You are always greeted with a smile and warm conversation. Now to the best part: the hair removal! I have thick, coarse dark hair which means laser was invented for people like me. And thank goodness Julia is there. The hair is thinner and almost nonexistent thanks to her! I should also mention that the procedure is painless. I started laser elsewhere many years ago and it hurt soooo bad. Not anymore! I couldn't give a higher recommendation!

The owners are super nice, everything is very clean and the services are to die for. I've been getting laser hair removal treatments (underarms and Brazilian) for the past three months and I have to say I'm in love! After my second session I had virtually no hair. I stopped getting razor burn and have no ingrown hairs. Best decision of my life. Getting me legs done after the summer when I won't be in the sun as much. This time I also got a hydrofacial. Oh my was it the best facial. I feel completely rejuvenated and my skin is literally glowing. Debra took her time and made sure all of the blackheads/whiteheads were taken care of. Then she moisturized my face with vitamins and genuinely I feel the difference. 13/10 would recommend and plan on coming back next month for another facial when I have my next laser session.

The massage began with me sitting in a weird dark lounge area with 3 other people..for about 10 mins..still not sure why. Then massage began. Basic massage with mainly elbows..was not good at all ..after done went to checkout ..lady says its 150 per hour ..so with 20 dollar tip I had spent 70 dollars of my own money for a one hour very poor massage that really was only 45 mins according to the bright red blaring clock on the wall. That 170 dollars spent for a 45 minute massage that literally did nothing for me. If I could rate this place a minus 5 I would.

BUT when I went back for a much needed touch up a few months ago she ruined my eyebrows. She didn't listen to what I wanted. First of all she used the wrong shade tint on my brows, a shade that was way too dark and she darkened the inner part of my brows to a almost black shade. Not to mention she couldn't at least even make them the same shaped... completely the opposite of what I wanted. Honestly it just seemed like she was in another world while she did my eyebrows.. till this day my brows make me look like I'm permanently angry... I don't know if I caught her on a bad day, but I am definitely not going back to her! I regret ever going back to her and ruing my face.
