They tried to charge me $50 no show fee and lied about how many appointments I missed/attempted to fabricate records. I missed an appointment and they refused to let me book another appointment until I paid the fee, even when I offered to deduct the missed appointment from the remaining sessions. It would have made no difference for the business, but they attempted to smuggle additional fees out of me when it was totally unnecessary. I haven't been to Angel Touch Laser yet but I bought a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. I have tried making a bunch of appointments and they NEVER have openings for anything sooner than at LEAST a month and a half away from the date you call to make the appointment. I bought this Groupon almost 2 months ago and keep trying to receive treatments and am unsuccessful. They NEVER answer their phones and rarely call you back when you leave a message. Once you get your appointment, it will literally be 2 months away (it's July and my appointment isn't until the second week of September). And once the date of the appointment gets closer and you realize you can't make that appointment (which is what happens to me because I can't possibly know how my work schedule will be 2 months in advance), prepare to wait 2 more months to reschedule. Oh and get this... I call today because I realize that the date I was given almost 2 months ago isn't one I'll be able to make because I'll be away for work and the lady who I speak to (obviously they didn't answer the phone the first time and she gave me a call back) tells me Noelle won't even be in the day of the appointment I had scheduled. Shouldn't they call their customers to let them know? Why do they only have one person performing laser hair removal? Don't offer Groupon discounts if you don't have space to make appointments or the personnel to attend all the people that buy the Groupon. If you're looking to get laser hair removal at a great price, I suggest you don't do it here. Unless you're not in a rush and can wait over a year to fully remove the hairs. If you were looking to minimize shaving THIS summer like me, don't even bother with this place. Just do like me and go to SOUTH SHORE laser instead. They have 2 locations on Long Island and although you pay a little more, they ALWAYS have availability and do great work. I have called and booked a same-day appointment no problem.
