I was very excited Walking in the office its very modern and clean. The staff was so welcoming Dr. Andolina is very nice and comforting. Patiently answered mine and my husbands questions and talked me through as far as what to expect with doing botox in my forehead and upper lip I believe it's called smokers lines (not a smoker) My biggest thing was I wanted to look like me. I'm a scaredy cat when it comes to injections, but luckily Jawas there to squeeze my hand throughout. I'm very satisfied with my results. I have my next appointment and I am so happy I did it. In light of Dr. Marotta's response - the aftercare was Aquaphor, exosomes, and staying out of the sun. This was followed perfectly. If the procedure could cause scarring then why wasn't I warned by the office, marketing materials or the literature. No one from the office has called, as of the date of this writing. I want to reiterate that this is a device injury and the office is not offering viable solutions for remedy. At this point, I just want my money back so I can continue to pursue scar treatments with a trusted provider. read more

I originally reviewed my Rhinoplasty with Dr Marotta around Feb 2020. At that time I was only 4 months into recovery, and felt so unhappy when I looked in the mirror. It is now over a year since my nose was done and I feel the same way as I did then. My nose is lopsided, ugly, extremely large and too wide for my face. I never expected a Dr. with such a following to have such poor judgement on procedures that are permanent. I should have never used him. He also did a terrible job on my eye surgery. Dr Marotta never even acknowledged my crooked nose he was to busy thinking how wonderful he is and showing me the door, telling me to come back another time. I suppose after making so many mistakes on me, he was speechless. He padded my nose and my nostrils which is why they are so large and disgusting. It also has caused my breathing to be effected. I had no idea I needed to tell him to make my nose in proportion to my face. I believed quality surgeons" knew" that. He even writes in his literature that after "your rhinoplasty you can expect a beautiful more proportional nose." I am so disappointed in the outcome and feel worse having gone to him. Dr. Marotta emphasize his skills, training, and education. He also emphasizes how he cares about each patient because of how satisfying it is to make them happy. (I wish he would have cared about my case instead of being dismissive all the time ) I will be correcting all the things that Dr. Marietta did with another doctor. read more

What can I say? Marotta Spa is in a beautiful building with lovely appointments, the girls are super sweet, and everyone really cares about taking care of you and making sure you're satisfied. Prices are reasonable and the practice is highly professional. I even had a problem with my filler and they solved it! I have always been self conscious about my nose and was not ready to commit to rhinoplasty. I heard nose fillers were a great temporary option. I did some research and Marotta PSS kept popping up with great reviews and content. I pass this beautiful place on my way to work and decided to look into it. It is just as beautiful on the inside as the outside. I was very nervous the staff may be judgmental but they were the complete opposite. The girls were extremely welcoming and friendly. The assistant that took me back my first visit was Jennifer. She was so knowledgeable and she really made me feel extremely comfortable. When Dr.Marotta came in he was down to earth and took his time when making my nose more symmetrical. He talked to me about what bothered me and what he felt would fix it. I did have some redness and very small bruising which was expected since I have very light skin. But within a few days it was back to normal and I could see the difference. When I came for my follow up and they showed me , my before and after I loved it! It lasted me a little over a year which was great. I went again today to have my nose done again and lip. Dr. Marotta was cheery as usual and took his time just as he did the first time. I go in two weeks for a follow up to see my before and after pictures. I hopefully will book my next appointment for the future to add more to my lip or touch up my nose :) I highly recommend this office to my friends and to anyone interested in having fillers or a procedure done! DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE REVIEWS...came in for a consultation on subsizing a scar and injecting nano fat and was promised immediate results and "major" changes within weeks..after spending 3k..my 3 day follow up the lies began..now "itll take up to a year to see any changes". My scar looks worse than before coming to this place. I get that a patient is not always satisfied with their results however promising unrealistic expectations is not the right thing to do. The staff here while they sound very polite have no clue what they are doing. I was scheduled for a pre operation consultation for black friday drove 3 hours only to find the office closed after verifying with the girl 3 times over the phone if they will be open. I also get racist vibes from this place but wont get into that. I can only rate on my experience but before doing anything here do your research and dont fall for the false promises. Very unprofessional, for my first consultation appointment doctor was 50 minutes late, first sign I should have not gone to his practice. I had the microneedling and plasma treatment bought a package of 3 treatments along with botox and radiesse. They are always late...Last appointment booked days in advance they call me an hour before the appointment to ask me to come an hour later while I was already on my way there. Not even a full month post op and I'm already in love with my nose!! I have always wanted a rhinoplasty since I was in high school (now 27), however I was too nervous of a poor outcome. I was also afraid of having a really fake looking nose where people could notice I had something done. I was referred to Dr. Marotta by multiple people and I can't express how happy I am that I went for the consult and met with him. I was so nervous to even go on the consult, mostly because I knew I was going to book surgery that day. I walked out of there with the biggest smile and felt SO comfortable with him and his practice. I met with the coordinator Nicole who never made me feel rushed and the whole process was flawless. She explained everything in great detail and showed me a ton of b&a's. Dr. Marotta also took his time and was very thorough in explaining everything. I could sit here naming basically all of the employees at Marotta's because they ALL greeted me with a huge smile and introduced themselves. They truly go out of their way to make every patient feel special and overall happy to be in the office. He is so incredibly lucky to have an amazing team. I am in the medical field and I know how chaotic offices can be. This office has their s*** DOWN! They have everything prepared for you and keep you informed about any changes along the way. I am currently 3 weeks out of surgery and I can't believe how perfect it is! I was even thrilled with it 1 week post op. Dr. Marotta does an amazing job at giving you a VERY natural result and nowhere near a fake looking nose. I am SO happy I chose him to perform my surgery. Best Rhinoplasty Experience Ever! My rhinoplasty surgery experience with Dr. Marotta was nothing short of spectacular. First, Dr. Marotta is a brilliantly skilled facial plastic surgeon. When my cast came off and I saw the final product of my surgery, I couldn't stop crying because I was so overwhelmed at the beautiful result. That nose I was looking at was mine to keep! Forever! He's just the best. End of story. Second, his staff is wonderful. The nurses are the nicest people I've ever met and are so good at what they do. The nurse that took my cast off and took my stitches out did so with such minimal pain and with such empathy that I felt like I was in a spa, not a doctor's office. Also, the anesthesiologist that he worked with was top-notch: he called me before and after surgery to talk to me and put me to sleep with no pain at all. Lastly, his facility is comfortable, beautiful and clean. When I walk through the front door, I feel like I'm at home. Even in the operating room, I felt safe and comfortable. I had a consultation for rhinoplasty with dr Marrotta in 2018. The woman who was to follow up and email after the consultation never did and when I contacted the office to follow up a few weeks later (very kindly worded email), I finally got an email from her saying that she had contacted me multiple times, which was a bold faced lie-- no emails, no calls. I would've been satisfied and forgiving if she had not lied and maybe would've proceeded, but I didn't want to do business there after that and decided to just be out the $200 credit for a service. I ended up getting rhinoplasty with a surgeon in the PNW and I'm thrilled with the results. The office staff was wonderful and very communicative after my consultation, even got an email from the doctor himself. He used piezo ultrasonic technology and my recovery was a walk in the park, but the staff and doc checked in with me post op and encouraged me to contact them at anytime if I had questions, concerns or complications. I was just thinking how pleased I was with their care and reminded of my negative experience with this office. read more

Lower facelift. Horrible experience and terrible results! Needed revision within 6 months post op. Very poor suture work (ugly lumpy, not centered scar under chin) and the entire lift is totally Asemetrical ..... Would not return to Marotta. What about not excising ANY tissue when that is specifically what needed to be done, was told was going to be done, and then simply not done. Twice. The result of your "highly skilled" surgeons is that the gynecomastia still remains after two failed attempts while payment was happily accepted by you people. No attempt to reach out or make things right, just an insulting generic response to my review in an attempt to appear legitimate. I understand elective surgery is never a guarantee and always a gamble as far as seeing a "return on your investment", but this place is a sure loss people. read more
