Returned after two weeks for two manicures (my mother and I). I had an appointment but she didn't, so I would definitely advise making one to ensure you get your nails done in a timely manner. They accommodated us well and had great customer service. After one visit, they remembered us and we actually enjoyed our time there instead of feeling left out of conversations. I'll provide pictures. This is now my regular salon! My powder gel nails (grey with rhinestones) cost $40. My mother's uv gel nails cost $35. It was $5 for designs on two nails. read more

Coming here is always great! Esther is a genius and the ladies are all so nice and welcoming. I first came here after searching yelp for another nearby nail salon after having an awful customer service experience elsewhere (won't name names lol) and Esther fit me in despite needing to rush off herself. I was immediately impressed with not just their hospitality but the skill! The first time I just got a basic ombré from burgundy to black but with each visit I became more adventurous with what can be done and Esther always comes through. I loved my experience! I will be coming back. This salon is clean, the workers are lovely and polite. Slightly pricier than other nail salons in the area BUT better quality and totally worth it! I have small hands and I feel so glamorous, my nails are the perfect length and shape. The color is a white sparkly dip powder and silk tip extension. Cost $65 (extra because of tip). I recently moved from Long Beach (i went to park ave nails there) and was very anxious about finding a new nail salon, especially amongst the pandemic where we are now limited in terms of capacity and service. I'm very happy about finding this place on Yelp!! The two ladies here are SUPER friendly (a lot more personable than the crew at park ave nails in LB). The lady that gave me my pedicure did an amazing job, and the service on the pedicure was super nice and relaxing! The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was because i though their gel powder manicure could have been a bit better. FYI, I have been getting my nails done here for 22 years. They are extremely organized and operate timely, by appointment only. I was there today, when the lovely ladies were threatened with a bad review, as they couldn't accommodate an immediate need for an appointment. Their rating is a 4.4, but should be a 5. In my opinion, pedicures should be a nice relaxing experience. They should give you the opportunity to wind down & feel pampered. Unfortunately, this is not the place for you if that's what you're looking for. The entire pedicure took approximately 25 minutes & started 10 minutes after my appointment. I kid you not when I say the massage portion of the pedicure was one minute per leg. It also seems like they only offer regular pedicures (no spa options). I was in a bind & needed a pedicure before I went on vacation so I went with what was close, but I feel like I'll need to get another pedicure at my regular place when I return. What they do have going for them is the price - $25. Note, they don't seem to like taking cards & prefer cash. read more

This place was extremely rude. We walked in and she was basically screaming at us that we hadn't called the day before when we had. And when she closely looked at her book she saw that we did and then goes oh you didn't say what you wanted. She kept repeating you didn't call like a broken record so freakin loud. 1) you're lucky I walked out without cursing you out for being extremely rude 2)thats not how you treat your customers regardless of appointment or not 3) you don't fight with them in front of everybody else. At this point it didn't matter if you were a good nail salon or not what mattered was that you acted like a bitch and were yelling. This really shines through, as it does not seem you are entering a sweatshop like some other nail salons, but rather a family establishment. They want to ensure that everyone gets the quality service they deserve, and they stand behind their work. There is a reason why you need an appointment; they want to make sure they do a great job without rushing you. The salon is spotless, and they have the most comfortable pedicure chairs around. It's worth getting the extra ten minute massage as the chair goes all the way down and it is so relaxing. I'm often passed out two minutes into the massage. Just as a heads up, they do not accept credit card unless you spend more than a $100. Definitely check this salon out, after one time you are not a customer but part of their family. read more

Went here on a Sunday with my husband as my usual place was closed and I had a nail emergency. The staff was pleasant. They did a lovely job however around my nail bed wasn't filed enough and three days later my nails grew and the gel polish keeps snagging my clothing because there is a gap between my nails and the gel. However they did an amazing job with the polish and trying to repair damage that has been done to my poor nails. I will be back. read more

I arrived and they were so sweet and sat him down. I sat on the side with my magazine waiting for him. He said the hand massage felt nice and they really paid attention to his cuticles and cut his nails with precision. I tend to like nail salons run by Korean people bc of their detail to attention (previous experiences working with Koreans). They were talking to their clients and laughing with them. I've recently gone here after reading all the great reviews but I have to say that I was very disappointed and wondering if these reviews are creditable. I will start with the positive: they accepted same day appointment and even though I arrived early they started right away. They also have a lot of color selections for the powder manicure. Unfortunately that is all the positives that I have. The work stations were extremely messy and don't look as if they have been cleaned in some time. The nail bottles also have tons of goop around them. I question how sanitary this facility is. My technician, Esther, was also all over the place and she seemed to dictate orders to everyone around her. Down to others taking an appt over the phone she had to get involved. My nails are long and healthy and although I wanted them cut down a bit they were filed inconsistently and in the end they are different lengths. I pointed it out a few times and she 'fixed' it but by now they are all short and I just wanted to get out of there. I will definitely NOT be coming back here and would not recommend this place to anyone. There are too many options out there for someone to settle on bad service and disarray. read more
