The ladies are very pleasant and do a good job on threading eyebrows and hair waxing.

Amazing spot! Palvi and Vinny are my go-to gals. It can get crowded sometimes but I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love it here, I've been coming here for about a 10 years now. Palvi has plenty of long time customers which goes on to prove the consistency of her craft. read more

Terrible service I went to do an Eyelash laminate and they did it in one eye and so they finished their work they charged me $70 dollars for nothing and by the way I irritated my left eye read more

This is an excellent Eyebrow place, I have been coming here for years, all of the women do quality work. I usually get threading and tinting done but they do everything from facials, waxing, laser treatments and even sell products like castor oil and accessories. Ask for Pali or Winnie they are both the best. I recommend here!!! read more

Overall this is my last option to do to because the price makes sense for the service but if you go here i do recommend to get the 100% best service is to ask for the owner to tend to your eyebrows.Honestly do feel like the other employees dont care how well your eyebrows came out. I got my lashes done once months before and it was itchy and felt super glued to my lashes. (Once again owner didnt tend to me)All in all once again only wait and accept business here from the owner. read more

Waxflower Spa - My eyebrows honestly looks a mess this is tinting - Eyelash Service Near Me - Freeport, New York

I can't believe it's taken so long to leave a review. I've been coming to Waxflower Spa for several years now. Palvi, the owner is amazing. Not only is she great at her craft but she is so kind. If you go once and introduce yourself, she'll never forget you. My usual services are eyebrow threading and tinting. I'd definitely recommend Waxflower Spa. They have made changes to keep their customers safe. read more

I happened to be in the area so I thought I'd check them out after reading all the reviews and they did not disappoint. Pauli (excuse if the spelling is incorrect) the owner did my brows EXACTLY how I wanted them! And not to mention the price is beyond reasonable especially for being New York. I am so so happy I came across this place, she is now my go to eyebrow girl! read more

Been a new Freeport resident I needed a good eyebrow place. I did a little bit of research and saw this place was close by. I Can't remember the name of the lady who did my eyebrows but she did an amazing job I walked in there letting her know that I wasn't very happy with how my eyebrows have been growing out and that I would want more of an arch. She completely executed my request nicely. I now have the arch I wanted ! She has a new loyal customer. read more

I have been coming here since they opened. Im not sure why I never took the time to write this. Pali, who's the owner, is incredible!! They do a great job here and are super friendly. I know we are all picky with who touches our brows , eyelashes and skin in general for that matter, but I would definitely recommend you give them a try! read more

I found this spa on Groupon. My initial thoughts when walking in was the color scheme choice was terrible. I believe the walls were orange and lavender. However, the staff were friendly and pleasant. My facial was okay, as my face felt clean afterwards. I wish they were less aggressive and would slow down. I understand the facial specialist kids were yelling and screaming on the other side of the facial room but my facial massage was being done at the speed of light. It was very uncomfortable and hard to relax with so much friction to your face. Also, the clean up of the mask wasn't done properly. There was green mask in my hair, on my ears, neck, eyelash and up my nose. However, this place has great prices and a nice staff! read more

Not gonna lie...Waking up with false eyelashes makes you feel pretty damn beautiful (unless they do a shit job of course) The owner did my eyelashes, and they came out incredible. I wanted to wait 2 weeks to write the review to see how they would hold up -- so far, its been 2.5 weeks, I've been to 2 weddings AND I went jetskiing and they still look great. Is it the most beautiful salon I've ever been to? No, but if the quality of the work is good, then who cares right? read more

3.2 stars!!!!! My boyfriend and I wanted to get our eyebrows threaded and this close to his house. There was a lot of street parking and free parking in the back. We walk to the door and we see what looks like the owners family. A man bare foot and two kids playing with their dog. I felt that was very unprofessional. However, the ladies in there did a very good job threading eyebrows. They shaped my eyebrows beautiful and did a very good job doing my boyfriend's eyebrows also. They didn't make them look too feminine which is good. One negative thing is they try really hard to up sale you with facials which is was a little annoying. Eyebrow threading is $5 which is a decent price. However, they need to be less aggressive with up selling. read more

I found this place on Yelp and figured I'd give it a try. I got there and was sat in the chair right away . Pia threaded my brows perfectly and then tinted them black. I was basically in and out and I will def be using her going forward . read more

I was here for the first time Wednesday July 25th and they did an awesome job on my eye brows so I made an appointment for the next day for my lashes. HUGE mistake, irk of it was the quality of lash and/or glue they use but I needed up pulling the lashes out that night which caused me to basically lose all of my own eye lashes. I am VERY disappointed that I wasted $30 bucks on lashes and didn't even have them for a day, and I'm even more upset that I now have no lashes. I'm literally crying looking at myself in the mirror! God help me! read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous. They are so unprofessional its insane. Im so surprised they have so many reviews. I called at 11:30 am to make an appointment with POLLY to have a lash lift and lash tint for 5pm on a FRIDAY. I arrived, they were looking around and she came up to me and said they don't have the supplies. ON A FRIDAY NIGHT I was stuck without the services I booked for. I wasted my whole day and now I couldn't find anyone else to do it at such short notice. I am disgusted and upset. I had an important event to go to. I could've went somewhere else the whole time. read more

The price for thread and wax is amazing, however, I give this place a two star rating because one, they never get the eyebrow shape I want even though I show them a picture of how I want my eyebrows and two, there's this new girl I believe and I recently did my eyebrows with her and it turned out really bad. I told her to cut the hairs outside my eyebrows in order to reduce the wax pain and also my eyebrows are thick, but she ended up trimming my brows and it didn't even look even. She can't wax and thread properly. Other than that, a lot of the women there that did my brows barely clean it and I always point out that they missed a spot. Also, my left brow never match with my right brow. So now, I'm just plucking my own eyebrows from now on. read more

I had to write a Review on this awesome place and I usually don't write reviews. Palvi is the best she's not just a genuine and kind person herself but she's a great worker & her skills are amazing. I am very picky about my eyebrows (which most of us are) and the first time I came here I was a little nervous to try it out! But this is my go to place all the time no doubt about it I've been coming here for about 2 years now and it's awesome the service is great it obviously get busy some days because a lot of people love it there and some days you have to wait a little bit but the wait is worth it you won't be disappointed. I recommended so many people here friends and family and now this is there go too. Not only does she do amazing eyebrows she also does facials, eyelashes, Hannah's, waxing etc. Love love love it! & don't know what I will do without her :) read more
