I did not appreciate how I was treated when there was an issue with how my brow tint came out. It had multiple dark blotches. I have been to this business before to get my brows tinted and have not experienced this. I should not have been charged for the poor service on the brow tint. They had scrubbed away over half the tint when attempting to fix the botchy areas. I told the the employee who initially did the brow tint and wax that I did not want any threading. An employee who was called over to look started to threading my eyebrows without asking. read more

I went to have my eyebrows waxed. I told the waxer (I believe her name was Abby) to please just clean them up a little, I had been growing them out and wanted to keep them full. She said she understood. When she finished, before she showed me my brows, she said "you should use a hair growth serum, or like castor oil if you have it" and I was so confused until she handed me a mirror. Booked an appointment for a waxing and specifically asked for Someone who was very experience with the Brazilian wax .... The girl in the phone assured me she was putting me in with someone who had a lot of experience... I was open to come in any day that that "experienced person was working . " my past experience with Brazilain waxes was with Waxers who were in the business 15+ years ... I was undressed and dressed in under 15 minutes with my past lady who moved to florida. When I got here and asked the girl how long she was waxing for she told me a few months !!!!!!!! Lucky she as good in terms of getting everything but she spent 53 minutes waxing me !!!!!! At that time, the lady doing my brows seemed very rushed. She waxed so much of my eyebrow off that it took 9 months for it to grow back and look somewhat normal. I had an appointment at 5:45 and only had to wait maybe at most 5 minutes for them to bring me in. I had Alex do my lashes and he was great! He knew exactly what he was doing and made sure to ask me if I was okay during the process. One thing that made me love this place is that they made me feel comfortable! I have been getting my eyebrows waxed or threaded for well over two decades now... I have gone to quite a few different places, some I would leave, and some I stuck through and settled for years in... It just so happens while I was waiting on line on the Taco Bell drive-through with my daughter that we saw BOOM BROWS across the parking lot. Just by passing I said to her, we should try out that place, it's close to home... because the last place we were going to was about 15 minutes away, and that's the place that we kinda liked the way they did our eyebrows, service was ok but pushy and the salon was mediocre. Anyway, About a week or two later we tried it out, and it was fabulous! Even my mother who is very picky at who touches her face... Loved the way Walter did her eyebrows! Elsa always does my eyebrows, and she never fails me...EVER! Sheyn and Elsa both take care of my daughters eyebrows... and they have done a fabulous job making her look and feel like a supermodel! Today, I decided to get my lashes done for the first time in 5 years!! Let me tell you, as soon as I laid down, I have never felt more relaxed and at ease and comfortable than I have ever felt getting my lashes done before! Elsa did a phenomenal job... That as soon as my head hit that pillow, I drifted to sleep! I woke up, I don't even know how long after with gorgeous eyelashes that made me feel so ridiculously wonderful! My nail salon is right next door so when they opened i decided to check it out. First, I was blown away by the prices. Most places charge $40+ for waxing/threading with a tinting. I couldn't even believe it was only $20 for BOTH! The owner was really great but then got pregnant and thats when she had Elsa take over. Now when I thought this place couldn't get any better QUEEN ELSA BLESSED MY EYEBROWS!!! She is an absolute artist. I swear her hands are MAGIC!!! Not only is she absolutely gifted but she is the sweetest. Before they got really busy I would come in just to say hi and laugh when I was getting my nails done next door (I only really need my brows done once a month especially since the tinting helps keep my shape for a longer amount of time). Like I mentioned before, the place kinda blew up so I don't always get Elsa every time but she must have trained every new person because I never walk out with less than perfect brows. Her son is also a sweetheart. I put my mom, my best friend, my cousin, and my aunt on to this place and they all swear by it now too!! read more

Ruined my eyebrows.. never coming back. Experience was overall terrible. I came in for a thread and tint, the lady doing my eyebrows was so rude and seemed annoyed to be doing working on me at all. Front desk lady was also very rude and ignored me. I never got a mirror to even look at my eyebrows, she also never asked what color tint I want. I got to my car and was miserable with the results. I've been here a couple times before and it was always pleasant and I was happy with the results. I've been here now 3 times, 2 times for a brow lamination with the owner which was great and one came in this time for a simple clean up and tint. My eyebrows are now HALF of the thickness they were no matter how many times I emphasized that I wanted thick brows. Even when the other girl was fixing them, she kept going on about the shape.
