I've gone to this LaserAway location for 2 things - laser hair removal and clear and brilliant facial. Valerie is so sweet and gentle with the laser (I've had her twice now)! The girls at the front are also the kindest, making every interaction warm and inviting. Although I'm not done with my laser treatments, I'd say the progress so far is great. As for the clear and brilliant, I just got my first one done yesterday so will have to see how that turns out. Overall, I'd recommend this place and will be booking my xeomin appointment at this location soon, as well! read more

Decided to come to the Garden City location - pleasantly surprised with the clean place, amazing specialists and great service. My specialist, Amanda, was great and extremely attentive, pausing if the laser was getting too much and providing breaks as needed. I put an inquiry online for a service - was quickly called back and sold a package. the following day was told I needed to have a "good faith" exam where i was told they require a letter from my doctor to proceed. i was not informed prior to being sold that this would be a requirement nor was I informed that there were no refunds. Had I known this, I would have just gone elsewhere. that day I told the girl who sold me the package that I wanted to cancel she responded 3 days later that there are no refunds. That is just terrible! I am extremely disappointed and do not wish to go there for any services and just want my money back and they are refusing. the customer service is always outstanding and they are soooo sweet. On the other hand the service itself it's notttt recommended I been doing tattoo removal of 1 year 1/2 of 15+ sessions and see minimal results ... the pain is 11/10 with numbing. I have been told to buy more.. which is not helping my situation after paying $1,600 I think I could have gone somewhere else that's specify in removal. Hospitality was just amazing! My experience there was just amazing and i would highly recommend it to everyone! Went to do my first tattoo removal session. Ana and Kristina( Sorry if i spelled your names wrong) were amazing, comforting and explained everything in great details. Also i didn't have coffee that morning cause i was rushing but as soon as i entered the Garden City office the receptionist ( i didn't get her name but she was super sweet and kind) offered me something to drink and coffee was one of the options! My experience with this establishment left much to be desired, overshadowing any potential benefits their services might offer. I had a phone call consultation with a girl named Lindsey. Lindsey was rude, condescending and lacked all class. After we discussed pricing, I told her I would like a day to think it over before making any decisions. She asked if I would want her to call me again and I declined. She then rudely proclaimed that she didn't think "we would be a good fit" and hung up without saying goodbye or even giving me a moment to respond. I was utterly shocked at how unprofessional she acted over the phone. It seems that Lindsey is not a good fit for her job. Please stay away from this place at all costs. The prices are exorbitant and the staff are unprofessional. There are plenty of better laser hair removal places all over Long Island, who prioritize the needs of their clientele and treat potential costumers with kindness and respect. read more

I just switched over to this new location from westbury bc of the location as it is closer to me! Wonderful experience as expected; front desk is so professional and sweet and made me feel extra welcomed as soon as I walked in! The girl Zeba is wonderful and so personable!!
