I do not recommended. I got burned by the Vela shape machine by a new inexperienced tech who was training for the first time on me. They also have bad record keeping of payments due to having a different person at reception desk all the time. I was told I was paid up and 2 months later a $200 balance magically appeared on my account. Which I asked for time to follow up with my bank so I can verify my payments before I paid this balance that appeared out of nowhere . Well they didn't give me time next day they charged my card they had on file without my permission. So they didn't do anything about my burn and also took a payment without my permission. Emailing with the owner was a waste of my time she was rude and disrespectful and did not care to listen or understand my concerns instead she made up lies and any excuse she think of. read more

I found this business from Groupon and it is the best place!!! I received laser hair removal, a Brazilian, and it was incredible the amazing job done. Channi who I highly recommend is so professional, keeps the atmosphere super light, she has a great bed side manner. Especially for someone who is gently applying a laser to your genitalia. The laser never was painful and the job is done thoroughly. Before you know it it's over and the result is permanent and looks beautiful. My only regret is I didn't find her years ago. I should have read the reviews for this place before I purchased a package from them. I will never go back there again. I had to reschedule a session because of medical advice by my doctor (I was but on antibiotics by the overnight emergency doctor for an infection). Because of this, they demanded additional payment upon arriving to my scheduled appointment and refused to perform services I had already paid for. They made me drive all the way over there for nothing. They didn't have the courtesy to tell me about this in either of the 2 phone conversations I made on 2 separate days confirming the appointment. The teenager that works there was extremely rude when turning me away from services I had already paid for. I immediately disputed this charge with my bank and I have been refunded services they refused me. I suggest you do the same if you run into a problem with them. Their cancellation policy is ridiculous and they don't care about cancellations due to medical circumstances. They are extremely unprofessional. This was a groupon purchase too - you would think they would try to gain new customers instead of treating them so bad they push them to write negative reviews. I am at least relieved that I didn't get burns on my face like previous reviews here state. Thinking back, I don't know how I agreed to a teenager treating me like that! They also only have a yag laser. If you do any research on laser types, you will realize that if you have fair skin an alexandrite is far superior to a yag. After observing treated areas by them (and comparing them to my previous alexandrite treatments) I certainly agree with the research. read more

Had perfect skin before coming here. Almost two years ago, I Had bought a skin tightening package to use on my stomach after having a baby and after the first two treatments I was left burned with hyper pigmentation. They girl tried to make it right by me and it was never fixed. Then I had to stop correction treatments for the hyper pigmentation because I was on antibiotics. When I wanted to make another appointment I found out the girl that was helping me wasn't there anymore. I never got stretch marks with my pregnancy but because I was vain and stupid I am now left with marred skin that won't seem to heal. I wish I could leave ZERO STARS for this establishment. My word of advice would be to ask to see the licenses of whoever is going to be doing any skin care work to you and do a lot of research on the most qualified business/individual. I usually don't leave negative reviews but I'm just mind blown. This place is nice, cute quiet. I've been coming here for the last 6 months or so for laser hair removal. I've never missed an appointment and at my last visit I spent around $500 dollars on another package and a package for something new. Today I called around 1 to see if I could come in earlier and they had nothing earlier. No big deal, see you then. I wound up with a flat about 45 minutes before my appointment so I called to let them know that I wasn't able to get there and that I had to reschedule. So they said they had to take one of my sessions from my package. I asked if they could extend a one time courtesy as I had a flat and that I've never cancelled, missed or been late to an appointment before. Her response was "well, you called looking for a different time so..." Implying that I was lying and stating that it would be 35 dollars to repurchase my session back. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I went here for laser hair removal and ended up with severe burns. I had hyper and hypo pigmentation and still have hypo pigmentation and will need to now go to a dermatologist. Hoping and praying it will go away. They have tried to make it right by me but this doesnt sit right by me and wouldnt want anyone else to go through this. The technician is young and may not have too much experience. At one point she told me that something may have caused the scarring and not the procedure. Prior to this I had perfect skin. read more

I've been here for laser hair removal 3 times before I saw no obvious difference in my hair growth. I decided not to use the rest of my package thinking it was a waste of time. I received a call 4 months later letting me know I still had to prepaid services left so I decided to use them. I had a different technician who did an amazing job!! Way more thorough, covered way more space than the other techs did either of the times I had been before. I explained the issue I had and why I wasn't back and she seemed embarrassed and is looking into getting me some bonus sessions. I am having laser treatments done by spafit over a year now. The esthetician is very sweet, environment is clean and relaxing. Just sucks that you cant do treatments at different location once u started at one location because they work separate but STILL YOU can not purchase the Groupon deal once you purchase it once already and use it at their different location even though they don't work together which doesn't make sense. Don't fall for the cheap deal. Go to a legit place w/experienced staff & up to date equipment that works properly. Do your homework.... google the laser & make sure you're not getting hair removal when it's supposed to be skin tightening, because the skin tightening hand piece is broken.....again. Go to a place that has more than one esthetician working each shift, so you can get appointments. You get what you pay for, don't mess with your skin for a bargain. read more

This place is great. All the ladies here are super nice. I got 8 Vela Shape treatments here because of excess skin due to weight loss. Megan and Olivia did the procedure on me and they are both amazing. They always do great sales. The rooms are very beautiful and peaceful. When I purchased my first 4 treatments, it was part of a package with Groupon. The price was very good for four of them. I have hypothyroidism. One of the symptoms of hypothyroidism is that I have a low body temperature. So it is a little more difficult for my body to heat up. Which is precisely what needs to happen during a Velashape procedure. My body heat did wind up getting to the desired temp but it took a lot longer. After I did all 4 treatments, I asked if I could get the same deal again because 1) I had the condition and 2) the groupon was not clear enough. The manager was kind of enough to honor my proposal. It helped me out a lot since regularly each VelaShape is pretty pricy. I plan on purchasing a fat freezing procedure after my Velashape procedures are done. I will definitely go to them when I need anything done and I'll definitely recommend them to my friends. I am usually so insecure with my body and they made me feel so comfortable. read more

I bought a package on Groupon for multiple body parts which was noted "unlimited". However, by my 4th session in, I was told it is not an unlimited package, that in fact it is 12 sessions. My 5th and 6 th sessions, the laser broke so I was told I will be rescheduled for those body parts. After my 8th session, 1 day before my scheduled appointment, I was called by one of their estheticians to say "my one year package is expired, there is nothing they can do. They will not be able to continue with treatment". When I went in to discuss my concern, I was given no information. The girl had no idea what was going on with my chart. She wouldn't give me contact information or availability of the manager. She went on to tell me he shows up whenever and she could not release contact info. Also, they have 4 locations, and she only gave me the contact for their Northport location, whom I had contacted to get a hold of them because they were not answering their calls. I was told they only have 1 manager.As a recommendation, SAVE YOUR MONEY,DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!!!! I spent exactly $1,115 to be jerked around. These people have no idea what they are doing!!!
