I told her that group would not allow me. We booked the appointments for 5 pm and 6pm for the facials, in which 2 hours later she cancelled the appointments. She then offered a 9 pm and 10 pm appointment. Way too late for us. When I declined, she offered an appointment for the next day in the afternoon, I could not attend due to my flight. I am now attempting to get a refund from Groupon in which I had to open a claim as they only offered me Groupon bucks. The claim was decline by Groupon due to her saying that the services on the Groupon was completed. I am very disappointed with this service. If you don't want people using the Groupon, don't offer it.
