Nice hotel in Westbury and not far from where my daughter and her family live on Long Island…read more Friendly hotel staff, always greeted us when coming or going. Room was tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The two aspects that were annoying were: 1) no ice on our floor. We always had to go one floor below to get ice; and 2) the TV was not user-friendly. There was no visual "guide," so we never knew what was airing at any time. Plus there were no premium stations and even very little regular cable stations. It felt like we were in some remote area where they couldn't get any station coverage. Otherwise, it was fine. I would probably stay here again unless we could find a better room rate elsewhere.

The room was beautifully set up when we arrived. The tables, chairs, linens, and tabletop decorations were all arranged perfectly and looked fantastic. Erin, the Events Manager, was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and was also present on the day of the event, making sure everything ran smoothly. Renting a private event space on a Friday night is never inexpensive, but we found the Viana to be very reasonably priced, especially for 2026. We hosted over 60 guests along with our DJ, Joe from On Fire DJs, and the room felt like the perfect size. There was plenty of space for dining and socializing, while still keeping a great party atmosphere. The dance floor was packed all night with high school graduates having an amazing time. The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to load and unload our balloons, signs, and decorations through the back entrance, which made setup and cleanup so much easier. The food deserves special recognition. Everything tasted fresh and made-to-order rather than prepared hours in advance. The appetizers were hot, crispy, and delicious. The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender. Throughout both the cocktail hour and dinner buffet, guests kept going back for seconds and even thirds. Nearly every plate was cleaned. The dessert selection was equally impressive, with a variety of cakes, pastries, coffee, and tea that gave everyone plenty of options to finish the evening on a high note. Our family and guests had an incredible experience, and we would absolutely recommend the Viana Hotel for any special event. Thank you to Erin and the entire team for helping make our twins' graduation celebration such a memorable night.

You really felt like you were being taken care of because they wanted to. We got to soak in a private hot tub for 20 minutes, then were led to the steam room, scrubbed down, massaged, and finished off in the sauna. The place was extremely clean and very tranquil. We got very lucky because we were the only ones there at that time so we had the whole place to ourselves. Felt like a rooftop garden. Emma who did my massage applied the perfect amount of pressure and paid specific attention to my body. We will be back very soon.

I enjoyed the full hour body massage treatment and the complimentary sauna. It was a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay. My therapist hits every spot of my body that needs tender love and care. My friends and I went in the afternoon and it was not busy. The entire place was super clean and all the staff members were very nice. The floors were shiny and the entire place smelled faintly of essential oils. It seemed like they had all upgraded tools such as a Japanese toilet heated toilet, what looks like a Dyson hair dryer when drying my hair, and pods in some of the rooms I peeked into which looked fancy and brand new. For my scalp cleanse, they had the little ring that sprayed water over my head and steamed my entire head. As a bonus side effect, it also steams your face. They offered complimentary drinks and chips. I didn't get any but the choices were sparkling water and coffee I believe. It was definitely worth the money to come, even if I didn't get a Groupon. I would come back again for a monthly refresh as they really got into my scalp and scrubbed me so clean it felt like my scalp got its teeth brushed. I definitely recommend if you want to come for a relaxation day!

I booked a 50 minute facial online because I received a promotion they were holding for the month of April where the facials would be $50. I arrived a couple of minutes early and was given a short questionnaire to fill out as I waited for my "licensed aesthetician" to finish up with her previous client. About 5-10 minutes later, Zlata came out and introduced herself and brought me into the back where the spa/treatment rooms are located. She left me alone to put on the robe and get myself comfortable on the table. Zlata was very warm and knowledgeable about skin care and skin types. The room was small but very relaxing. Calming aromas filled the air and made me so at ease. I've had facials before but none like this one- and she prided herself in telling me that her facial is non comparable to others. She believe in using aroma oils to relax the body because that's when your skin respond best to treatment. She massaged me and rubbed lavender and chamomile oils and I slipped into my own little oasis as she massaged, rubbed, exfoliated, and moisturized my face. I was so relaxed I fell asleep and occasionally woke myself up with my own snores lmao. I mean this is the most relaxing facial I have ever gotten. I didn't want it to end! My face is glowing !! Such a huge difference. I went in there not planning on spending more money than I had to and walked out with a bag full of goodies. Clarins' products are expensive but they're worth it. I ended up purchasing the "Mission perfection serum" for dark spots ($73) and the "multi-active skin starter kit" ($55) which includes a full size day moisturizer, travel size night cream, and travel size eye contour gel. I was also gifted a cosmetic bag with the choice of 4 travel/sample sized products because I purchased 2 products. All in all, I loved the facial. Zlata was a doll - I would recommend her to anyone. The products are pricey but worth it. And I'm a glowing gal :)
