Always a pleasure to come and get pampered after a 12 hour shift. The crew is always entertaining their customers, whether it's singing along to the music playing or chatting up with girl talk. The crew is able to manage professionalism, and entertainment while completing their art. I have had the pleasure of getting my manicures and pedicures done by Leo. She is phenomenal. She is energetic, flamboyant, and a great asset to the head to toe team. I was referred by one of my dearest friends and I must say I recommend to all men and female to get pampered at Head to Toe. they have a vast amount of services that I assure you can't go wrong. The services were fine but delivery was very slow, the shaping was subpar and the polish selection was limited.

Powder with design I went to Cathy who was an absolute Gem - Ihad to go in with my son and they were so kind and accommodating - everyone is kind - 60 for powder with 4 designs on nails which I thought was great - I asked Cathy for her advice she went with it - booking my next apt now! hoping I am able to get 3 weeks out of them as I usually do with my previous salon - overall amazing vibe, space, work and ppl! read more

Okay so I've never had tips before and it was my first time ever getting something of that sort. I came here on my birthday and immediately upon arriving I was greeted by the workers. I was able to get an appointment the same day and that was great. I came here on my birthday and they offered me sangria and coffee while getting my nails done which was honestly really great. Chicki (I hope I'm spelling her name properly) did my nails and I cannot say enough good things about her! She was so attentive and did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and pedicure. I was very nervous because I'd never had tips before and Chicki was so so sweet and made sure that I was satisfied with my nails. I showed her a picture of the kind of nails I wanted and she made mine look better than the picture. I genuinely enjoyed coming here and it was such a great time with the ladies who work here. I will say however, it's pricier than your regular nail salon but I see myself coming back here because I'm very satisfied and the service was great. I recommend this place!! read more

Every time I come here, no matter who is doing my nails it's always an excellent experience. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and talented. They make sure every customer feels welcomed and has a good time. Paola keeps the energy up, and makes sure to check in with everyone. I started coming there about a year. I was hesitant at first but I can now tell you I DO NOT regret my decision of making the switch The girls will always welcome you with a smile and it just feels like you've known them for years. I am very indecisive when it comes picking colors and style so most of the time I leave it up to them, and I am never disappointed great artist and great quality product Thank you Paola and the girls you guys are amazing read more

Really nice vibe. However, I love when people take time to massage me and no one did at all for my pedicure or manicure. The woman who did my pedicure was super rough and was hurting me when scrubbing the bottom of my foot. She was also pretty aggressive when she wanted me to switch feet. Linda did my nails and did a wonderful job though. She really took her time, but again, no massage. It was also a little pricey. I would go back but would maybe go to another girl to see if it's any better for pedicures. read more

I sent my mom and my sister there for a basic mani and pedi, based on their reviews they did not enjoy it. Ended up paying $75 not including tip. It was over priced and underwhelming. There are better nail shops out there for lesser money and better quality. read more

An amazing find!! I live only a few blocks away and pass this place often but never really gave it much thought. I had another nail salon I was loyal to but last week I was walking by and decided to give it a try. I've been missing out on such an amazing experience!!!! It's such a clean and well designed place first of all. On top of that the staff are so friendly and seem to have a great dynamic amongst themselves. There's SO many colors to choose from with their gels. All in all, this place is refreshing, modern, HIGH QUALITY with a standard price range!!! This place gave me the best gel manicure I've ever had and I'm now a loyal customer! read more

I've been here a few times but I wouldn't consider myself a regular. I do see the difference between the way they treat me and the "regulars." Every time I go they always end up charging me more. One lady I went to twice and both times cut my skin. They do make nice designs and I actually follow them on ig for ideas but I won't be going here again. read more

Paola the owner did my nails this time. I loved them. She has a wonderful craft. I watched her satisfy all her clients requests. I liked when one lady said "do whatever" so she did. I'm going again today. My request will be " do whatever, with these colors" I know I will be amazed. I also had a pedicure and was happy with it. I did the callus up charge of $5. Worth it. If you have not been here, try them out. Check out their Instagram for more pics. read more

I am new to the area and was trying to find a good nail spot. I read the reviews for this place but couldn't get an appointment soon enough so I scheduled something a month out while I tried a different place with similar reviews. Let me tell you From Head to Toe has a customer for life!! staff was super friendly. They cleaned really well in between clients. LINDA was awesome!! she took her time and was so detail oriented with everything from prepping and filing to the final cuticle oil application. I can't wait to get my nails done again and by the looks of it, it may be a while because I don't think these babies are lifting anytime soon. read more

I am sorry to have to write this review however I felt it necessary. I have been going to this nail salon for the past year and although I have felt the service wavered at times, I wanted to continue to support simply because I believe it is important to support businesses of color. However, this past week I was extremely dissapointed when I went to the owner and showed her my nails and the quality of the work only after two weeks of a brand new tip set. The day I went to get my nails done the technician was very rough. She cut me at least four time and not once did she apologize. The tech then made a comment saying " I need to be careful " and pulled my finger. I explained to her that she actually needed to be the one that was careful. After my nails were completed I expressed my disappointment to the owner and she attempted to make excuses for her employee. She did apologize on her employee's behalf however not once did she offer to redo my nails. My nails were poorly done. The owner proceeded to say that the dip powder is the worst of the products and I should have done the acrylic. I explained to her as the owner you should have your employees explain what the customers are getting being that she's the expert. It would help to inform your clients about the products so as a customer I can make an informed decision. She continued to do a back and forth with me taking zero ownership. Fast forward two weeks, I went back to the salon to show my nails and how horrible they looked. The owner refused to take any responsibility. At this time I was still willing to come back provided she would take off $ for the next visit. I at no point asked for a full refund but I did ask to be accommodated at the next appointment with being serviced by a different technician. She refused to accommodate! So I will never return to this nail salon. I'm a business owner as well and so if a client expresses their dissatisfaction with a service it is my duty to reasonably accommodate them. My brand and my name is on the line. So the next time a client is dissatisfied, From Head to Toe Nail Bar do better at valuing your customers. Because without us you have NO BUSINESS! read more

Everyone is super friendly from the moment you walk in. I love that it's by appointment because both times I've gone I didn't have to wait at all. I CANNOT stress how amazing this Nail bar is. I've tried multiple places on Long Island and have never been impressed until now. I see Linda every two weeks now and she is incredible. Not only does she make you feel so comfortable and at home, she's been doing nails for so long and it shows. It's rare I've gone to a nail salon and my nail tech actually cared about what I want.
