After 30 minutes I was asked if I wanted another 15minutes because she didn't touch one area. I can't have half of my face done and the other half not. Sitting through 45 minutes of electrolysis was not fun and unnecessary. I had her stop with three minutes left because the anxiety was killing me. The technician spent more time flaking away the numbing cream I had one than doing electrolysis. Every other technician in the past has wiped it off. On top of that I still have hair in one spot. Everything has always been taken care of in an half hour with the two other technicians (elsewhere). I have had electrolysis many many times and this was by far the worst. I did give two stars because I had the wrong time in my calendar and they did accommodate me after coming late.

I was walked through the entire process and never felt uncomfortable. I noticed we had some extra time that I asked if I could do my eye brows too. I have never had such honest feedback before and I greatly appreciated the time put into it. Everything came out amazing. The hard wax she used was painless. It only felt like a small piece of tap being peeled off. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend anyone here! Pricing is right in the norm and the customer service is excellent. It's located in an office building right by Roosevelt field mall. Lacey is SOO knowledgeable and has great experience prior to opening her own business. She's extremely personable, I feel like I've been going to her for years. She's very detailed orientated. She will ask you what you want/like and she makes it her business to give you exactly what you want, even better. She takes her time and does NOT rush, so expect to be there for atleast 30mins but it's totally worth it! She uses hard wax which is more gentle on the skin compared to wax used at a nail salon. Especially, for those who have sensitive skin, this is perfect for you. She completes the eyebrows with powder to fill in the brow. For both the eyebrows and lip, she used natural/organic tree oil to soothe the skin and to reduce inflammation. She explains after care and her schedule is great. She there Monday-Saturday. There's even late appointments so she perfect to go to after work, if you can't make it during the day. As mentioned, you would be there for atleast 30minutes, so the way she sets up her schedule, you're not double booked with anyone else and if you have to wait, it's only for a few minutes. I waited like 5-6 minutes. But again she's VERY thorough and detail orientated so that's expected. Parking is NOT an issue and the building is nice. I would recommend anyone and everyone to give her. She will have you walking out feeling like a brand new woman. My next appointment is in 3 weeks and I'll be having the same service plus brow tinting. I can't wait! AND I will definitely be making appointments for body waxing as well because she made me feel really comfortable and with her knowledge and previous experience, I trust she'll do that great as well.
