Pam is very warm and made me feel as if I had known her forever. Let's face it, getting laser hair removal is not a fun, or very comfortable procedure to get done, especially a brazillian, but she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole time. She was extremely patient and thorough. I was totally shocked at the reasonable prices, and at her honesty. There were a few procedures I wanted to have done but Pam suggested waiting until after summer when I will get optimal results. Before doing the laser on my legs she put numbing cream on my eyebrows so that when she was finished with my legs, I would be all numbed up and ready to go. I absolutely love the way they came out! Not one time did I feel she was rushing me, getting annoyed or frustrated because I would keep looking in the mirror to see how they were coming out! She encouraged me to look at them carefully and make sure I loved the way they looked! I am so happy with not only the services I received, or the extreme reasonable prices, but the entire staff from the receptionist who greets you when you come in the door, to the woman who checked me out when I left! This was my first facial and I must say if every experience is like the one I had, it won't be my last. The woman was very pleasant and her voice was so calming. She complimented my skin which was nice and because I really don't know what kind of skin I have (dry, oily, combination, etc) she recommended what she thought would be best for me. Nice music, a nice shoulder rub - I was in heaven. The location is very easy to miss, but there is a flag outside as a landmark. The parking lot has adequate space, but it is a shared lot so I can imagine on a busy night for one of the other businesses it may be tricky. The entrance to the business was actually in the back which was pretty confusing, but once you make your way in I promise it's uphill from there! My co-worker is late to EVERYTHING so unfortunately due to scheduling issues the woman was not able to accommodate her that day..but that's understandable. All-in-all a great experience
