So basically the set up is that there are 4-5 reclining chair/beds for the reflexology. Then if you keep walking there are 3-4 massage table beds for the back massages. Since mine was a combo I was seated in the reflexology area. There are no walls so you can hear noises and other people. I'm ok with it but I know some people definitely wouldn't. Also the road they are located on is very busy so if a car honks you will be able to hear. They start with soaking your feet, rubbing your head/arms/shoulders. Then they work on your legs/feet after soaking. The only thing I didn't like was when my reflexology was complete I was told to flip over. And the guy kept a towel over my back the whole time. I asked to take my shirt off because that's what they usually do at other locations and he didn't mind but it was insisted. It felt good but I definitely wouldn't have liked it as much if I kept my long sleeve shirt on for that part. It seemed like everyone that was coming in was there for the back massages and those tables. I will have to try that next time! My combo was $45 and they charged $1 since I used a debit card.
