I was greeted by super kind girls in the front desk and the same girl was the one that did my laser treatment. I've had extensive experience with laser- I've had great service and really horrible services (both customer service and horrible service because of the machines), so I was hoping for the best here. And I received just that. I had a single under arm service and it was pretty painless and quick. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks to give feedback to see what the results were and honestly still no hair, so yay! Sometimes you go to get laser and the people doing it put it on low so you have to go back again and again and again and that's just not right. I didn't experience that here which is great, they put the level at its highest and it made me feel like they really care for their customers. Because they are a very new business I do wish they had more affordable packages. I didn't think a over a hundred dollar package for a year and you only get to go every 5 weeks is so great, but that is my personal opinion. Ro took me into her brow room and introduced herself. She was conversive in a comfortable, friendly way and discussed what she would like to do, she asked if I had any preferences or anything, in particular, I wanted to get done. I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt. What ultimately brought me into the store for the first time was an amazing offer for a package for underarm laser hair removal. It was so great to see that they offered so many great deals and had many promotions. My first time going to the skin spa was back in the summer for my first session of laser with Olga. The facility is clean and well kept. The receptionist was extremely friendly and answered questions that I had. Then, I was taken into the back with Olga and she asked me a lot of questions and examined my under arms before she used the laser to ensure to put the laser on the correct setting for me. She was extremely knowledgeable. The laser barely hurt. I was very happy with the experience and have gone back a few times and the hair is almost already gone. Just a few days ago I went to the spa for a facial with Olga and once again I was not disappointed. They had a great variation of specials and deals in November so I got buy one get a facial 50% off. Olga took me in the back and asked me all about my skin and my own concerns. She gave me two options for a facial I could do that she recommended for my skin. She spoke to me throughout the facial and was so kind answering any skin related questions that I had. She told me about many of the products that they have there and I ended up buying something but nothing was forced upon me. I left there feeling so refreshed, glowing and happy. I was given two gift cards to this place for Christmas…read more The pedicures cost $40 right off of the bat, which is incredibly overpriced. The first time I came here the woman giving me a pedicure offered me a massage for my pedicure which I had already had on my gift card. When I went to go pay they told me I asked for another ADDITIONAL massage so I had to pay more $$. I was upset, but paid and let it go. I received an email later from the salon that they would give me a $10 coupon to come back for the miscommunication. So here I am, finally about 8 months later making my way back here to use my coupon. I ask how much for callus removal, which they say $15. Again, overpriced but I accept. The girl doing my pedicure scrubs my feet instead of using the scraper and I ask why she didn't use the scraper. She said they couldn't use it because of covid. Which would have been helpful to know PRIOR to spending the $15. This place is a rip off and I'll never come here again. The pedicure isn't great enough where it's worth $40 even. It's a normal pedicure. There is absolutely nothing special about it. Worst of all they don't care about taking advantage of people and their money. It's like they don't realize people won't come back again. Both times I've been here the place has been absolutely empty. Recommend going somewhere else. Anywhere else at that. I'll never come here again. It's unlikely they'll end up staying in business.
