I LOVE this place! From the moment I walked thru the door and was greeted by Patrick with a huge welcoming smile, I knew I was in the right place! I got NPO threads for my face. The treatment actually lifts your sagging skin and takes years off your face for a beautiful, refreshed result! It doesn't leave you looking like your skin has been stretched too tight like many procedures do, people ask me what is different about me - did I get a new haircut or am I using new makeup? They can't really see that I have had work done, I just look really refreshed and my skin is glowing! The owner, Sharon, did the actual procedure, and she is just amazing! Professional and highly skilled at what she is doing - this procedure is not without discomfort to say the least, but she follows your leads, and will stop and let you breathe or get a drink if you need too. They also offer some distraction techniques which is a wonderful treat, I received a wonderful hand massage while Sharon worked on my face. Another wonderful treat was they offer red light therapy after your procedure to help you relax and soothe your body from the stress of the procedure. You lay on a table while soft music plays and the red light refreshes your skin so you walk out feeling so great! The people are very nice. The owner treated me well. i went to get my upper lip and chin lasered but I was uninformed and relied on their expertise. I bought a package of minimal 6 sessions for each chin and upper lip. Again not knowing anything about lasers, sometimes I felt a sight needle like feeling on my skin. It was rare, maybe once or twice in a session. Apparently I'm suppose to feel something and a couple of times they increased the intensity, but I didn't really feel much. The technician just kept doing her thing. I still felt nothing. This occurred in every session with the exception of the one Sharon did. After the third or fourth session, Sharon, lasered me herself b/c she was training another Tech. Afterwards I spoke with her privately afterward. I told her that the way she lasered me was different that what the rest of her team has been doing. Her way made more sense and seemed effective. She then said she will retrain them. Not sure if that ever occurred, but I didn't benefit from it. During my last session, they were trying to sell me more packages and I told the young lady that I didn't really see a different in my hair removal. The last session was rushed, clumsy like she wanted me out of there. I never went back. Important to note, I have brown skin and dark thick hairs. I am now getting laser done elsewhere and what a difference! I feel each and every laser and my hair is effectively growing less. After a conversation with my current Esthetician, I figured out that the issue was not only their ineffective training, but also that they are using Intense Pulsed Light (abbreviated IPL- listed on their website) which is not as effective as Laser. I wish they would have told me this BEFORE I spent so much money. I feel betrayed that the differences were not explained to me. I am no longer an uneducated customer. I would tread carefully and if you use them, educate yourself before you spend a lot of money like I did. read more

I went in to look into a gift certificate. Sharon behind the counter came across as a bit rude, and not just to me but another client waiting for service. She seemed very scattered and overwhelmed at her job, that being said, I'm bot even sure she knows what that is. I got a Groupon to try this place out for microdermabrasion or hydra facial, and a hand treatment. It looked as if I might be late because of a car accident ahead of me - many people were turning around so I thought perhaps I could reschedule. I called and was told, "No, that's OK - you'll be fine. Go ahead and come." Well, I did come - about 10 minutes late although I stated to them I might be 20 minutes late - and felt very rushed the whole time. The girl doing my face asked me a question and half-way through my first sentence she stopped me and said, "Can you tell me during your treatment because I have another client after you." Microdermabrasion was done on me although I'd have preferred the hydra facial, but was not asked which I'd like, and before I knew it I was getting sanded down - maybe because it's a quicker procedure? Immediately after slathering on the skin calming stuff she wiped it off, telling me, "Sorry I'm doing everything so fast, but since you WERE so LATE, and I have another client, I have to do it this way." This is the worst place I ever visited! I went there for laser hair removal. Sharon was very nice till she got my money. Then I got a 2nd degree burn on my both lower legs! The reaction to my question was a nasty cold attitude. So I went to small climes court and won the case! I proposed Sharon to resolve it without going to court room and she was absolutely nasty and said I will get nothing. Wow! After I gave her the judge decision and asked for my money she just said 'No!' So now I'm going to Sheriff's Office to get helped collecting my money. Great staff, listened to what our concerns were and honestly didn't try to push us into paying more than we had to, if anything Sharon was super upfront about the cost and worked with me to make sure I didn't over spend to get the desired effect. Actually less than one star review! I purchased a package for my daughter as a high school graduation gift. Upon purchasing the service which was 18 treatments, I explained that my daughter was leaving for college (out of state) and they assured me that they would work around her visits home. After only 12 treatments we were told that they would no longer honor the remaining 6 treatments. We were told it was taking too long. However they would not refund me my money for the remaining 6 treatments. I was told that if I wanted to use the remaining 6 treatments they would discount it at 30%....total crooks since they were already paid!! Beware of this place!! read more

I have never Yelped before but every day when I shave in the shower I get so upset with this place. This was my gift to myself after having two kids...face, armpits, and brazilian laser removal. I've been going to Elite for years and Sharon is outstanding!! I started there for hair removal and now I go for injections and skin treatments. I'm always treated with the upmost professionalism as well as TLC. Unfortunately, people don't understand that hair grows in different cycles and you can't entirely remove it in a few sessions. The staff throughly explained this to me before the hair removal process. I am thrilled with my results and I give Elite my full endorsement. Liars! I have been a customer of this place. They lied to me. I went in for a consultation and received a price of $1000.00 for cool sculpt. When I was ready to have it done, I called them to make an appointment and remind them of the quote I received. Sharon answered and said, No, Its $1200.00, and you get 3 free ipl or skin tightening sessions. I said ok, I did the cool sculpt (Which was painful), then I went in for the IPL. Never again will I trust Sharon with a laser. I came out with a purple face. I was all burnt and discolored. How can someone with all of her experience use the wrong setting??? She did not even do it in the spots that I needed done. And it was not very effective either. When I was ready for another Ipl, I said, no I do not want Sharon to touch my face, is there anyone else? There was. When I got there, she said no, it was only 1 free Ipl. TOTAL LIARS. They should have given me a written quote. As for the effectiveness of a $1000.00 cool sculpt on the stomach area??? 10%, if that. They showed me the before and after pictures. Its alot of money for not alot of result. If I could give less than one star, I would. The facility is nice and clean but the staff is BEYOND RUDE and the owner (The Oh-nOwner as I call her) is a THEIF. I bought a package 5 years ago that guaranteed me, after my sessions were over, life-time touch-ups once a year FOR FREE. Now they claim they can only offer it at 30% off......EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR IT!!! They are scammers. I have been burned there and then Sharon later denied that it ever happened! They are constantly changing workers because no one can stand working for her. Read all the review, they speak for themselves. This establishment is the definition of unprofessionalism , granted it is a very nice set up with beautiful furniture but the wrong people are operating it . I felt like my last 2 appointments were extremely rushed because they over book. The girl at the front desk talks very fast and also seems to be rushing and rude. The owner seems stressed out and unhappy to perform services . There are no long term employees here . It's always "what happened to so & so "?Just be prepared to always have a different person complete your service each visit. I also overheard them speak very negatively about clients when i was leaving the bathroom area. It is pricey but the price does not match the services rendered. The one star was a gift! read more

This place has really been a pleasure to work with and I'm sad to see some of the previous negative reviews. But I can understand. What I WILL say is that Sharon , the owner, seems to care very much and has done an amazing job replacing all the older unsatisfactory staff with some new incredible people. They have worked with me to accommodate my crazy u predictable work schedule , sometimes fitting me in at a moments notice when they can or understanding if I need to cancel or reschedule at the last minute and does it all over text when I'm u available to speak on the phone. This kind of customer service in so important to me and frankly what kept me coming back. Additionally, the current front desk staff already feel like family. Yes Toni and Pat, I'm talking about you! Even my first phone call with Pat I had so many questions and he was so kind and so patient. That phone call helped me choose to come here over anywhere else who wouldn't give me any details without coming in for consultation. But Pat patiently walked me through all the options, expectations and approximate fees. Made such a difference for me. I'm always greeted with a smile, either by Toni or Sam or Sharon. They know my name, they ask about my life and my upcoming wedding and work to try to fit me in where they can to get me photo ready for the big day. Sharon is also very upfront and a straight shooter which I love and unlike other business owners makes herself readily a available if ever I have questions. Lastly, her latest addition is the aesthetician Nafisa. She is the kindest sweetest most patient woman and literally LOVES her works. BEWARE SKIN TIGHTENING DOES NOT WORK! WASTE OF MONEY! I started going to Elite Laser in April for skin tightening. NO PICTURES WERE TAKEN! I paid $1,500 for 10 sessions. At each session I asked the worker when they would be taking pictures and was told "the person who takes pictures isn't in" finally around my 5th session in May pictures were taken. I made it clear at every appointment that I was not seeing results. When time for my final session I decided to call the owner to explain I was unhappy and felt as though I was wasting my time as the skin tightening was NOT working. First she said that her staff told her that I refused to take pictures (lies, I never refused and pictures were taken in May) she stated that the pictures taken in May were lost! She offered me 4 more treatments which I don't want as they do not work! I asked for a partial refund rather than the 4 treatments as I did not get what I paid for and now am being mistreated as a paying customer. She advised me on 10/5/2021 she would speak to her staff and call me back the following week. It has now been 2 weeks and I have not heard from her. I left a message on 10/14/2021 still no response. I went for a hydrafacial and it was TERRIBLE. The girl that did my facial seemed to be new? I had a hydrafacial there once before and it was MUCH better. The previous one lasted longer, was more relaxing, the woman massaged my neck and hands, and my skin felt great afterward. This time the facial hurt (a lot!), there was no massaging, it was quick, and I was left with brown gunk all over my face. I was like am I really supposed to walk out with this crap all over my face?! It was not AT ALL the hydrafacial I received the first time. I hate to lose the rest of my money on the gift certificate I have, but based on this most recent facial, it's not even worth the money spent on gas to drive there and tip. Soo i have gone to many places for laser hair removal and Spas what not, as well as other services. I Live in Williston Park Nassau, and dont mind driving all the way out here because to me Cleanliness is paramount, and the fact that Sharon (owner) Is a Register Nurse makes me feel so confident. Honestly i have never been to such a clean, pretty establishment. like i said i have been to places in midtown Manhattan and i just happen to come across this place and boy i am glad. Something i have noticed in the 2 years i have been going here, is they are always updating the machines and offering cool new services like cool sculpting. My wife had a treatment here about 2 months ago for body contouring. I have to say we are both impressed with her results. The procedure freezes the fat and the fat cells are destroyed and flushed out of the body. I stayed with her while she had the procedure, it was a couple of hours long and wasn't to uncomfortable for her. They had a TV set up and we watched a movie while we waited. Overall, a very good experience. The staff and the nurse were very professional and took the time to answer all our questions. read more

Bought a package for 6 small treatments a while back. Sharon performed all my treatments but I actually never even went back for the 6th session. I didn't see much of a difference so I didn't care enough about losing that money. I recently began treatment at a different facility where I am seeing results in as few as a single session. I have personally been coming here for way too long to be treated so bad by Sharon. Since 2008 to be exact, when she rented a hole in the wall at a nail salon. Shes not qualified. Also when you get there you're greeted by a dog; yes a dog. A place where a registered nurse practices healthcare. She is blind when she is doing treatment on you, she doesn't even care to look at where shes putting the laser and you wind up with bald spots. Also; do not have tattoos, unless you want to be belittled and mocked. I have a tattoo of a woman on my thigh; and when she saw she replied "is that what you wish you looked like?" Complete horror. You want to come and get thousands of dollars worth of quality treatment yet you leave ugly and regretting the decision. I now have no hair on only ONE side of my inner bikini line. I guess she decided one side was good enough, even though I only had one more appointment to go. Do your job. read more
