I started here and loved it unfort it turned sour the woman that work there dont know what their doing. i went for three months they nevfer told me they were not getting paid. i get a call saying i cant come back until they do my insurance stated i have another one as prim and i didnt and i was right . this could of been fixed as i went instead of leaving me in pain from june unil now!!!! so they got paid in october they never return my calls to come back i call weekley. still in pain i now found another place said cause i did loke it there. Great physical therapy center! I've had the misfortune of needing on and off physical therapy since my early teen years as passengers in cars to more recent injuries after being attacked by a Rottweiler and the on n off bedridden times leading to many other issues & muscle atrophy. So I wanted somewhere that can treat multiple injuries and they do have aquatic therapy if needed. It's hard finding a place to go that is welcoming, still hands on during these "covid times" and has with good staff! I often felt rushed, forgotten and just eh with some others. Premier performance evaluated me efficiently and continues to ask me what areas are giving me more pain etc. Empathic, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff! It's a "positive energy" environment which makes all the difference. I started going to Physical Therapy at the Lindenhurst office after a fall that caused a tear in my right rotator cuff. The care that I received from the aides and from the DPT where presented with knowledge, compassion and understanding. The therapist started with evaluating my injury to then setting up and explaining my treatment plan. After a few weeks I started to see the results. I went from being unable to move my arm in a normal range to being able to reach for items on a shelf and hold my granddaughter without any pain. The treatment methods helped me more than I would have imagined. There is definitely a team that works well together and because of that you walk into the office feeling comfortable. I feel like I'm being treated different from other patients because of my beard and my color . Every time I go here I feel like I should just be at home doing these simple workouts . Nobody attends to me nobody is watching , I broke my ankle pretty bad, and each day is either harder or easier for me there is no in between. So when I go to physical therapy I expect to be attended to , I expect someone to be watching me at least and not leaving me by myself to figure out what to do next .
