Okay so I've never had tips before and it was my first time ever getting something of that sort. I came here on my birthday and immediately upon arriving I was greeted by the workers. I was able to get an appointment the same day and that was great. I came here on my birthday and they offered me sangria and coffee while getting my nails done which was honestly really great. Chicki (I hope I'm spelling her name properly) did my nails and I cannot say enough good things about her! She was so attentive and did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and pedicure. I was very nervous because I'd never had tips before and Chicki was so so sweet and made sure that I was satisfied with my nails. I showed her a picture of the kind of nails I wanted and she made mine look better than the picture. I genuinely enjoyed coming here and it was such a great time with the ladies who work here. I will say however, it's pricier than your regular nail salon but I see myself coming back here because I'm very satisfied and the service was great. I recommend this place!! read more

Really nice vibe. However, I love when people take time to massage me and no one did at all for my pedicure or manicure. The woman who did my pedicure was super rough and was hurting me when scrubbing the bottom of my foot. She was also pretty aggressive when she wanted me to switch feet. Linda did my nails and did a wonderful job though. She really took her time, but again, no massage. It was also a little pricey. I would go back but would maybe go to another girl to see if it's any better for pedicures. read more

I've been here a few times but I wouldn't consider myself a regular. I do see the difference between the way they treat me and the "regulars." Every time I go they always end up charging me more. One lady I went to twice and both times cut my skin. They do make nice designs and I actually follow them on ig for ideas but I won't be going here again. read more

Paola the owner did my nails this time. I loved them. She has a wonderful craft. I watched her satisfy all her clients requests. I liked when one lady said "do whatever" so she did. I read the reviews for this place but couldn't get an appointment soon enough so I scheduled something a month out while I tried a different place with similar reviews. Let me tell you From Head to Toe has a customer for life!! staff was super friendly. They cleaned really well in between clients. LINDA was awesome!! she took her time and was so detail oriented with everything from prepping and filing to the final cuticle oil application. I am sorry to have to write this review however I felt it necessary. I have been going to this nail salon for the past year and although I have felt the service wavered at times, I wanted to continue to support simply because I believe it is important to support businesses of color. However, this past week I was extremely dissapointed when I went to the owner and showed her my nails and the quality of the work only after two weeks of a brand new tip set. The day I went to get my nails done the technician was very rough. She cut me at least four time and not once did she apologize. The tech then made a comment saying " I need to be careful " and pulled my finger. I explained to her that she actually needed to be the one that was careful. After my nails were completed I expressed my disappointment to the owner and she attempted to make excuses for her employee. She did apologize on her employee's behalf however not once did she offer to redo my nails. My nails were poorly done. The owner proceeded to say that the dip powder is the worst of the products and I should have done the acrylic. I explained to her as the owner you should have your employees explain what the customers are getting being that she's the expert. It would help to inform your clients about the products so as a customer I can make an informed decision. She continued to do a back and forth with me taking zero ownership. Fast forward two weeks, I went back to the salon to show my nails and how horrible they looked. The owner refused to take any responsibility. At this time I was still willing to come back provided she would take off $ for the next visit. I at no point asked for a full refund but I did ask to be accommodated at the next appointment with being serviced by a different technician. She refused to accommodate! So I will never return to this nail salon. I'm a business owner as well and so if a client expresses their dissatisfaction with a service it is my duty to reasonably accommodate them. My brand and my name is on the line. So the next time a client is dissatisfied, From Head to Toe Nail Bar do better at valuing your customers. Because without us you have NO BUSINESS! read more
