Instead, the technician used a drill and filed my natural nails down extremely thin almost to the last layer which left them feeling very brittle and sensitive afterward. What was most confusing was that even after drilling my nails down so low, there was still noticeable nail product left on parts of my nails, particularly toward the top. I didn't understand why so much of my natural nail needed to be removed while the remaining product was not fully taken off. As a result, my nails now feel weak and damaged. This experience was very different from my past visits, and unfortunately I don't think I want to go back after this experience not sure if it was the nail tech or if this is how everyone is.

I only went in to get my brows shaped and to even them out; but after she was done I asked her to fix a few things and her comments had a lot of attitude and I didn't feel comfortable asking her to change things.
