Over the past year, Louise has done my treatments at least 3 times. She is very pleasant, professional, patient, knowledgeable and skillful in the treatments she administers. She always pauses to check how well I am tolerating any pain I may be feeling ( usually very minimal) and to use an ice pack if needed. After the treatments, she advises me on the "do's and don'ts" so that I can achieve the best possible results. Please keep her on staff as she is a huge asset to your business! read more

I'm writing this after months of trying to get someone from LaserAway to take accountability for a terrible experience. I completed all of my laser hair removal treatments and after finishing every single session as recommended, I've only seen about 20 to 25 percent reduction in hair growth which is completely unacceptable for the cost and promises made. What's worse than the poor results is the unprofessional and disrespectful way the management handled my concerns. I reached out several times to the regional director for the Long Island locations, Ashley, and not only did I receive no meaningful response, but the tone and dismissiveness I did encounter were completely inappropriate for a company of this size. There was no effort to resolve my concerns, no offer to review my case, and no customer care whatsoever. LaserAway sells a premium service at a premium price, but their results and customer service are anything but premium. Once they have your money, you're on your own. I strongly urge anyone considering them to stay far away. There are far better providers who stand behind their results and treat customers with respect. Avoid LaserAway. very unprofessional. took only one session for me to cancel my package. I arrived on time for my appointment but they said I had to wait because they tried to call to change my appointment time for later. I checked and they never called me and then I waited an hour to finally be seen. I was offered tea and never received it. I was only offered a small discount which I shouldn't of had to pay at all after the terrible service. usually other places have the first session free anyways. and what is worse is I had my card on file and they said the charges are automatic so I don't have to worry about that at least. however, now I'm getting a letter in the mail saying I owe $68 when I thought this was already taken care of. read more

I have been here 3 appointments. For face and underarm hair removal The first 2 appts were great! I had results right away and my nurses could not have been better. And the receptionists are always welcoming and friendly. My the third appointment was a little rushed and I wasn't entirely happy but, I don't know why I waited so long. Offered water when I came in and really nice waiting room. My Nurse was Louise M. And she was such a sweetheart!! She made me feel extremely comfortable ( especially since I had a Brazilian) and gave me so much knowledge and answered all of my questions. I have tattoos on my leg so the pain was basically non existent for me. If you are afraid of the pain don't be, it's all tolerable. With Louise M. I felt so good about my decision. Great experience! Went in for coolsculpting and the nurse was extremely patient and informative and helped ease me into the process. The process itself was 45 min for me and had mild to high discomfort and pain, which the nurse warned me for beforehand. Nothing too unbearable. I'm excited for my second session! Took off a star only because calling for a consult and booking my appointment over the phone was very inconvenient as I often felt forgotten about and having to call and reach out a lot. Not sure what the issue was but once I was able to book the appointment it was a smooth process from there. read more

I made an appointment online and received a text message confirming my appointment. it was virtual witch im very ok with I was waiting by my phone waiting and no one zoomed me or called me totally letting me down. I called to ask about told there nothing they can do the only thing they wanted to do was hang up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. I started my treatment November 2019. From my initial complimentary consultation with Glo, everything was more than perfect. She heard my thoughts on areas of concern, heard my financial predicament and came up with an amazing plan to finance my treatment. Here I am, a year later still in treatment, with the treatment then put on hold temporarily, due to our unfortunate predicament with Covid-19-yet still happy as I was about my treatment with LaserAway as I was from the beginning .
