She did her consultation with me and made me feel as if I have known her for years. She explained everything I was consenting to and looked at my pictures so she could see exactly what I wanted. Made me feel very comfortable especially with everything currently going on with COVID. Jeanna answered every single one of my questions regarding other problem areas I have. I never felt rushed and she is truly a really good person. I have 0 pain and she told me exactly to do in case I have any. I plan on following up at her office in 2 weeks so we can discuss a plan to achieve the look that I want. I would give her 100 stars if I could. Go see her as soon as possible. She has a wonderful bedside manner and listens to what you want. She's also very honest. I was ready for some botox as well, but she told me it was too early and booked an appointment for me in the future. This is my second day after my lip fillers and I have no bruising and minimal swelling. I'm so impressed with how little pain was involved and how fast I'm recovering!

I was asked not to post a review so you can guess how this is going to go…read more I made an appt. for filler and was greeted by reception and then put into a room. Katherine walks in and NEVER introduces herself. I only knew who she was by her photo online. She didn't ask me any questions, just started injecting. She never told me the name of the product she was using. Never explained ANYTHING. She was cold and callous. I go home and first thing my husband asks is "did you go for your filler?" This just justified my horrible experience. I gave it two weeks and saw nothing but bruising everywhere and no plumpness whatsoever. I drive there to discuss my issue. She is in with a client but hears me talking to reception and calls the young lady in and then she comes back and tells me to make a new appointment for the other half of syringe. (Only reason she got called in was because her Katherine must of heard her say, "has this happened to you before?") Katherine finishes, comes out and looks right at me and doesn't even say hello. Doesn't even look at my face and the mess she made. Does not even make an attempt to rectify the issue. I call afterwards and demand a refund and guess what? I got it. No questions asked. I even asked for my tip back. Got that too. Then I get a phone call from her telling me to leave her alone. I didn't call her, she called ME. THEN I get a phone call from a client of hers who happens to be a friend of mine telling me all my business and asking me what happened and begged not to review. Ever hear of the HIPAA law? Disgusting. Shame on you.
