I felt blindsided. If the masks were going to cost extra, that should have been clearly stated beforehand. It's not about the money so much as the principle the whole interaction felt disingenuous. I was actually planning on booking my next appointment before I left because I initially liked the aesthetician, but after this experience, I won't be returning.
