A perfect example of what a facilty catering to beauty and wellness should be! From the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile and made to feel real comfortable. The place is extremely clean.. well maintained and has a very relaxing atmosphere and feel to it The two amazing ladies in the front desk were extremely professional and courteous and pleasant in answering all inquiries regarding the procedure we were interested in and even made a few great suggestions along the way as to help get the best plan that would be good for us. I HIGHLY recommend this place ! read more

Do not give this com your business. You'll prepay for Laser Service and then they will be cancel your appointments. They tell you you'll be refunded in 7-10 days and you will not get your refund and you will not be able to get anyone on the phone to help w. read more

I'm writing this after months of trying to get someone from LaserAway to take accountability for a terrible experience. I completed all of my laser hair removal treatments and after finishing every single session as recommended, I've only seen about 20 to 25 percent reduction in hair growth which is completely unacceptable for the cost and promises made. What's worse than the poor results is the unprofessional and disrespectful way the management handled my concerns. I reached out several times to the regional director for the Long Island locations, Ashley, and not only did I receive no meaningful response, but the tone and dismissiveness I did encounter were completely inappropriate for a company of this size. There was no effort to resolve my concerns, no offer to review my case, and no customer care whatsoever. LaserAway sells a premium service at a premium price, but their results and customer service are anything but premium. Once they have your money, you're on your own. I strongly urge anyone considering them to stay far away. There are far better providers who stand behind their results and treat customers with respect. Avoid LaserAway. Don't waste your money or your time. read more

Best laser hair removal and injections I've ever had. The girls are the absolute best

This is getting ridiculous, I spend so much money in this clinic & they keep making mistakes plus the secretary that looks 12 @ the front desk has an attitude instead of admitting the mistake. The treatments & clinicians are great but they need to get the paperwork together & not tell the costumers they wrong info to make a sale. I'm so discussed with their front desk employees. read more

very unprofessional. took only one session for me to cancel my package. I arrived on time for my appointment but they said I had to wait because they tried to call to change my appointment time for later. I checked and they never called me and then I waited an hour to finally be seen. I was offered tea and never received it. I was only offered a small discount which I shouldn't of had to pay at all after the terrible service. usually other places have the first session free anyways. and what is worse is I had my card on file and they said the charges are automatic so I don't have to worry about that at least. however, now I'm getting a letter in the mail saying I owe $68 when I thought this was already taken care of. read more

I have been here 3 appointments. For face and underarm hair removal The first 2 appts were great! I had results right away and my nurses could not have been better. And the receptionists are always welcoming and friendly. My the third appointment was a little rushed and I wasn't entirely happy but, I don't know why I waited so long. Absolutely amazing to get rid of unwanted fuzz. Have a few more sessions. Once I'm done I'll probably do the rest the of my body if I continue to get the results I want! Thank you! read more

If you are someone who is scared or has tried everything in the book except Laser hair removal, this is your sign to just DO IT!!! I have always wanted to try it and kept seeing ad's pop up on my socials so Finally I just took the plunge and omg I am so happy that I did! First off everyone was so nice and inviting. Offered water when I came in and really nice waiting room. My Nurse was Louise M. And she was such a sweetheart!! She made me feel extremely comfortable ( especially since I had a Brazilian) and gave me so much knowledge and answered all of my questions. I have tattoos on my leg so the pain was basically non existent for me. If you are afraid of the pain don't be, it's all tolerable. With Louise M. I felt so good about my decision. Her reassurance of making sure I was ok and could handle the tiny (and I mean really small amount) of pain was so appreciated. Definitely recommend Louise M. for your nurse if you can, You won't regret the decision! Go to laseraway in Woodbury for the best experience you've ever gotten! read more

LaserAway - Front of building - Tattoo Removal Near Me - Woodbury, New York

Great experience! Went in for coolsculpting and the nurse was extremely patient and informative and helped ease me into the process. The process itself was 45 min for me and had mild to high discomfort and pain, which the nurse warned me for beforehand. Nothing too unbearable. I'm excited for my second session! Took off a star only because calling for a consult and booking my appointment over the phone was very inconvenient as I often felt forgotten about and having to call and reach out a lot. Not sure what the issue was but once I was able to book the appointment it was a smooth process from there. read more

I made an appointment online and received a text message confirming my appointment. it was virtual witch im very ok with I was waiting by my phone waiting and no one zoomed me or called me totally letting me down. I called to ask about told there nothing they can do the only thing they wanted to do was hang up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Apparently if your transgender this place doesn't want your business so if your trans this place seems unsafe they don't want to use the name you want. they refuse to make it right just using excuse isn't right. read more

Humiliated depressed. Do not let them touch you. Coolsculpting is torture not a massage. I can't wear anything but overalls. Stay away from this company. They say it is normal and it will go away. It's been over 2 months and I look pregnant. read more

Jessie was fabulous for my treatment! The office was very professional and the staff was so helpful! Highly recommend!

My goodness I have been always receiving great service here. But today my clinician Shannon was the best. Angel hands! Love it

I just had my first appointment this morning with Jessie and it couldn't have been a better experience! I've never had laser hair removal before so I wasn't sure what to expect but she made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the process and even recommended things to help my progress! The facility itself took a lot of safety and sanitation measures! Couldn't have been a better experience! read more

Great experience! Jessie my technician was wonderful. She was thorough in the treatment and very informative. I will be back again :)

I started my treatment November 2019. From my initial complimentary consultation with Glo, everything was more than perfect. She heard my thoughts on areas of concern, heard my financial predicament and came up with an amazing plan to finance my treatment. Here I am, a year later still in treatment, with the treatment then put on hold temporarily, due to our unfortunate predicament with Covid-19-yet still happy as I was about my treatment with LaserAway as I was from the beginning . Their environment is up-kept in a tidy manner. Was before and still is. Skilled clinicians are very pleasant to work with. Receptionist are a pleasure, all of them. I have seen a drastic loss in hair on all areas that I went in for (chin, underarms, bikini/Playboy, areolas). Truest effective treatment with them. Bottom line, go get your hair minimized with them!! read more

If you actually want results, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I was extremely naive and fell for their scam of a "50% discount" thinking I was getting an unbelievable deal. 8 laser hair removal sessions later, no results and I am out thousands upon thousands of dollars. I was told by the woman at the front desk that that was "normal" and that we could "talk about buying more sessions." This place will do anything to squeeze every possible cent out of you. My sister did her research and went to a local medspa , paid less for packages for her entire body than what I did for 4 body parts, and has already seen significant results 3 sessions in. I'm so upset I made the rash decision to choose LaserAway without doing enough research. I trusted them with my hard earned money and got absolutely nothing in return. I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not go here. A scam of a company. read more

I had my first appointment at Laser away in Woodbury and it was pristine! Never had a bad experience here and found their services to be very effective. Before I made an appointment, I wanted to educate myself on each procedure, the benefits, the healing process and how LaserAway compared to other med spas in the area. I managed to get in contact with Zeba who is highly-trained, answered every question and allowed me to take my time until I was ready to commit. I highly recommend Zeba and LaserAway to anyone who wants to improve their skin health. read more
