I am incredibly grateful for the positive impact that this wellness center is on health journey. The team always accommodated me and made the long hour and a half drive worthwhile each time with their exceptional hospitality, private room set up, knowledge, and high quality products. While some may casually mention being willing to travel far for services, this center truly exceeded my expectations. Despite being over 60 miles from East Hampton, where I was vacationing for two months, I needed a colonic after finding them on Google. At the time, they were offering an incredible deal for a package of 3. I knew I had to purchase plus add an extra session to the initial package. I made it a priority to drive to them multiple times for 90 minute extended colonics. Despite initial nervousness about trying an open system without assistance from a Hydro therapist providing a body massage, I was surprised by the effectiveness of their machine and their "Detox Clay." I have be coming here for several years now. Back when Vanessa Open in Westbury, I followed her to Garden City and even visited the Brooklyn location a few times and now my last and final stop is Smithtown, and have absolutely no complaints. Vanessa is the owner and she is awesome as well as her staff. The Colenz - Highly recommended that you take the fiber, or even the clay they have for purchase it's make the process smooth and less cramping depending on much much build up you have in your colon. Also recommend doing a Juice fast before or after the cleanse which Vanessa sells as well. This is the best way to get a colonic I have done research and also had it done other ways and this is truly the safest and best way. And if you are into Hot Yoga. I recommend doing a class of hot yoga and getting cleansed after. You will feel amazing and a lot of toxins will go out. They have 2 other locations which are in Garden City, and now NJ. Not only do they offer the Colenz, but they have the Fitwrap- it makes you sweat and lose inches The Footbath- it lets you know what toxins are in your body The Suna, and also ear candling which was a very interesting experience and a few more services that I haven't tried yet. Always a great way to cleanse! A place that knows your name and also cares about your needs. That was the most important part of my experiences. It's quiet and they usually have spa music or tv .. depends on what you wish. The rooms are extremely clean, smell fresh and are cleaned well. I became friends with the owner after frequented the original location so many times. We realized we knew mutual people but that wasn't the reason why I kept going. After a full session I slept like I never did before. I felt like toxins just left and it was great. They buy the best equipment and they do not cheap out !!! Other places do. They give great advice and I love the sauna! The foot baths really show what you are taking in. The asked if I was on allergy medicine and I was!! Although I am Knowledgable of Hydrotherapy cleansing, I have never experienced the process. Choosing Cleansing Concepts was a very good choice. Don't know why it has taken me a year to write this review but thought it was important to let you know. I tried the fit wrap about a year ago and the lady said she would check up on me 30 minutes into it but she never did. I started to feel sick, weak and dehydrated. I took off the suit and the room was spinning. I laid on the floor to cool off. I felt disoriented, couldn't talk and my hands began to cramp. After a while I regain strength about 10-15 minutes later and managed to get dressed. Still nobody came to check up on me. The most horrible experience ever. I told them what had happened and they seemed concerned but never apologized for not checking up when they were supposed to. read more

I went to CC a couple of days ago. It was my first time there. I had a Colin cleansing followed by an ionic foot bath. All the equipment is state of the art, and it worked really, really well for me. I have been coming to Cleansing Concepts (Westbury location) since 2009. Let's be honest, talking about colon cleansing is not the most popular topic, but Vanessa and her staff have the ability to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. By "everyone" I mean everyone that I have brought to her. She was so helpful to myself, family, and MANY friends. The entire staff at Cleansing Concepts knows their (cough cough) ish, punn intended! Over the years I have been lucky enough to witness her business grow, but I am not surprised at all. Vanessa and her staff are so willing to provide you with whatever yoou need while in their facility. There is such a warm and open vibe at both the Westbury location AND the Smithtown locations. I have tried the ionic foot baths, Colon Hydrotherapy, and the sauna. I cannot wait to try the fit wrap! I had taken about a year off from cleansing, until last week when I visited her Smithtown location. i have to say that although I was always a fan of Westbury, the Smithtown location is GORGEOUS! They have so many different treatments and even a beautiful zen garden! While gravity colonics for me are the best form, this system is efficient. The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean.

I have been going to the Smithtown location for about two years. Talk about a professional staff. The last review said it best that this is not a comfortable topic to discuss, but after experiencing colon hydrotherapy the first time, I'm a true believer. I did this out of sheer curiosity last March. I felt so self conscious when I walked in the door. I immediately felt at ease when I walked in. The office is beautiful and clean. The staff convey a no nonsense clinical approach to colon hydrotherapy. Whatever you're thinking a colonic is, forget it. After my first appointment, I felt more refreshed than I had felt in years.
