So unprofessional Found this spot through a Groupon deal. They were really good about setting up an appointment. Made the appointment 2 weeks before Valentine's Day for a wax Feb 12. They gave me a confirmation call Feb 10th to conformed, I got a confirmation text Feb 11 & the day of my appointment Feb 12. Feb 12 I arrive 5 mins to my appointment, and shop is completely CLOSED. Nobody there. Lights off .. Doors locked .. Nobody around . I called them TWICE .. no answer . Waited 20 mins before I left, and nobody ever showed up . Awesome little day spa!!! I've been going here for the past three months and I have to say everyone here is amazing. The owners are super nice, everything is very clean and the services are to die for. I've been getting laser hair removal treatments (underarms and Brazilian) for the past three months and I have to say I'm in love! After my second session I had virtually no hair. I stopped getting razor burn and have no ingrown hairs. Best decision of my life. Getting me legs done after the summer when I won't be in the sun as much. This time I also got a hydrofacial. Oh my was it the best facial. I feel completely rejuvenated and my skin is literally glowing. Debra took her time and made sure all of the blackheads/whiteheads were taken care of. Then she moisturized my face with vitamins and genuinely I feel the difference. 13/10 would recommend and plan on coming back next month for another facial when I have my next laser session. read more

I have been searching for a spa like salon and found it!!!!I had a facial with Sarah, and it was absolutely amazing! From when I checked in, the ladies up front (including the owner) are so welcoming and make you feel welcomed. I have been to numerous spas (5stars in Vegas)- and they can make you feel rushed, or out of place (depending on how many services you get) and I absolutely loved this visit. I will be going back! They also offer memberships for an awesome price that include a discount on any additional service. Plus you can pause or roll over credits. Today was my second time coming here for a Brazilian. I first came across this place through Groupon. I can honestly say I'm glad I cAme. The owner Debra is awesome! She personally did my Brazilian. She's attentive to the pain and constantly makes sure your okay. When you arrive the entrance is very beautifully decorated very elegant like. There is tea and coffee and even little muffins complementary and plenty of it not just there for looks. They show you to the room and waiting is a towel and a summers eve wipe for your use ( very classy and clean ) she gives you time to settle then knocks before entering. She makes you feel very comfortable. I inquired about the laser hair removal and admitted I was scared to get it. Debra was nice enough to try it on a small section of my body just so I can see how it feels. The first time I made an appointment of their website .. easy peasy second time around I just called in and she was booked all morning then received a call that I can be squeezed in. Found out she was booked for facials..... so I'm thinking about trying a facial next. I'll let you guys know how that is in another review. After a long searching for a good place I finally found it!! First I was so scared to do the treatment but I didn't felt anything even in the sensitive areas.
