxed. Overall, it was one of the best massages I've had and the service was great. I'll definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised to see a big ad (both on their website and door!) offering 5 min free to new customers, and I intended to add more paid minutes + tip extra. When I walk in they tell me they 'don't have' chair massage (there is a folded up chair in the corner within plain sight) and 'table is better', yet coincidentally requires a longer duration. It's all pretty suspicious, so I just asked if they still offer the 5 minutes free and she immediately says NO and I said 'why not?' and she said it's because it's for new customers and I said I've never even been here or heard of you before today! She laughs and accuses me twice of lying despite the fact that THEY nonstop lied to me from the moment I walked in. Then I said forget it and decide to leave, at which point she eyerolls and says "fine" like they're doing me a favor. I said no, you accused me of lying... I don't want to give you my business and I walked out the door. Somehow I left more stressed/on edge after walking into a massage place. Great business strategy... two women sitting in an empty business on a weekday driving away a new customer as soon as you step in the door. Zero apology or regret despite the fact that I was perfectly polite until the second time she accused me of lying. I didn't realize how tender some of my muscles were until she started working. I really enjoyed the hand therapy treatment and the hot stones.
