Really place is two maybe 2.5 stars. Everyone else has given some very emotionally charged review. 1. They are by no means any form of expert or trained massage. They basically give an untrained massage that is equivalent to something you'd get at home. 2. She really half assed parts of the massage. Like at one point she was kind if only using one hand as she looked at the clock. 3. She put her oily hands through my hair. For goodness, why?! 4. For a 70 dollar massage, the owner demanded a 35 dollar tip or 50%. This is unreasonable. She got angry with me for being a bit taken aback about the amount. Beyond you get what you paid for and all, this establishment isn't worth your money. Is it a one star place? No. One stars are for the roach infested, unsanitary, disgusting places. I'm so glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews on here, but I could tell that they were from people who are bad tippers and were embarrassed for getting called out. The massage was strong and relaxing. Other reviewers said there's no water to soak your feet in... so what? That means more massage time. People said it was noisy and cold, but it was not noisy or cold in there. I was provided with a blanket anyway. As for the negative reviews, they are from people who were spoken to for being cheapskates. The price here is amazing, half the price of luxury spas so tip generously!! I tip a minimum of $20 for an hour massage. This is a service that should be tipped based on your appreciation and not based on a percentage. Would you rub a stranger's ugly feet for $10? I really want to root for this place because in my experience, the massages are fairly good. However, I don't like that they demand a specific tip amount. Tip should be based on your experience each time you visit. The establishment should not expect you to tip the way you previously did, especially if the service isn't worthy. I was very disappointed in my experience here. When I arrived, I wasn't given any instructions but rather just placed in a room. Didn't know whether I was supposed to undress? Then there was a decent wait again with no communication on when I would be helped, though no other clients were visibly there and I had an appt. Once treatment started I mentioned a few times that I was cold (it was 20 degrees out) and no offer for additional blanket etc was made. The worst part: my therapist (who I believe is the owner) left multiple times during the treatment to handle unrelated matters without TELLING me she was leaving OR bothering to cover me up when it was freezing cold. Her and another therapist intermittently chatted during the massage, so it wasn't quiet or very relaxing. At the end she applied hot stones, again without any communication this was happening, and only AFTER the stones had been placed did she ask if they were too hot (which they were, but I was stunned, and they cooled off fast so I didn't end up needing them removed by then) Finally, the quality of the massage itself was average at best read more

They do not pay their workers at all and harass you and consistently try to guilt you into getting bigger tips so that they don't have to pay their workers. Very good deep tissue massage with hot rocks. It's noisy in there but you can't beat the price $45 for an hour massage plus 20 minute foot massage. So disappointing! Tried this new foot spa hoping to have a relaxing and stress free experience but things didn't work out that way. While I was getting my massage, two people started arguing and slamming doors. Since I was face down on the massage table I couldn't see who it was. It soon became clear that they worked there, and were the managers and/or owners, as the topic of their fight was business related. I am sooooo happy I found this place!! I moved to Baldwin from Brooklyn and, anyone who's lived in Brooklyn knows, there are good inexpensive massage places on every corner. You can imagine my distress when I looked and looked for a good massage place out here, but could not find one. I went before to KLS and had a good experience but when I asked for the guy when I went back they didn't work there anymore. I figured I'd give it another try and returned and got Sharon. Terrible experience here - I went when they first opened and asked for the standard hour-long massage. They offered me an hour and a half as part of their opening special. I started with a female masseuse, which I prefer. Halfway through the massage, I suddenly notice different hands are massaging me. I glance up and there's a man there - apparently they switched and thought it was fine to not say anything or ask if I was comfortable! This is only my third review of any establishment & I can't keep this place secret to myself any longer. My wife and I came here by chance after we were turned away from three places in the area that were booked. It turned out to be our lucky day. When we left and got into the car we both said "wow". That was relaxing! We had by far the best foot massage of any place in the area. In subsequent visits I've tried their body massages and each time I leave totally relaxed. So many other places just go through the motions and don't check in but not here. The owner has trained her staff very well and everyone I've met here has added to my comfort and relaxation.
