What a cute place! My first impression is that they are certainly trying to attract a certain kind of customer. The place is squeaky clean, modern, and with the colors you really can't miss it. Be warned I can see how parking may be tough in this area. I was lucky enough to find a spot an avenue away. I was greeted by super kind girls in the front desk and the same girl was the one that did my laser treatment. I've had extensive experience with laser- I've had great service and really horrible services (both customer service and horrible service because of the machines), so I was hoping for the best here. And I received just that. I had a single under arm service and it was pretty painless and quick. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks to give feedback to see what the results were and honestly still no hair, so yay! Sometimes you go to get laser and the people doing it put it on low so you have to go back again and again and again and that's just not right. I didn't experience that here which is great, they put the level at its highest and it made me feel like they really care for their customers. Because they are a very new business I do wish they had more affordable packages. I didn't think a over a hundred dollar package for a year and you only get to go every 5 weeks is so great, but that is my personal opinion. I went into Miss Laser's newest (and first) location in Long Island. I'm so glad they have a location closer to home! There is plenty of parking and this location is close to the Meadowbrook Pkwy. Just like their other fantastic locations, the one in Carle Place is beautiful and clean. Great and fast laser hair removal. Went in for an underarm treatment. I called to reschedule my laser appointment due to my daughter being sick and was told that I was going to be charged $50 bc it's not 24 hrs In advance ( it's 4 hours in advance) I'm not doing business with any company who feels that's appropriate. If I come ok tell did not show up then I can understand.. but life happens and charging someone $50 to change an appointment is outrageous to me after charging 2k just for services. read more

I arrived early and thought I'd have to wait...I was so wrong. I was given the paperwork to fill out and before I knew it I was in the room. Being a little nervous, Forgive me for forgetting the techs name (I believe it started with an A) but she was very descriptive on the procedure, showed me pictures of before and after. She made me feel so comfortable and had answered all my questions before I even asked them. The process was quick. All I felt was a little sting but not pain.
