She didn't even think to mention that there was a reward card available, I had to ask for it. Normally when the eyebrow ladies are done they give you a napkin or even help you clean the hair off your face.. she did not. Don't know if I will be coming back. They were pretty good, so I was a bit more confident in my choice to proceeded to get my eyebrows threaded. The establishment is "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" "just right" in size; not too big and not too small. The lady who did my eyebrows moved so quickly in doing them, that I was getting the feeling that my eyebrows were going to look horrid because surely, one cannot do an impressive job if they're moving so fast....right? I'm glad to say that I was wrong and pleasantly surprised at the outcome. My eyebrows almost looked like twins. I would definitely consider stopping by again if I can convince myself that I'm not cheating on my eyebrow lady because in my experience, a good eyebrow place is hard to come by. The energy in this salon is incredibly cold and uninviting. From the moment I walked in, it felt…read moreweird--they immediately asked if I wanted to make an appointment even though I already had one scheduled one and clearly came in at the appointed time whereas other customers were taken as walk-ins. The overall environment is uncomfortable and entirely lacks customer service. While I was waiting after choosing my color, an entitled customer ("Karen" energy) walked right in front of me, completely ignoring my personal space to the point of almost hitting me, and actually tried to sit in the pedicure chair assigned to me. I literally had to say, "Excuse me." The staff did absolutely nothing to manage the situation. As for the service itself, it felt like they gave me the least skilled technician in the room. She was very cold and rigid at first, only warming up toward the end because I went out of my way to be gentle and kind. She even tried to correct me on something unnecessarily. To make matters worse, my toenail polish has already chipped, leaving me highly doubtful that she even bothered to apply a top coat. My nails are ok but I did have to assert in a kind manner that I wanted the job to look pristine. When it was time to pay, the nail tech tacked on an unexpected additional charge at the last minute as if I'm an idiot, I had even asked for a price quote before she began each service...money is not the issue but I value honesty and transparency. The young man managing the register (who looked like he may or may not have been the owner's son) handled a minor cash miscalculation in the worst way possible. Even though I clearly had a handful of cash and was just counting it out, he corrected me in an incredibly loud, hostile tone so that the entire shop could hear. It was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I will definitely not be back. The lack of basic courtesy and quality here is glaring. Moving forward, I'd honestly rather wait until I travel to my favorite salon in Davis Island, Tampa to get proper, high-quality customer service and clean/pristine finishes.

The booklet with their services listed in it doesn't very well describe their pedicures, and when I asked the girl doing mine what a few of them entailed, she just kept pointing at the book and ignoring me - having a conversation with the girl next to her. I'm so sorry to bother you with my businesszz. She then proceeded to give me the most rushed pedicure I have ever had (a spa pedicure in 23 minutes is wild to me... I pay the same price elsewhere and take nearly an hour). Barely any water (ice cold, btw) in the bowl - I had to lay uncomfortably in the chair to even reach my toes to the top of the water). Asked her to fill it more & warmer - ignored, of course. Didn't clean under my nails, a personal pet peeve, even after being specifically asked to. Cut my nails without asking, I didn't want them cut because they ALWAYS end up crooked & today was no different - one nail is nearly a 45° angle. And they are so short it hurt. She didn't stop when I said it hurt, either. Two women came in & were asked to wait about five mins into my service & that's where I knowww she started to rush. I got burns on my legs from the hot stones, and scabs on my toes from how short my nails were cut & then filed over. She used an already open & half used pack of lotion (GROSS!) on one of my legs, then their generic pump bottle on the other. There is polish ALL over my toes... and not even a second of neck massage (which I know from being here before is usually done) at the dryer because she had to rush over to the next customers that were waiting. So rude. Why is their business & money any more important than mine? I come here every now & then because it is very close to home & more convenient than my usual place ... never again. Didn't even say thank you when I tipped her on my way out (which I honestly debating doing at all). I'll continue to drive to my norm where I am appreciated and treated well.
