My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 , I got there at 2:30pm the office was busy. Each time they came out with a folder , I was hoping they would call my name but they didn't. After about an hour I was finally called into the exam room. I had an X-Ray done onsite., 10 mins later Dr. Gerber came into the exam room. Dr. Gerber has good bed side manner. He looked over my MRI reports that I brought to the office as well as the X-Rays. He was attentive and offered several treatment options, I didn't feel pressure to my decision. referred me to a great physical therapy place. Although my visit with Dr. Gerber went well , I would probably see him again at a different location.

Directed me right through feeling like first class treatment Elizabeth Entry Specialist screened me in with temperature Covid -19 questions and hand sanitizer to be used. LPN Karen checked me in asked necessary questions being very through to caution and seriousness to procedure. Rhonda provided vitals and Maria brought me into procedure.
