But really I should have started this review by telling you about my first impression when I walked into the office...Wow it is stunningly beautiful in here! Next I was greeted by the sweetest and most attractive girls at the front desk. I immediately felt comfortable and at that moment I was sure I was in the right place for my surgery. Dr B took his time evaluating my situation and really put a lot of thought into the best way to get me the results I was looking for. The nurses and doctors who were in the operating room were very focused but had such great personalities and I could tell they all wanted me to be happy with my results. They only used local anesthesia but the surgery was painless and the swelling and bruising after was minimal. After one week, my stiches were removed and the before and after photos were stunning! 2 weeks later I'm not even "fully healed" yet but you can't even really tell I had anything done unless you look really closely. I just thought to myself...It's only gonna get better? Anyway..bottom line is this is the place you want to come to for your glow up. Luckily, Dr Panzer's office was only about ten minutes from me. I stopped by without an appointment, not realizing walk-ins are not really accepted even though some of their online listings make it seem that way. To clarify, there are two separate medical offices in the same building, and only one side is Dr Panzer's practice where he handles FAA exams. The other side is unrelated. Even without an appointment, they were kind enough to fit me in. I waited a short time since another patient ahead of me needed extra attention, which was understandable. The nurse who took my vitals and Dr Panzer himself were both professional and courteous. The entire experience was smooth and welcoming. I left feeling genuinely satisfied and relieved to have found a good FAA medical examiner nearby. Highly recommend this place to any pilot who needs their FAA medical done right.

I canceled literally almost immediately so why I have not gotten a refund or even a phone call is beyond me. I have not heard one word from any of them regarding the hives my reaction or the money I paid . My first visit, I was so nervous but because I have gotten waxes she told me that it wouldn't be painful just some heat and pinching sensation is certain areas.
