I have been going there for years since 2010! Referred people, brought groups with the knowledge that they are inconsistent with massages and the workers. I visited them yesterday paid for a deep tissue massage that i did not receive. They place a towel and a blanket over you and rub (not a massage)! I was disappointed offerEd the woman $5 tip And told her I was unhappy. She started screaming saying it's not enough and called the manager, they both demanding 10$!!! In March while there again, a woman came out upset with the same complaint. Disappointing to say the least, a tip is gratitude for good service, it was awful And embarrassing! Beware, this place is inconsistent. I had been going there for over a year and something changed. I used to go there to get my legs massage after long runs. I told them I only want to focus on my legs and it's the same price $28. But it has changed. if you want anything change to their routine full body massage, such as minus the foot massage portion, the manager (not owner) demand for $40 instead of $28. Note that this is not deep tissue which is $40. it's ridiculous to charge more for less work. They find every excuse to change their pricing. Also the man who massage me had something hard on his hard and would scratch me. You pay for what you get. Time to go to other places in town. read more

My husband bought me a gift certificate to this place for Christmas 2020. I went to use it today and they were very rude. The woman that works there showed the gift certificate to a man and they spoke but could not understand because it was not english. The woman pointed to a gift certificate posted on the wall. She said that my gift certificate did not have an amount filled in. It is not my problem that there is no amount. There is a certificate number on the bottom and they should have a record of it. I have been coming here for years, but I haven't been there in a while. It used to be great, but it has gone downhill. No massage anymore. Just rubbing with deep pressure. I went recently because I had a terrible headache & shoulder spasm. Not only did the masseur not even touch my head to do the usual head / scalp / neck massage that they normally do, but my overall time was totally cut short. They advertise 45 min of "deep tissue" and 15 minutes of "foot massage". But they did not do that at all. My time ended after only 50 minutes. Every time the masseur left to go get the hot stones or to go help someone at the front desk, I kept checking my watch to see how much time I had left. Oh, and yes, the masseur actually answered his phone and took a call while he was massaging me. Shame. They used to be really good. Not anymore. I did not get any deep tissue and what foot massage??? They usually sit down and massage the pressure points in the feet. Well, that definitely wasn't done at all. I'm not exactly sure what I paid for ... in cash with no receipt. I definitely won't be going back. I rather drive further away & pay more for an actual massage or to at least not have my masseur answer the phone and talk to someone else while he's massaging me.
