The booklet with their services listed in it doesn't very well describe their pedicures, and when I asked the girl doing mine what a few of them entailed, she just kept pointing at the book and ignoring me - having a conversation with the girl next to her. I'm so sorry to bother you with my businesszz. She then proceeded to give me the most rushed pedicure I have ever had (a spa pedicure in 23 minutes is wild to me... I pay the same price elsewhere and take nearly an hour). Barely any water (ice cold, btw) in the bowl - I had to lay uncomfortably in the chair to even reach my toes to the top of the water). Asked her to fill it more & warmer - ignored, of course. Didn't clean under my nails, a personal pet peeve, even after being specifically asked to. Cut my nails without asking, I didn't want them cut because they ALWAYS end up crooked & today was no different - one nail is nearly a 45° angle. And they are so short it hurt. She didn't stop when I said it hurt, either. Two women came in & were asked to wait about five mins into my service & that's where I knowww she started to rush. I got burns on my legs from the hot stones, and scabs on my toes from how short my nails were cut & then filed over. She used an already open & half used pack of lotion (GROSS!) on one of my legs, then their generic pump bottle on the other. There is polish ALL over my toes... and not even a second of neck massage (which I know from being here before is usually done) at the dryer because she had to rush over to the next customers that were waiting. So rude. Why is their business & money any more important than mine? I come here every now & then because it is very close to home & more convenient than my usual place ... never again. Didn't even say thank you when I tipped her on my way out (which I honestly debating doing at all). I'll continue to drive to my norm where I am appreciated and treated well.

She will ask you what you want/like and she makes it her business to give you exactly what you want, even better. She takes her time and does NOT rush, so expect to be there for atleast 30mins but it's totally worth it! She uses hard wax which is more gentle on the skin compared to wax used at a nail salon. Especially, for those who have sensitive skin, this is perfect for you. She completes the eyebrows with powder to fill in the brow. For both the eyebrows and lip, she used natural/organic tree oil to soothe the skin and to reduce inflammation. She explains after care and her schedule is great. She there Monday-Saturday. There's even late appointments so she perfect to go to after work, if you can't make it during the day. As mentioned, you would be there for atleast 30minutes, so the way she sets up her schedule, you're not double booked with anyone else and if you have to wait, it's only for a few minutes. I waited like 5-6 minutes. But again she's VERY thorough and detail orientated so that's expected. Parking is NOT an issue and the building is nice. I would recommend anyone and everyone to give her. She will have you walking out feeling like a brand new woman. My next appointment is in 3 weeks and I'll be having the same service plus brow tinting. I can't wait! The new owners have a policy of giving a short neck massage for clients after their services. Somehow, even though I am the payor and tipper (20%) (Today I tipped $8 on a $13 manicure ) I never get the bonus massage. I am sitting here watching others get the service and me NOTHING. Really feeling like a second class citizen. That would not be enough for me to review as it's a bonus but the actual service...., They ask you to pay before you're complete and then when you find problems they fix it in a sloppy way. Looks like I have crooked nail beds from the way she pushed the cuticles back. Some nails look days grown out already. And other have edges that are not filed pieces off and the polish doesn't go to the sides of the nail.
