We have been using studio med for a few years now! The first time my husband was sick with the flu and couldn't keep anything down. Their lack of responsive communication is startling. You can't get ANYONE on the phone they only text, won't email. Confirmed one time but still are a no show. Each time we have used them they are VERY late. This has to be the last time we use them as they are so late and no communication as to when/if they are coming. Not good. They were recommended by a friend. I was sick with the flu and needed to get better for work. I was feeling like death at home. So I called Studio Med because IV Doctor wasn't serving my area in NJ anymore. Well, an hour later, Olivia and Connor are in my living room in North NJ. They have me feeling revitalized. Life Savers. I'm so grateful. I posted on my Instagram story that I was sick and needed to get well fast. I have an early flight before a video shoot tomorrow in Florida. I haven't written a yelp review in years but I have had a few vitamin IVs from Olivia and Konrad and it has been such a pleasure I had to leave them some public kudos here. I've had the beauty IV a few times and it definitely hydrates my skin and leaves me glowing for up to a week after. It's a little pricey, but it's not much different than getting a facial and the vitamins make me feel energized to boot. Earlier this week I felt I was coming down with a terrible virus. I was tired and achey and congested and had a busy week coming up - I could not afford to get sick. Konrad was able to fit me in with a late night house call for an immuno boost IV. After that and a good nights sleep I woke up feeling 90% back to normal, and the day after I was 100%. Quick update! First, clearly I must have also hit my head. Of course you can file a claim with your insurance. BUT! Here's some additional information to know if you end up dealing with Studio Med in an urgent care type situation. Because I was taking a class in NYC when I had my accident I missed the final day and an exam. I needed a letter explaining this. I had asked the doctor when he was speaking with me but then I totally forgot. I contacted Studio Med through yelp and asked for the letter and also a receipt for my insurance company and I swear it wasn't even an hour before Olivia emailed me both. Again, I really hope I never have to deal with them again (because I really hope I never fall down another flight of stairs) but if I do I know that I will feel safe and cared for by competent professionals! read more

Absolutely amazing service. My wife was in terrible shape with a pinched nerve at two in the morning. We called up and they had a doctor and two medical assistants at our apartment within an hour. They were able to diagnose what was going on and provide us with medication right away. The service is expensive, $500 to come to your place, but honestly I think it's worth it and I would take that any day over the emergency room. Follow up has been excellent too. They scheduled an MRI and x-ray for us and got the insurance pre-approval altogether. They also scheduled a follow up with an orthopedic doctor. Very easy to reach and were able to answer any and all questions that came up. Highly recommended. read more

Best service ever. I was in a critical condition due to a high fever and I requested a house call service. They came pretty quick, ended up with an IV. They've always been late and only communicated by text, gotten details wrong (names, gender, etc) but today, after confirming our appt in the morning, they completely no showed. I have to start with that I never used them but called when my 95 year old mother was coughing and developing a worse cold. 7am on a Sunday I found Studio Med on Yelp because my husband was in bad shape with terrible stomach pain and he could barely get out of bed. I called and they were so kind and professional and showed up within the hour at our apartment. The doctor and team had perfect bedside manner and thoroughly examined my husband and treated him. Couldn't be happier with the service received from Studio Med. My 9 year old came down with a 101 fever that lasted 24 hours so I got worried and called . The doctor and the team was at my house within 45 min with everything needed. They did very thorough checkup and so as not to miss anything, a flu test was also given. They were kind and professional, and spent time answering all of our questions. Olivia has experience working as an EMT and in the OR. I called to inquire about an in-home IV for my partner who was feeling ill. Olivia came to our apt 30 minutes later (this was after 9 pm!); she was totally professional and caring.
