From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed into an environment that feels more like a spa retreat than a clinical setting. The space is calming, beautifully maintained, incredibly clean, and--most importantly--completely private. The rooms have a soft, relaxing feel that instantly puts you at ease. Vanessa and her team are consistently warm, friendly, and highly professional. They explain everything clearly and make the entire colonic experience comfortable and pleasant every single time. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Most recently, they were able to fit me in at the last minute, and I was in and out within an hour--no waiting, no stress. That level of efficiency, combined with such thoughtful care is rare. I also really appreciate the probiotic they provide at the end--it's those extra touches that show their attention to detail and commitment to overall wellness. If you're considering colon hydrotherapy, this is the place to go. Professional, welcoming, spotless, and truly a spa-like experience every time. Highly recommend.

Don't waste your time going to this location. 1) NO ONE ANSWES the PHONE. i had to make my appointment through the manhattan location. 2) Everything the manhattan location told me was going to happen at my first visit did not happen with Deborah. I was told that the colon hygienist is suppose to assist you through the first session and also, show you (if you'd like) the contents emptied in the end as part of the analysis. None of that was asked. 3) colon hygienist/ manager was not friendly from the beginning, no welcoming first time welcome, no thorough explanation. Not a relaxing atmosphere and Deborah is certainly not a calm individual. The entire time she was on edge and i had to ask myself numerous times why is she yelling at me?. First time experience at this location was horrible. No. i will not return. I will return to the manhattan location.

While some may casually mention being willing to travel far for services, this center truly exceeded my expectations. Despite being over 60 miles from East Hampton, where I was vacationing for two months, I needed a colonic after finding them on Google. At the time, they were offering an incredible deal for a package of 3. I knew I had to purchase plus add an extra session to the initial package. I made it a priority to drive to them multiple times for 90 minute extended colonics. Despite initial nervousness about trying an open system without assistance from a Hydro therapist providing a body massage, I was surprised by the effectiveness of their machine and their "Detox Clay." I purchased a second package of 3, totaling 4 sessions and 3 bottles of the "detox clay" and a bottle of body oil on my last session. I will continue supporting this business. Thank you!

Vanessa is the owner and she is awesome as well as her staff. The Colenz - Highly recommended that you take the fiber, or even the clay they have for purchase it's make the process smooth and less cramping depending on much much build up you have in your colon. Also recommend doing a Juice fast before or after the cleanse which Vanessa sells as well. This is the best way to get a colonic I have done research and also had it done other ways and this is truly the safest and best way. And if you are into Hot Yoga. I recommend doing a class of hot yoga and getting cleansed after. You will feel amazing and a lot of toxins will go out. They have 2 other locations which are in Garden City, and now NJ. Not only do they offer the Colenz, but they have the Fitwrap- it makes you sweat and lose inches The Footbath- it lets you know what toxins are in your body The Suna, and also ear candling which was a very interesting experience and a few more services that I haven't tried yet. Customer service is always great at all locations and most importantly it CLEAN AND SMELLS amazing. I'm so comfortable here and I love how this location welcomes me with open arms.

They provide a bathrobe, a hand towel, and slippers. No outside flip flops allowed. When you are ready to shower, you can ask for larger shower towels. - Large, spacious, and clean facility with Greek-esque blue and white architectural details. We enjoyed the open layout with the different heated pools, the vast array of strong jets, and the hot tubs. All the jet buttons worked, and the jets turned on right away. We loved the large Himalayan Salt sauna, which was also the hottest. Overall it wasn't crowded at all! - My daughter loved the outdoor pool with the overhead waterfall, the indoor pool right by the bar, the playhouses in the relaxation area, and the kids' playroom. - The hydrotherapy pools, cold baths, and steam room in the changing areas/locker rooms were clean and well-maintained. - The Korean food is delicious! The Korean Beef Stew was some of the best we've had in a while. - Kids allowed (all ages accepted!), and my daughter had a blast! Cons: - Some of the rooms, such as the relaxation room at the top, could use an upgrade. - The co-ed outdoor dry sauna needs to be much hotter. Wish they had a co-ed steamroom like at AIRE Ancient Baths. - Some of the shower heads in the sitting shower area were weak and needed fixing. - The foosball table for kids was missing the ball, and needed extras around. - $13 ramen was the 85-cent Paldo Gomtang Korean Beef Flavored Instant Noodle Soup you can get at H-Mart. Note: - Take advantage of the 30% off admission special offers on https://shop.nyspacastle.com/newyork/index.php. $59.50 for adults M-T and $77 for adults F-Sunday. You cannot redeem and use it within 24 hours! "Any earlier attempt to redeem is invalid. If you plan to visit the facility within 24 hours, please make your purchase in-store." So much fun, can't wait to come back with a large group!

Last Wednesday, we visited from around 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM (they close at 9:30 PM), so we were mindful not to rush them or their closing shift. Overall, the spa experience itself was good. The facilities were fine, and the food was absolutely chef's kiss as always -- that part never disappoints. I also understand that prices have gone up, and while Spa Castle is now priced similarly to SoJo Spa, I didn't mind paying more since everything else in life has also gone up. However, the experience was completely ruined at the very end. When we were about to leave, we realized there were no hair dryers at all -- not even one. Yes, you read that right: a spa with NO hair dryers. I asked the three ladies at the front desk if there were any hair dryers available, and they told me, "We don't have any. Customers steal them." I was shocked. That is not the customer's responsibility -- it's the spa's responsibility to manage and replace basic amenities. A hair dryer is a basic service at any spa, especially in winter, when it's cold outside and people cannot walk out with wet hair. When we went to check out, a male and a female staff member were at the counter. The man asked how our experience was, and I honestly said everything was fine except for the fact that there were no hair dryers, which was very disappointing. He looked at the female staff member, and she said, "We do have one hair dryer. Did you ask them?" I told her yes -- we asked twice, and three employees told us there were none. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, her tone was rude and dismissive. There was no effort to resolve the issue or even acknowledge how uncomfortable and unfair that situation was. No spa should send guests out into the cold with wet hair after they paid full price for the experience. Sadly, the lack of basic amenities and the unprofessional attitude at the front desk completely ruined what could have been a great visit. I was very disappointed, especially as someone who has supported Spa Castle for years. At this point, I would rather go to King Spa or SoJo Spa, where customer service and basic spa standards are taken seriously. Very upsetting experience, and sadly, I don't think I'll be returning.

They have valet parking and we were able to check in and have parking covered due to reservations. They checked our ids and bags and then we left our shoes inside a locker. We headed up and there's 4 floors 4-7. We started off at 4 at the locked room and they are very strict about phone usage in the bathroom which i liked and thought Made sense for privacy but some people were texting and being told to put the phones away. After we put our things away we put our robes on and headed to check out the place. Everything is pretty spread out and nothing was really crowded. We enjoyed the pools especially more than the saunas and felt pretty relaxed. We didn't get food here but i did buy an orange juice which was $6 and good. The infinity pool here is beautiful and the view is amazing. The pools in the locker room are really nice and clean and so are the showers. I took a nice shower before we headed out. All the pool areas were crowded at 10am, so we couldn't even get in. The saunas were unusable because so many people were looking for a place to go that the doors kept opening every 15 seconds, preventing them from heating up properly. The quiet area with chairs was so crowded that people were using them like lounge chairs on a cruise ship, with one person holding a chair for six people's belongings. It just felt like a complete waste of money to pay for spa access. They are not trying to create a luxury spa experience, just 100% a cash grab. I booked a couples massage for my wife and me, and considering the $500+ price, I expected a luxury experience. We showed up 15 min early, as typically spas at this price point will offer tea, a relaxing environment, and go over where you'd like to focus your treatment before you begin. When we arrived, they told us to come back in 10 minutes, because we were too early. Then, when we arrived 5 minutes before our service, they still said they weren't ready for us to come back; it was a terrible start. I've had over a hundred massages over the past 10+ years, and at the 200$+ price point, this one was in the bottom 5 I've experienced. Just mediocre at best. To top it off, at the end, the masseuse hard-sold the oils/lotions they use, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I get a better massage at Bergen Spa in Brooklyn for $55, and given there was no high-end experience here, it's the same. I wouldn't come back even if they charged half of what they do. Horrible all around.

Location for me is everything cuz I'm a creature of convenience, so having this place within walking distance of my work place (where I accumulate so much sh...stuff to begin with) is clutch! The place is CLEAN which can go without saying, but is absolutely the bare minimum of what is needed from a place collecting our most unmentionables (I can't help myself). A very friendly attendant/nurse? helps you to your room, and are standing before the Poop Collector, a massive system that's gonna fill you up so you can empty out (I can't stop laughing). Anyhoo, she explained that I'd be flying this poop mobile solo, which, EVERYONE wants to do...do. She talked through that first push and I was so happy to see her leave the room. For the next 30-45 minutes I experienced what can only be described as a trip through my dietary history, where with every push out I recalled all the horrible things I'd eaten to land me on this throne. Not gonna lie, after you get past the butt plug, water guts, and pool of your own soup that your butt is sitting in, it's a really good feeling. She comes back to explain that you gonna pop off the probe and then release them innards until you feel empty, the rinse off with a hose (that if you aren't careful can wet up the whole room) before baby wiping and getting dressed. I felt so cared for and decided that I would get the 4 pack cuz this gut is my main priority. In other words, clean your butt system here. You (and whoever is holding your sheets down at night) will appreciate it!
