Very nice atmosfere, relaxing and clean. I was accomodate also without reservation, relaxing massage and combo of proper pressure. Force good. With special offer of 80' Maybe there was focused little bit to much on my shoulder, for sure in tension. Tks see you soon read more

Terrible massage! I would rather sit in pain than pay for a massage where therapist does not listen... I know where I need therapy and how hard. After telling her my lower back she tickles my shoulder! Horrible! read more

This is a place for my massage done, I felt comfortable and feel relax . The girls massage me is good and polite , I've been to this place many years as I live close , I gave 20 tip each time for my service , because there are hard work done . Just give more understanding to the worker and the owner, sometimes their English is limited. :) read more

Fortune KLS Foot Spa - Nice environment - Massage Near Me - Oceanside, New York

Really place is two maybe 2.5 stars. Everyone else has given some very emotionally charged review. 1. They are by no means any form of expert or trained massage. They basically give an untrained massage that is equivalent to something you'd get at home. 2. She really half assed parts of the massage. Like at one point she was kind if only using one hand as she looked at the clock. 3. She put her oily hands through my hair. For goodness, why?! 4. For a 70 dollar massage, the owner demanded a 35 dollar tip or 50%. This is unreasonable. She got angry with me for being a bit taken aback about the amount. Beyond you get what you paid for and all, this establishment isn't worth your money. Is it a one star place? No. One stars are for the roach infested, unsanitary, disgusting places. Is it also worth your salt? No. read more

I've been dying for a massage and wanted one asap when I was home to visit. For $45 for 60 minutes, you get a cheap, no-frill but AMAZING massage! My massage therapist's name was Hyelin. She did a great job at massaging the knots in my upper back. She was attentive and made sure I was ok. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I would return here! read more

This Has to be the worst massage I ever had in my life. All the girl did was rub my back for 50 minutes. 10 minutes on my legs never touched my arms never touched my neck. A total disgrace would never come back here crazy worst ever. read more

I loved my massage here today! I'm so glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews on here, but I could tell that they were from people who are bad tippers and were embarrassed for getting called out. The massage was strong and relaxing. Other reviewers said there's no water to soak your feet in... so what? That means more massage time. People said it was noisy and cold, but it was not noisy or cold in there. I was provided with a blanket anyway. As for the negative reviews, they are from people who were spoken to for being cheapskates. The price here is amazing, half the price of luxury spas so tip generously!! I tip a minimum of $20 for an hour massage. This is a service that should be tipped based on your appreciation and not based on a percentage. Would you rub a stranger's ugly feet for $10? I sure wouldn't! That is why I tip $20 and would give $100 like they truly deserve if I was rich! If you can't afford to tip generously when you're getting a heavily discounted massage, then you can't afford a massage and you should ask your spouse to massage you instead! This massage was worth every penny and I will be back! read more

We've been coming here for years. Always a great massage. The facility is always very clean and they are courteous and professional.

I've came here before they were good. But this time I came I was disappointed I paid $50 to just get rubbed. Like literally rubbed the whole time I was laying there I was thinking about how I just want to go across the street to my other place. When I left I literally felt like she did nothing because well she didn't. When she got to my feet, I told her to go harder, and I don't think she knew what that meant because she did not do anything but literally rub my goddamn feet, which I could've done myself. read more

I saw $45/hr massage and had to give it a shot, but you definitely get what you paid for. My masseuse rubbed the same area the entire time. It was a little noisy, but the establishment was very clean. The massage, however, was probably the worst I've ever had in my life. read more

If you want a good massage and a guilt trip into tipping more than 20$ then this is the place for you! Hour massage is 45$ I gave 60$ and the owner had the unmitigated gall go request more because she didn't think that was enough and proceeded to "ban" me hahaha I'll go back for the massage and leave the same tip tho read more

I really want to root for this place because in my experience, the massages are fairly good. However, I don't like that they demand a specific tip amount. Tip should be based on your experience each time you visit. The establishment should not expect you to tip the way you previously did, especially if the service isn't worthy. A big turn-off. read more

This was an incredible disappointment. Bare bones experience. No hot foot bath, no cover up, bright sun streaming into the room, no massage of back, hard, arms, or even legs. A very boring foot rub that was the same few spots over and over, even after I tried to explain that she should massage multiple other spots. And a bit more expensive than other places. I don't be going back read more

Best massage around. Clean, professional, courteous staff! Highly recommend . Feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated .

I was very disappointed in my experience here. When I arrived, I wasn't given any instructions but rather just placed in a room. Didn't know whether I was supposed to undress? Then there was a decent wait again with no communication on when I would be helped, though no other clients were visibly there and I had an appt. Once treatment started I mentioned a few times that I was cold (it was 20 degrees out) and no offer for additional blanket etc was made. The worst part: my therapist (who I believe is the owner) left multiple times during the treatment to handle unrelated matters without TELLING me she was leaving OR bothering to cover me up when it was freezing cold. Her and another therapist intermittently chatted during the massage, so it wasn't quiet or very relaxing. At the end she applied hot stones, again without any communication this was happening, and only AFTER the stones had been placed did she ask if they were too hot (which they were, but I was stunned, and they cooled off fast so I didn't end up needing them removed by then) Finally, the quality of the massage itself was average at best read more

The woman that gave the massage was very good. She was very nice and caring. She rushed to get a blanket for me because she thought I was cold. Very good massage. The owner was not nice at all. That is why my rating is low read more

If half a star was a possibility I would give it that. Following up on my earlier review, the management is abominable. They do not pay their workers at all and harass you and consistently try to guilt you into getting bigger tips so that they don't have to pay their workers. I consistently get a minimum of 20% and the owner had the nerve to tell me that wasn't enough because it's not a "restaurant. Never never never again will I go there. Feel sorry for the People who work there. I am sure they are being forced to work for nothing. read more

Very good deep tissue massage with hot rocks. It's noisy in there but you can't beat the price $45 for an hour massage plus 20 minute foot massage. They also switch massage therapist in the middle of the massage. Not complaining just thought it was weird. It's no red door spa but it's good enough for me. read more

So disappointing! Tried this new foot spa hoping to have a relaxing and stress free experience but things didn't work out that way. While I was getting my massage, two people started arguing and slamming doors. Since I was face down on the massage table I couldn't see who it was. It soon became clear that they worked there, and were the managers and/or owners, as the topic of their fight was business related. The woman who was doing the massage apologized but it wasn't her fault and she was actually doing a decent job. Afterwards, I asked to speak to the owner (not sure if she was one of the people I'd heard) and when I explained why I was upset, she called me a liar and laughed at me! Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

I am sooooo happy I found this place!! I moved to Baldwin from Brooklyn and, anyone who's lived in Brooklyn knows, there are good inexpensive massage places on every corner. You can imagine my distress when I looked and looked for a good massage place out here, but could not find one. I went before to KLS and had a good experience but when I asked for the guy when I went back they didn't work there anymore. I figured I'd give it another try and returned and got Sharon. She was an excellent masseuse, very nice and speaks very good English. Couldn't be happier! read more

This place can't be beat for the quality of massage and the price. Since moving to LI from NYC, I've had a hard time finding a comparable massage experience for the same inexpensive price and with KLS I've finally found it!!! read more

This place is fantastic !!!!! Really clean, super friendly, always accommodating and great prices. I've been here several times and have had an amazing massage each time. Vivian is a master masseuse and Sharon runs a tight ship !!! I highly recommend this spot ! read more

Terrible experience here - I went when they first opened and asked for the standard hour-long massage. They offered me an hour and a half as part of their opening special. I started with a female masseuse, which I prefer. Halfway through the massage, I suddenly notice different hands are massaging me. I glance up and there's a man there - apparently they switched and thought it was fine to not say anything or ask if I was comfortable! It was a very uncomfortable experience and I felt very exposed and uneasy. I left as soon as I could and will not be going back. read more

This is only my third review of any establishment & I can't keep this place secret to myself any longer. My wife and I came here by chance after we were turned away from three places in the area that were booked. It turned out to be our lucky day. When we left and got into the car we both said "wow". That was relaxing! We had by far the best foot massage of any place in the area. In subsequent visits I've tried their body massages and each time I leave totally relaxed. So many other places just go through the motions and don't check in but not here. The owner has trained her staff very well and everyone I've met here has added to my comfort and relaxation. I will probably need to start making reservations in the future. read more

I love this place. The best massage I ever had. You feel like a new person when you leave. I had a lot of pain in my lower back. When Mindy was done working on that spot it was like night and day. I'm so happy I went there. Very friendly----- can't wait to go again. read more

This place is great. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Got a one hour body massage for $45 and hot stones were included for free. Will definitely be going again. read more

The massage was good, not the best. I wanted her to concentrate on my upper back. I do lots of driving and have plenty of knots. I told her repeatedly to concentrate in that area. The pressure was also lacking. I've had better at a better price. Its a good place if you just want a rub but not for deep tissue. read more
