Not only do they have the best availability times to best serve their customers, but they also have great customer service. On top of all this which is already what any happy customer could want, the owner is amazing. My skin has never felt softer, and I definitely attribute it to the products used on me & the great post care instructions I received. I always walk out super smooth I 100% recommend the new vajacial service. It was the best feeling after! If you are over lash extensions and the fills that they require plus the costs, definitely give lash lifts a try here. I get beautiful results each time. & it's so much better cost wise! From someone who used to get my lash extensions done very often I can say I have now been turned. I don't feel like I need them anymore & my lash lift lasts up to 2-3 months!

I found out that this location is one of the few corporate locations which means it is not part of the franchise. I had noticed that it is a lot more beautiful than the other franchise locations including the decor and the special lighting. That's in the rooms. it definitely feels more luxurious than the other locations I booked the laser package for full legs for $1800 and was absolutely blown away by the new technology that they had purchased. I knew that EWC was going to invest in the most new and highest advanced technology available for laser. It uses a nitro system, which felt like there was cold puffs of water being sprayed onto my legs, it was for the most part painless. I can't wait to see the results of these sessions, and I also want to continue working in for my full arms and under arms.

When I showed up on Thursday at 6:30pm, the receptionist told me my appointment was "yesterday." wtf no, it was not. Then I see I was charged $45, I'm assuming it's the deposit. No one told me about a deposit being charged. They claim they don't charge you until the day of the appointment. Then they lied and said they called me. Like I don't have a call history on my phone. I never received a confirmation text and I did not receive a call. If you canceled my appointment to book some else that's messed up. I don't understand what games this location is playing but you lost a good paying customer. Then have the audacity to tell me book another day. No I can't I have a life and I work out of town. I only had this day available to try your services which now after this experience I don't want to anymore because I don't need to pay for a service then feel it will not happen on the day I'm available. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting for the "manager" to call me. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and annoying. I advise to everyone do not give your card information to this establishment! I took my kid into the place, and my kid complained about the odor of marijuana that came out of there. Instead of smoking and not paying attention to your future clients when booking, and messing up the schedule. You need to focus and be more professional and keep that smell out your establishment. NOT ENJOYABLE! - there was not enough time allocated for the appointment to fix/redo my lashes after my initial appointment... so I left with GAPS in my lashes. I recently booked a classic set for a trip. Unfortunately, within the first few days I noticed an issue with the longevity of my lash extensions. Because I was away, I reached out to the business (via email), but was told that I can get faster responses via text message (however, the response time was equally as long)... When we were able to get in touch, I told them that my lashes are falling out, and I won't be back in town for a few days. They said they'd be able to book me a discounted "2 week refill" appointment for when I returned. When they offered me this, I expressed concern because I did NOT THINK THAT THERE WOULD BE ENOUGH eyelash extensions on my eye for the service to be considered a "REFILL" (because of how fast the lashes were coming out). Despite my concerns, the appointment was scheduled "as-is" -- without any additional time modifications. Fast-forward to my appointment to fix/re-fill my lashes: I was told that I "booked a '2 week refill', but there is not enough time to redo all of the lashes that fell out"because of the time constraint of the appointment. When I got up & looked in the mirror after my appointment I was upset. I understand that sometimes things happen when it comes to beauty services and can empathize with running a business, so I was willing to work with them... BUT when a situation that was avoidable presents itself, it is very frustrating. The longevity of the patchy set I that just got is pretty good. For reference, it was with a different lash tech than my original appointment. The lashes are still on, but I wish I would've had this experience with my lashes the first time around. I'm disappointed that the proper time wasn't allocated for me despite bringing this EXACT concern to their attention. Had I known that my lashes would look like this (have gaps/be patchy), I would've simply booked a removal. Overall, I would not recommend to a friend.

I live in Mineola, about 30 minutes from the Freeport location and with plenty of threading salons along Hillside just 5 minutes from me, I'd rather drive here to get my eyebrows fleek'd by Menuka. I don't let anyone else do my eyebrows, she has the magic touch! She also tints my eyebrows for me biweekly, they come out looking very natural and yet full.5. She makes great conversation. I could tell that she's being genuine when she makes recommendations. I just started doing a full bikini wax and underarm waxing with Menuka, it was my first time waxing and she made it very comfortable, prompted me on which areas would hurt more. She also gave me lots of tips on how to lighten my scars from previous razor bumps and how to prevent them. She's a great person overall, such a sweetheart. Zipzap has a points reward system so I save a lot of money on eyebrows tints, threading and waxing. *** Menuka only works Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays! She uses the first chair when you walk in. There's never a long wait, maybe one or two people ahead of you.

I called and the receptionist kindly informed me that my stylist was not working for the day, she then explained that she would have her contact me directly to book with her using her online system. She took under 30 minutes to get back to me. I scheduled a 9:30 for this morning and was done before 12:30. Dominique was punctual and very professional. I have thick coily natural hair. The whole experience was seamless! She washed my hair thoroughly and used the correct temperatures throughout this stage. She then advised that we avoid using a hooded dryer for my protein treatment. She did not overuse products on my hair. Less is more here. I was detangled precisely. No pulling. No yanking. My blow out was perfection. No excessive heat and she is skilled with the wire brush ! She assessed my hair and advised on a asymmetrical Bob hair cut to eliminate the broken ends. I trusted her advice and agreed. I was sad to see my length go but happy to start a new hair journey in GROWING HANDS. Dominique is the female Edward "SZA Hands". She is skilled with a pair of shears ! I've been looking for someone who knows how to cut hair professionally for a while now. She took her time cutting. She did not rush the process to start on another client. She respects her clients, their time and investment. I love my layers ! I love the definition of this style ! I've received so many compliments on my new Doo. Dominique does it all. Such a talent here at this salon. I love that she educates you on hair care, consults humbly, discusses the process and is knowledgeable. Finally someone who knows what they're doing behind a chair.
