Happy I stumbled upon this gem and may God cover Ana's house for the rest of her life. Hands felt…read moreso good I thought they were hot stones the entire time lmao. To start, plenty of parking outside, love that. Easy to find, this spot is within an office building on the first floor, warmly welcomed into a serene waiting area, restrooms are clean, refreshments available and room was clean. My massage therapist Ana was super friendly, explained what she would be doing, asked me if I had any concerns or areas of focus, checked in with me just enough throughout. The playlist, lighting and just overall vibes were A1. Definitely worth the $, left feeling amazing!

I booked a massage through the ClassPass app for today, Saturday 4/26, at 11 AM. Since I had never…read morebeen to this location before, I called on Friday at 12:09 PM to confirm the appointment. No one answered, so I left a voicemail with my appointment details and phone number. I never received a call back. This morning, I drove half an hour to the location and waited in the lobby behind a locked door for 40 minutes -- during which I repeatedly called, texted, and even chatted with ClassPass to figure out what was going on. I lightly knocked on the door as well. Finally, at 11:40 AM, someone exited to walk out another client. I explained that I had been waiting for my 11 AM appointment and was very frustrated. She informed me that all the massage therapists were busy and she couldn't help me. Confused, I double-checked my ClassPass app and confirmed that I had the correct date and time. I ended up leaving, frustrated and definitely not relaxed, for another half-hour drive home. Around the same time I left, at 11:40 AM, I received a text saying they had double-booked me and had sent an email through ClassPass -- an email I never received. Again, I had called midday Friday to confirm and left my number, but no one followed up. They did not cancel my appointment on the app. Finally, around 4 PM, I received another text saying that ClassPass had reimbursed my points and that there was nothing more they would do. No apology, no accountability -- just a total waste of my time and energy. This business is completely unprofessional. Please do not support behavior like this.

I booked a massage because my regular place (AIAM Message East Brunswick) was booked times I was…read moreavailable. I booked a 60 minute massage with Boww. The beginning started with a Boww trying to upsell me for a deep tissue and extra stuff. After a couple of minutes of saying"I just want a basic for now" I finally told her "I don't want to argue". She insisted on hot stone and said she will do complimentary if I want for next time. We started 7:15 the actual damn massage. I didn't like the hot stone I told her to stop. She tried to make small talk which was annoying. I get 3-4 massages a year and some of the techniques were odd like the face part. Maybe cause I was clearly frowning and my eyebrows scrunched (think annoyed face) which she was trying to spread out (????). At 7:54 it was finished. I said I booked a 60min massage. She said its actually 50 minutes and 10 minutes undress. For someone who gets massages regularly, this is not common practice. But I digress. According to my calculations the massage was actually 39 minutes and I paid full $90. Writing this review is more therapy than ME can ever provide.

I had Jacqueline she was amazing, her hands must be blessed by the gods. It was a very comfortable…read moreexperience. I unfortunately came in late but they accommodated that and rushed me in so I'm not missing any massage time and everything was efficient, comfortable and perfect. The lady at the desk was Valorie (I think her name was) she was a breath of fresh air and very funny. Overall a great first experience for my first massage.

This was my first time attending physical therapy, and I regret to say that the care and…read morecommunication I received fell far short of professional standards. During my second visit, I was surprised and disappointed when the majority of my session was conducted by an aide, who was at times across the room. I felt unsupported, lost, and unsure of what to do. This made me question the quality of care being provided. Additionally, I was told that most patients are "independent" and can simply perform exercises on their own. I was even offered a printout to complete my exercises independently at a table. This is not the level of clinical oversight I expected when seeking rehabilitative care. Furthermore, I had to cancel a Monday appointment due to being hospitalized over the weekend with diverticulitis. As your office was closed, I had no opportunity to cancel within the 24-hour window. This was an unforeseen medical emergency, and I informed the front desk that Cole was aware of the situation. They mentioned they would request a waiver of the $35 cancellation fee. However, Cole declined. On a separate occasion, Cole told me to come in after work "any time" on Monday. When I called ahead to confirm I was on my way, I was told that this was not how your scheduling works. This inconsistency added to my confusion and frustration. What was most upsetting was being publicly told by one of your therapists, within earshot of other patients, that I could not return unless I paid the cancellation fee. This was deeply embarrassing and unprofessional. Everyone was watching, and I felt humiliated. I am an MRI technologist and have recommended your facility to patients in the past due to its convenient location. Unfortunately, after my experience, I can no longer do so in good conscience. The aides, while courteous, are not trained to provide the kind of therapeutic guidance patients require. The facility appears overbooked, with insufficient oversight and a clear lack of patient-centered care. This entire experience has been both disturbing and disappointing. I will not be returning, and I will not pay the $35 cancellation fee out of principle. I believe patients deserve dignity, empathy, and clinically appropriate care. I received none of those things. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your operations and staff training. I am now with Kessler where I am taken care of by a qualified physical therapist not an aide.

Poorly run and not taken during appointment. Went down after Al left. Would not recommend.read more
