There was no effort to resolve my concerns, no offer to review my case, and no customer care whatsoever. LaserAway sells a premium service at a premium price, but their results and customer service are anything but premium. Once they have your money, you're on your own. I strongly urge anyone considering them to stay far away. There are far better providers who stand behind their results and treat customers with respect. Avoid LaserAway.
