The staff was extremely unprofessional, rude, and made my mom and I both feel very uncomfortable. We paid and tipped 20% to both women that massaged us. The women first complained to us directly and then had the manager tell us we needed to tip more. Again, we tipped 20%. If there is a tip minimum (one that is above the standard at that), then it should be included with the price. The women proceeded to follow us to our car and scream at us in a different language.

First, unlike the regular "Standard" massages that simply follow a routine and don't really assist in any pointed areas as requested, Joel actually takes care of the parts you point out and help those areas. Second, pressure. I like my massages with extreme pressure. He managed to hit this pressure no problem which is great for athletes and people who have tough knots. Lastly, attitude. Most therapists are either ninjas or politicians. One is too quiet and I feel uncomfortable saying anything. The other talks too much when I want to sleep. He was informative and engaging. He did a great job and was really respectful. You can tell he is amazing at what he does and takes it seriously. I felt great afterward.
