I got nails a couple of weeks ago and they lasted me almost a month. They were a little grown out, but I had to keep them on for a special occasion. The nails looked incredible throughout the whole thing and I think that really shows how much work they put into their clients. inside is absolutely so relaxing. They always have music playing and scenic backgrounds playing on the television. It seems very relaxing and very peaceful. If you're looking for a spot to relax this is the place totally recommend.

So my experience overall was just odd. Luckily, I take everything with a grain of salt. I was in the area, and I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. I knew Santorini's was across the street and I wanted to eat there (review for them is posted) Ok so I go into the wax room, lay down, and close my eyes. Open my eyes a little bit and there are 2 or 3 additional ladies in the room with me (employees) watching apparently a lesson in eyebrow waxing. Okay, the lady doing my brows "is a very good teacher" - her words. Go for it, girl. Despite this, I decide I want a mani. And then I decide I want a pedi also. So eyebrows done, I sit in the chair for my pedi. Basic stuff, no frills. The usual. It was 630 pm when I arrived and they closed at 730 so I wasn't trying to stay there all night. Plus, starving. Really nice girl but she scratched up the tops of my feet with the callous scrubber. Not sure why she did that. Didn't really notice til about an hour later. On to the mani. Very meticulous. Not only did i leave with this monstrosity on my hand, I was pressured to give a bigger tip. The screenshot picture is what I asked if he could do and he told that he could. He burned my nails with the nail drill multiple times and they came out chunky. He didn't even ask how long I wanted them, he immediately made them extra short. They charged me $60 and I gave the guy $5 tip although i was unhappy with how they looked I didn't want to leave without tipping. He got upset and told me that my nails were very hard to do and that the $5 was not enough. The manager then came and proceeded to tell me that I needed to tip more because the design was too hard.

I was asked if I could pay for the service and tip in cash. I told him I didn't have cash on me but had some in my car and would be right back. His response was, "Can one of you stay behind?" as if he didn't believe I was coming back to pay. I made it clear that I was not leaving my young daughter alone. I told him he could either accept my card or wait for both of us to return from the car. That interaction left a very bad impression. The second experience was just as disappointing. My aunt had given me her gift card because she had a negative experience and refused to return. I used the $110 gift card toward services for my daughter and me. As soon as I handed him the gift card, his entire demeanor changed. He became visibly annoyed, started speaking to another employee in his language while looking at the gift card, and made me feel uncomfortable for using a gift card that his business had sold. On top of that, we waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time. I recently purchased another gift card for my daughter, and I'll let her use it, but after that, we won't be returning. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff has always been courteous, professional, and welcoming. My issue is solely with the way the owner/manager treats customers.
